Today I learned that this little gem is right down the road from my favorite Kroger! Great coffee, fast and friendly staff. Sign on the door requiring masks. Quiet inside, with a cute and quirky atmosphere. Outdoor seating off the sidewalk as well. The menu gave great, helpful descriptions of drink options for us non-connoisseurs. Their cortado was delicious. I'll definitely be coming back to check out their food menu.

Wonderful coffee shop in Germantown. They have a great vibe and good food/drinks. I love that they have good hours too! 7-7 everyday is very convenient. They also roast in house, and you can taste that quality in their espresso. I loved their mocha made with their house dark chocolate ganache - flavorful but not overly sweet.

Chill neighborhood Italian style coffee shop. Kinda quirky place, in addition to selling freshly ground coffee from beans they roast in house (actually in back of house.... You can see the grinder and roaster up close) they have lots of food items, local art on the walls for sale and classic denim blue jeans.... because of course. Service was attentive & friendly, my coffee was good, I didn't have a chance to try any of the food yet but the denim jeans looks tasty.

Nice, cozy place. Lots of seating area. I loved sitting by the window where they have cute succulents. Lattes were pretty good! They have the syrups you could want, (like lavender which made me happy) and seasonal offerings. It’s also a nice progressive space which I really appreciate.

Great neighborhood coffee shop. This quirky shop has great food ! I love their Curried Tuna Salad (available as a salad or a sandwich)- it's fresh, savory & delicious, and always beautifully-presented. They always have an interesting & refreshing Iced Tea of the Day. And there are also sweet treats such as "Chips" (brand) chocolate chip cookies- so good ! The store's main sitting area is in a room at the rear. Ambience is friendly but quirky. Bean Roastery roasts its own coffee beans in house.

Service can be a little slow but the food and drinks are always very well made with fresh ingredients. Staff is always very friendly and accommodates substitutions well. Well loved neighborhood establishment.

This is a beautiful little hole in the wall shop with a warm, open, and inviting lobby. The open layout provides tons of natural light, and the staff have always greeted me upon arrival with a smile. If you're looking for a new blend to try, I highly recommend giving the El Salvador a try.

Yummy coffee, at the best price point! I definitely recommend stopping in. The drip coffee of the day was a lovely Nicaraguan.

A really great coffee shop, with a great friendly staff, tasty food options, and delicious coffee. Their seating is quirky and fun, and there's a decent amount for a pretty small space. It'd be one of my absolute favorite spots in town and a five star spot no question, but MY GOD do they need to fix whatever the heck it is that makes that horrid, piercing feedback noise in the back room every couple minutes. It feels like a drillbit of sound burrowing into my brain through my ear and it absolutely ruins the atmosphere for me.

Love the atmosphere of this place and the customer service was great as well. This is a really good place for just hanging out or studying because of how peaceful it is. Lots of different things to choose from on the menu and if you’re looking for a healthier alternative to things this is a good place too.

Crucial player in the local coffee scene. A true neighborhood coffee shop. Beverage quality holds its own against any of the other local shops. Despite the limited seating, Bean has a great vibe. They are doing the best with the space they have. I always take a CBD shot in my drinks here.

Finally! A nice, cozy coffeehouse that doesn’t feel like a stuffy, shared workplace. The staff were all very friendly. The food and drinks my friend and I had exceeded expectations. Nice neighborhood place to catch up with friends or on your own.

Quaint little place with great service. Food and coffee was mediocre though. Some of the breakfast menu isn't available until 9am.

I enjoyed coming here for a cup of coffee. I tried some coconut drink that I cannot remember the name of here for the very first time and it was absolutely amazing. I recommend anyone that comes here to try the drink. The area is nice and clean and lots of seating it’s a nice open floor plan. The service was pretty quick. I will definitely be coming back here and I recommend anyone to come here for a cup of coffee.

Friendly spot with a wide variety of coffees and all the standard espresso drinks. Love the long and consistent operating hours so I can always know that I can swing by. Parking nearby is easy.

Small coffee cafe with a few food options. Very friendly. Quiche was delicious. Coffee great. A few outdoor tables made the start to our day perfect!

This is my favorite neighborhood coffee shop. There is indoor and outdoor seating, a nice place to relax and read a book while drinking coffee, or chat with someone. The coffee is good, and so is the quiche!

They make one of the best mochas in town. Many places make theirs with so much chocolate sauce it's like your drinking straight Hershey's syrup. They don't do that here; you actually taste their wonderful coffee in the drink as well! Heaven in a cup!

Good coffee, onsite roaster. Great value. We have friends near by and have made sure to stop here while visiting. We look forward to coming back.

My wife and I spend many a day researching brewing methods, different devices, and different local roasters to feed our neverending coffee addiction. Trying new shops and the fantastic drinks they provide is a huge part of our enjoyment of coffee, while also being a way to give back to the community. Somehow Bean escaped our radar for some time and today we finally made our way to the cafe and let me say: I'm more than impressed. I got a Spring Shelly and it has such a vibrant and unique flavor. The barista was incredibly nice and ordering online was a simple process that made the whole experience that much easier to appreciate. Thank you, Bean! We will be back!! 😁😁

Only giving this place two stars because the breakfast sandwiches were very good. The coffee was the worst I’ve had in years, and my husband and I have tried many throughout the US. Our vanilla lattes lacked so much flavor we were convinced that there was no coffee at all in them.

Some of the best coffee and light fare in the city! I recommend the veggie bagel or the biscuit breakfast sandwich. Also, kudos to them for the safety measures in place as positivity rates skyrocket. If you support local business, support the they’ve policies put in place to protect their employees and their livelihood.

Coffee is genuinely the best in Louisville, hands down. Staff goes out if their way to be friendly and excellent baristas. I feel safe picking up coffee because everyone masks up and is very responsible during this pandemic.

Excited to try my ground coffee from here! The Louisville Coffee Trail brought me here. The baristas were very helpful and friendly. They helped me pick out a coffee that best suited my preference. Will be back for sure.

The team at Bean is welcoming, responsive, respectful and considerate. Their treatment of the pandemic we are currently in has made me feel so safe, and I’m glad they’re taking measures to protect their employees and customers. Bravo, Bean Coffee! The atmosphere is great for studying or business meetings, I never feel rushed or unwanted, and the coffee is excellent. Thanks Bean!
