I will say the furniture is good quality. However, I have paid off a couple of things I purchased from there that I now own and have automatic payments set up and never miss. The one time I asked for an extension by a week because of a financial snag, I got an ear full, ridiculed. Anxiously await paying off 2 more items and then won’t be returning. The quality items isn’t worth the money because of the lack of customer service.

The Elizabethtown Rent a center is the only R.A.C in my opinion to go to every employee at that store will go out of their way to help you with everything you could need if I could rate them 10 stars of of 5 I would

Our local RAC is great. They went above and beyond to get us the exact model fridge we saw online. They delivered the fridge when it was freezing cold out. The guys had to get it up steps and through our little bitty doorway. Through the whole thing, they were polite, professional and personable. I look forward to a great business relationship.

Good quality living room set. Staff was awesome. My dog decided to take a large bite out of one of my couch cushions & they replaced it for free. I highly recommend.
