This
hotel
doesn’t
know
how
to
treat
its
customers.
I
stayed
there
for
a
week
this
time,
and
during
the
night,
there
was
a
very
noisy
guest.
I
called
the
front
desk,
but
instead
of
helping
me,
she
told
me,
'I
can’t
do
anything;
you
can
move
to
another
room.'
The
next
day,
in
the
middle
of
the
day,
without
any
notice,
their
maintenance
guy
decided
that
he
needed
to
remove
the
sofa.
He
knocked
on
the
door,
and
I
explained
that
I
was
in
the
middle
of
meetings
and
he
couldn't
do
it
at
that
moment.
Instead
of
understanding
and
leaving,
he
started
arguing,
was
very
rude,
and
made
me
feel
very
uncomfortable.
The
last
issue
was
regarding
leaving
my
bag
there
(which
is
something
that
is
so
obvious;
what
is
a
hotel
without
a
luggage
room?).
I
brought
the
bag
to
the
front
desk
as
instructed
by
their
team.
However,
I
found
the
front
desk
lady
sleeping.
When
she
woke
up,
she
was
furious.
I
told
her
where
to
put
it
and
asked
if
I
needed
to
leave
a
ticket
with
my
name,
but
she
said,
'No,
it’s
weird;
nobody
does
that!'
Firstly,
this
behavior
is
rude.
Secondly,
how
come
these
rooms
are
almost
in
every
hotel,
and
nobody
does
that?
Finally,
Christine,
the
manager
there,
continued
the
same
direction,
which
explains
why
her
employees
are
treating
their
customers
this
way.
There
are
so
many
good
hotels
in
Louisville,
and
I
would
avoid
this
one
at
any
price.
