😐 Not too bad of a Kroger...fairly clean....just some really sketch people outside and inside the store. You'll get A LOT of panhandlers asking for money with all kinds of sob stories....I did see a pantless person screaming on the sidewalk...ambiance. Still pretty much the same months later...homele... People often mention Kroger, store, great, find, good, clean, friendly, time, customer,

You'll get A LOT of panhandlers asking for money with all kinds of sob stories....I did see a pantless person screaming on the sidewalk...ambiance. Still pretty much the same months later...homeless/panhandling population has cleared up a bit but that might just be due to the cold weather...

Friendly spot, It's a neighborhood store not a "Super Store" easy in/easy out.

Great store, fresh food, large Jewish section with multiple rows of kosher staples, even beef bacon. Staff is friendly, and food in the vegetable section is changed often.

Good store, bathrooms need some repairs done. Sometimes the aisles are confusing. Divided/split aisles are not good.

We drive a good 20 minutes to get here. My favorite besides Publix. You were number one but now we drive 40 minutes to Terra Cotta Crossing. Don't worry we come here most of the time but you do have competition.

This Kroger is always moving items around, Had to walk back and forth from one end of the store to the other to find certain items. Very difficult for handicapped people! ♿️. Shoppers are very inconsiderate leaving carts in the middle of the eiles, with no room to maneuver your own. Not enough help to find products and definitely not enough cashiers.

The service at the pharmacy is horrible. Can barely find an employee to help you, and if you do find one they make it seem like helping a customer is a burden on them, and a luxury for the customer. The only thing I can say good about this place is how close it is to my house. But I generally choose the Stoney Brook Kroger .

Worst Kroger's in the city. Always out of stock on the products I need , I don't even go to the meat department anymore, seafood department smells, meat department not very helpful.

Not a very customer friendly grocery store. Always hard to find someone to help you and the meat counter is susceptible at best.

This store is kind of a mess in terms of it's parking lot and general look, but they stay well stocked and that's the most important thing! They are always out of shopping carts though.

I have patronized many Krogers in town. This one is close to work, I'm able to pick up my groceries (usually on Friday because of perks and points) on my way home and they're stocked very well even when I go inside to shop (which I hadnt done in months).

Absolutely hate this unsafe, busy parking lot. Some rude people, drivers, it's like that everywhere. Too congested, not safe the way McMahon company who owned it developed it years ago.

Same as always! That's what keeps me returning. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. I never have a bad visit. 😊

Great selection but very crowded, and the service could use a bit more professionalism.

Store looks pretty good with the remodel but not sure the did that much. Got everything I could remember for Thanksgiving, will go back for rest after getting out of hospital!

The great store I go here often to shop never had a problem besides when they switch around the aisles which just takes me a little while to get used to

Scale Reproductions has everything a modeler needs . From model trains to any type and size of resin model , after market decals and parts. They carry a wide range of model paints also. Not to mention they also carry parts and accessories for RC cars. Check em out you'll be glad you did.

The Kroger has a nice selection of fancy cheese, and has the ranch flavor Kettle chips. There's also a great little seafood restaurant called Sharks.

For the first time as odd as it sounds, everything I purchased, nothing was expired and trust me you would be shocked to have to go inside of stores and check expiration dates not here though great place shop here very frequently

Much better and cheaper than portland Kroger. Milk at 35th and bank Kroger $2.29 as you can see we are punished for living in Portland.

Our go to Kroger. The plants are always hit or miss here and the squishmallows are normally great here. We have been running into a problem where the cream cheese seems to always be out of stock; but the workers are always kind here.

Feeders supply staff on the 4th of July closing shift were extremely disrespectful to my basset hound Lily who was in need of med for her ears. SHAME on you both of you. Who would do something like that? Knowing there is no where else available that had the product that we needed for some relief fast. And...the fact I called before I arrived and asked for your help and you locked the doors on me after letting customers out. You shrugged your shoulders like you could care less and that's VERY unprofessional

I rarely find everything I need in this store. I also find more expired food on sale than I expected. For the inconvenience of having to come back to trade expired food in, they should refund your money give you the replacement free. Try another Kroger. This one is just conveniently on my way home from work.

We went to Kroger. We got our groceries put into our car. System works great, staff was awesome. Not sure how much, but my wife tipped them. I've been going to Kroger, on Beuchel Bypass for years. Its close to us, but Kroger in McMahon Plaza offers more. I am a loyal customer to local businesses. I think I'll go to both! Better selections, same prices. Yep, its worth driving a few extra miles

This shopping center has seen a huge transformation. Anchored by a very large Kroger there are many new small shops and restaurants. As the pandemic subsides there should be more businesses moving into the now empty locations.

Found everything we needed. Aisles were clean. These apricots we're a good snack.

I like the way this Kroger is setup... It's easy to get whatever you need and you don't ever have to wait in lines. This store is always clean. The employees are always friendly too. The Bardstown road Kroger needs this Management.

INSTACART SHOPPER and DELIVERY DRIVER. This Kroger is one of the newest and cleanest in Louisville. I always enjoy having this Kroger is one of my INSTACART customer orders for shopping their items. It is one of the easiest to navigate one of the largest aisles, and it seems that nothing is ever in the way, including the stock that has not made it onto the shelf. Definitely if I could shop this one all the time I'd wear it out. Excellent five stars. UPDATE: 4/30/22 Same great Kroger! Same higher price.... Because folks, the USA is a great place to be for freedom and greed. Inflation, great for Realtors and oil barons, terrible for us. Kroger is no exception, prices are passed along until they reach us. When the do, you pay unrealistic prices for less amounts. Pay attention to the weight in the same size packaging. Especially potato chips.

I love this store, but the supplies are not as good. The cashiers are pretty friendly, too.

McMahon Plaza is conveniently located to our home with a decent Kroger store & several other stores we frequent. It can be very busy on Fridays & Saturdays, so try to do your shopping during off hours.

This is one of those huge Kroger‘s that have clothes and pretty much everything you should need kind of like Walmart. They even had a Starbucks at my surprise.

This is my Kroger's people know me by face and I love that. The staff are very customer service ready! I have been going here for 14 years!

I Hate going to a different Kroger. I can't find anything. And no I don't look at the signs cause that's lame lol. But this is a nice one and one step below the super clothes selling Kroger's. It's huge. No Starbucks which would be dumb cause one is right down the street.

Impressed how clean it was and the amount of products available. Prices seemed high but it is the same everywhere these days. Loved the isle placements. Had a nice time and employees were very sweet.

I go to Kroger quite a bit and bank here also love this plaza just some what busy, need to monitor what time you get out on Breckenridge and hikes lane really busy most of the time during the day

  • 3/5 Linda B. 2 years ago on Google
I know they're having a shortage of product because of the pandemic and other contributing factors but they try real hard to keep things stocked as well as possible. I would get at least one more star but they shut down to U scan only way too early. They shouldn't shut down all regular check Lanes anyway until closing. You know how hard it is to scan groceries yourself when you're buying $200 worth. There's not enough space to even bag your groceries. The employees are nice however for the most part.
