Unfortunately there is a No Pet policy. As I was checking in I asked about our pet guinea pig and was informed he wasn't allowed. He is caged and doesn't roam free, but he still couldn't stay. I had to make unexpected arrangements for him. Next problem we had after settling in our room was no hot water for shower and bath. We did get upgraded to a larger room with apologies for our inconvenience. Other than these issues our stay so far is good. We have one more night, so we shall see. Breakfasting was good with a variety of eats. Hotel is in good location with lots of eateries and stores.

There were bugs in the deluxe suite room in the curtains. Please be careful, take lysol, and shake covers and curtains to make sure because I didn't see them until closing the curtain for the night. And to add insult to injury, I have left several messages via email and by phone because although I agreed to pay one night, I decided to leave early after another room was given. That room had run down furniture and dirty stained curtains. I couldn't get comfortable and was promised not to be charged for 2nd night. However, they did and still haven't received a response. I am going to write a BBB review as well to document my concerns with cleanliness and managements lack of response. But also wanted to share with other so you're aware. I thought it was in a nice location but that does not indicate clean!

I really like this hotel. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. I gave a 4 and not a 5 star because of the breakfast. It's not horrible I'm just a biscuits and gravy kinda person and the seasoning of the eggs wasn't there for me. it's really a matter of personal opinion though

This is a clean, neat, and central located property for shopping, dining, and hanging out. Many restaurants in a 8 mile radius. Nice pool, great hot breakfast!!! I dislike how they charge you $50 per night to your card. Other hotels just pend the charge and it falls off. This hotel charges it. It falls off 3-5 days later.

This hotel doesn’t know how to treat its customers. I stayed there for a week this time, and during the night, there was a very noisy guest. I called the front desk, but instead of helping me, she told me, 'I can’t do anything; you can move to another room.' The next day, in the middle of the day, without any notice, their maintenance guy decided that he needed to remove the sofa. He knocked on the door, and I explained that I was in the middle of meetings and he couldn't do it at that moment. Instead of understanding and leaving, he started arguing, was very rude, and made me feel very uncomfortable. The last issue was regarding leaving my bag there (which is something that is so obvious; what is a hotel without a luggage room?). I brought the bag to the front desk as instructed by their team. However, I found the front desk lady sleeping. When she woke up, she was furious. I told her where to put it and asked if I needed to leave a ticket with my name, but she said, 'No, it’s weird; nobody does that!' Firstly, this behavior is rude. Secondly, how come these rooms are almost in every hotel, and nobody does that? Finally, Christine, the manager there, continued the same direction, which explains why her employees are treating their customers this way. There are so many good hotels in Louisville, and I would avoid this one at any price.

Nice place to stay. Rooms were very clean. Didn't like the color of the carpet but bed was comfortable. Looked like they were doing some renovating. Nice hot breakfast. Recommend this hotel.

Totally blown away by the room! Couple of things could be better though, bigger pillows with some firmness, and blankets that pull/come up to the pillows. One minor glitch was the deadbolt to our room popped out, and wouldn't go back in while we we on our way to check out. Mentioned it to the staff.

The first thing I did was walk into the pool room and the chemical smell was overwhelming and made my eyes water and burn for a couple hours. Way too many chemicals. Went upstairs, found blood stains on the bed sheets. It was fumey up there on the third floor as well. Bed was comfortable enough, check in staffer was kind, otherwise these facts knock it down to a two for me as the pool wasn't usable and the blood stains. Great location just a few minutes from Chick-fil-A, though!

These people are crooks. They charged my card 300$ in the middle of the night (3:30 am) after I couldn't show up to my trip because of back surgery then made me get my bank involved cause they wouldn't do the refund on there own after I was told they would. I was never supposed to be charged until I showed up. They are thieves and will take your money when they're not supposed too!

Very happy to find a hotel that was not infested with bed bugs. It’s always the first thing we look for in reviews. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

The staff was courteous, friendly and had great attitudes. The cleaning staff was courteous and checked each day to see if I needed anything. The room I was in had recently been updated was spaçious and had a comfortable bed.

A fine stay in most respects. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Temperature control was a little iffy. Convenient location close to the interstate, but not so close as to be noisy. The breakfast was probably the only negative. It wasn't bad, but definitely a little below the standard you expect at a hotel like this.

Everything was clean. The only complaint I had was the small refrigerator didn't have a small freezer compartment. I couldn't find my sunglasses and later got a call from the front desk that a pair was found. I had already found mine, but I so appreciated it and felt that was above and beyond.

Like that the hotel is right next to Sams Club. Makes shopping easy. Rooms have always been great and staff is nice and check in to see if I need anything often during my long stays. Wifi is pretty good along with their wired connections which is fantastic. I do wish the fitness center had more going on with it and was better maintained. Bike and treadmill work well.

Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was very inviting and clean as well. The pool was closed but we had no intentions on swimming so no bother. We would stay again!

I had a lovely stay. The room was clean. Compared to other Wingate locations I found it to be a bit small. There was little space around the microwave, but the room itself was still spacious and functional. The staff was friendly, the facilities were both accommodating, modern, neat, and there was easy access to amebities such as guest laundry, free breakfast and mode. The patio and pool area were both attractive. The parking lot was convenient and the staff was very helpful, understanding, and generally friendly. Each staff member appeared dedicated to ensuring the wellness and satisfaction of guests. I was quite pleased with my stay and recommend this location. The only downside I feel is significant is poor walkability. If you are alright with driving to and from the inn for all "outside" food, shopping, and entertainment options it is a reasonably priced place to stay. There are too few businesses beyond other hotels and private offices surrounding the location for foot travel to be a primary source of transportation.

Reasonably priced, very nice newer facility with helpful, accommodating staff. Clean rooms, pleasant atmosphere, convenient parking. Quiet motel in a nice area, with convenient access to the interstate. Close to many fast food places, and not too far from more upscale restaurants and shopping. In-house breakfast offerings could be a bit better- with more hot food choices.

Wonderful trip. There was some unruly people who had a big group of non guests making the pool area crazy, but management stepped in and removed them. Staff was friendly, rooms clean, and nighttime quiet.

Would of been a 5 star if the maid had not knocked on the door at 10am expecting us to leave so she can clean. Breakfast was great, room was clean.

I was booked for 5 days. Checked in on Monday. Tuesday I discovered a bed bug in my room. I alerted the front desk associate who made a lot of promises but the only thing that actually happened was they gave me a new room. I was promised by that associate that a manager would be following up with me on a credit for my stay or something due to the inconvenience and bug issue. I waited my whole stay and no one ever contacted me. While checking out, I again alerted the front desk associate (different one this time) that there should be notes on my account of what had happened and that I was still waiting on a call from a manager. She was very friendly and apologetic but did tell me there were NO NOTES left on my account from the associate I spoke to on Tuesday. She promised me I would hear from her AND the manager. It has been 6 days since I checked out and I still am waiting on a call or email. Haven’t heard a thing. This is not good customer service. This is the second time I have stayed in a Wyndham hotel and found bed bugs. Neither time, the hotel has handled the situation appropriately or efficiently. Lesson learned I guess.
