Dr. Jones and every staff member at FA&A is an All-star, with the main show being Dr. Jones, and that's because if all my doctors were as thorough, compassionate, friendly, and even funny as he is; I wouldn't mind going to any of them. I hope that if you're looking for treatment of allergies, you are lucky enough to be his patient. He even called after the visit to make sure I understood the treatment process, and made sure I was comfortable with the plan, also he called other specialist to make sure other health issues would not interfere with the treatment. I know I'm in good hands. Couldn't ask for a better Doctor.

My older children have been seeing Dr Reihm for 13years. My younger children now see him as well. He's great with all ages! The staff and nurses are always friendly. They are compassionate and patient with the little ones when they're afraid to get their shots. It's a wonderful place to be treated.

Dr. Turbyville and his staff are the best!! Being my first time at an allergist, I was a little nervous but immediately put at ease by the nurses and staff who explained everything. So kind and new there stuff!! I would recommend Family Allergy and Asthma to anyone!

Allergy testing is not a pleasant experience for a child, but the staff here did such a remarkable job making the experience as pleasant as possible for my 7 year old. My daughter was very scared and they explained everything that would happen to her so she knew what to expect. They spoke directly to my daughter and answered all of her questions. They knew what to say and do to make her as comfortable as possible. Remarkable team up there! Thank you!

First off, the office staff at all locations I have been to are FANTASTIC. However, dealing with their billing department is not a good experience, and I've had to deal with them several times so this not an isolated incident. Getting in touch with them takes 3 days minimum. No one ever answers the line, I have to leave multiple voicemails and maybe someone will call me back within the week. In 2022 my services were interrupted due to payment issue. They weren't sending me anything in the mail -- I had to call and ask them if I had a balance. Then in Aug 2023, they sent me to collections while under a payment plan, and on a 30d payment notice the exact day I received the past due balance notice. Needless to say, going elsewhere for allergy injections.

Dr. Turbyville was EXCELLENT! Took extra time to explain care needs and next steps! Love this office and personal care I receive!

Dr. Jones was very informative and easy to work with. I explained my symptoms and he listened. He explained my treatment after reviewing my test results. I Would definitely recommend Family Allergy.

The staff was amazing. There was little to no wait time. We had an early morning appointment for my daughter, we were in and out and she was at school by 10am. I was very satisfied with her treatment plan and I can’t wait for her to start feeling better.

Dr. Thomas Glass is a con man. He ordered $2000 of allergy serum for a kid without the actual parent agreeing to getting get allergy shots for their child. . Have tried for a months to get the fraudulent charges removed. Office manager, receptionist, say they don’t control their own billing and can’t do anything about any charges. This place should be closed down immediately for fraud.

I started doing allergy shots over a year ago. I go once a week and I'm in and out within a few minutes. It makes it so convenient. When I do need to see the doctor, I'm always happy with them. They're patient with me and answers all my questions in details. I don't need to be seen for another year. Which is nice. Because some doctors will try to make you come every few months just to make money.

Dr. Turbyville is seriously the best doctor with FAA, and all staff in general is amazing. From the moment you are welcomed at the front desk, to triage, and meeting with the doctors and mid level providers, there is nothing but professionalism and kindness. They are willing to find other locations for you to fit your needs and take into consideration a busy schedule and making kids comfortable. They seriously are super heroes. We have been so pleased with all FAA staff for our daughter and can’t recommend them enough. To everyone at FAA, thank you for your hard work and your dedication to your patients!

2star because usually these shot providers are fabulous. However now they have a new one that is stuck on a protocol I’ve been getting for years. I am waiting and waiting for someone from another office to make a decision. They said there is no management in this office.

Dr. Jeremy Jones and his nurse were wonderful. I think her name was Sheryl. She use to be Dr. John Riehms nurse. A wonderful group of people. The front staff are very kind too.

DR. Turbyville goes above & beyond. He listens to what you have to ask, and takes extra care for Medicare patients. Helps find a medication affordable for your income. Doesn't rush you through like your a number. Thank you Dr. Turbyville. We need more Dr.s like you.

Dr Turbyville is AMAZING! He takes the time to listen to you and thoroughly explains everything he is doing and planning to do. He shows great concern for patients and their families. The entire practice from the front desk back was nothing but friendly and attentive. I wish I had switched from my previous allergist years ago!

I have been a patient at this location for about 3 months for allergy treatment. Dr. Turbyville and Elizabeth are very knowledgeable, thorough, and kind providers. The office staff are very nice and are great at giving comfortable injections with allergy shots. I never have a long wait for shots and they run on time for appointments as well!

Everyone in the office are so kind and they genuinely worry and care about each patient. I see Dr. Jones and he doesn't rush an appointment. He takes the time to listen to any concerns and makes sure that he answers any questions in a way that's easily understandable. If you're looking for quality care and kindness for you or any family member or even friends, I highly recommend them a thousand times over!

Leaving a temporary review here. Had an appointment scheduled for my wife during pandemic got turned away with a 99 degree fever. No big deal annoying but understandable. Finally reschedule this thing over a year later with an appointment that is a month out wait. Also kind of annoying but hey there are a lot of people having trouble so we will wait. Get a text two weeks before the appointment that it is cancelled and then when I reschedule this stupid thing the next available one is a month later. I am pretty patient but this is kind of nuts. The review may change once an actual appointment occurs.
