CLEAN, REASONABLY PRICED. Older hotel with small rooms. Hotel is well maintained, nicely landscaped, and clean. We arrived after midnight and, while there were several people milling about outside, we felt safe going to our room. It was quiet and staff were friendly. Free coffee in lobby.

Good place to stay, have no complaints about it. Other than them charging you for a safe and not telling you about it (they automatically charge for a safe fee regardless if you use it or not and they do not tell you, you have to tell them upon leaving that you didn't use the safe to get your $2-$3 back with your $50 security deposit you put down when you rent the room)

Not a 5 star hotel, but it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and free daily coffee in the lobby. There are rooms available with refrigerators and microwaves. The hotel is just off of the highway, and there are supermarkets, restaurants and gas stations within a short driving distance.

The room was very nice, clean, shower was hot and the pressure was good, free Wi-Fi and cable, the staff was very pleasant. And my puppy stayed free. However, the area felt very unsafe. Be cautious if traveling alone.

Very clean room. Outstanding. We travel a lot and by far this is the only Red Roof in i can say this honestly about. Pleasantly surprised. Front desk was great. We stayed on ground level. 2 queen bed room. Please keep up the outstanding job here. We will be back next year for sure. Was quiet and felt safe. All in all 10 out of 10.

Great value for money. Clean, comfortable, and dog friendly. Not an attractive location, but safe and central to everything in Louisville. Best Red Roof Inn I have stayed in.

It was a room. It was clean-ish. It could use some updating for sure. The TV was small & the screen was dark. The shower didn't look appealing. Check in was quick though. 🤷‍♂️

Easy access with an amazing assortment of great food and general shopping within 15 minutes. A handful of great eats, a gas station and a spa are all within walking distance. Great service, clean rooms with service twice a week or more. Secure parking with overnight gaurd. We'll maintained rooms and grounds. Fairly strict on the 50ft from building smoking rule, particularly at night. You spend a lot of time going to and from designated areas if you're a regular.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I paid for 2 nights but only stayed for one due to the fact that within the first hour of being there, there was a 2 hour power outage and that's when the roaches came out. The bedding had cigarette burns and I almost got robbed. The surrounding restaurants there were terrible as well. Customer service was ok but the food was awful. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I will never go back to this area.

We were welcomed by Joni, who was very informative and recommended some good nearby food places for us to try. The room was everything we needed for our stay and we’ll definitely be using Red Roof again when visiting Louisville!

Alexis best check in ever, Brandi was ready with hot coffee at 630am, Kimberly was so nice for my second cup of coffee, and Magda made my room clean and comfy, the Peruvian restaurant was the best restaurant recommendation ever. This is a 5 stars!

I’ve stayed at this location many times and it’s always a great experience. The rooms are very clean and well kept. The building is being refreshed with new paint and the desk clerks are all very friendly. Kelli the manager runs a great property. I will return.

Pleasantly surprised! This would be 5 stars but the online prices we were quoted were not accepted at the counter. I don't know if it's just a hold or if the card didn't go through correctly, but we ended up paying 30$ more. We were too tired after driving 10 hours. The room though!! Clean, spruced up. The bathroom was clean and everything looked kind of new and refurbished! Nice sheets and blankets. Clean, new flooring. We got two towels but could've used one more. The shower was nice with adequate water pressure, soap and shampoo. I'd stay here again and call to confirm my reservation made online. Good job to the staff and management!

Great hotel. The surrounding area is a little sketchy, but the hotel is tucked away. I felt secure and they have security walking around from 12am - 5am. If you have a large trailer or moving truck, they are very good at accommodating with parking. They also don't charge you if you bring your pets. They allow up to 3 family pets as long as you clean up after them. The grounds were very clean and quiet. The hotel room was clean and everything worked. Very pleased with our stay! If I'm traveling through Kentucky again, I would stay here again.

This was an amazing stay. I was passing through and stayed …. Sondra at the front desk was a real sweetheart and was very informative about local cuisine. The room was super clean as well. I will totally stay here in the future.

Terrible experience, I paid for my room on the hotels website, bot a 3rd party site. I printed off my recept and took it in with me. The young girl working was so rude, she acted like I was lying and wanted to charte me 100.00 more than the total should have been after paying the total online. I canceled the room and went next door to the Holiday Inn where the front desk lady was so perfessional and polite. The location was shady also.

Not big on this hotel my fiancé and I seen more than one mouse that was literally climbing around the walls win we had the lights out and was trying to get some sleep. All he dose is stay at the motel rooms there if you win it’s absolutely the last resort and there is absolutely no other vacancies Available while we are in the city for the days of that week that he has to work out of town

Superior King Room was clean & on 1st floor as I requested. Refrigerator, coffeemaker, blowdryer. Friendly staff. Free coffee in lobby. Hard to find off of Newburgh Rd. Ypu drive between strip mall & convenience store. Take a right in front of massage parlor. Office not well marked either but it faces massage parlor. I left AC fan on low to drown out highway noise.Bed & pillows were comfortable.

I was impressed with how well this place was. I usually worry about coming to certain areas, but they met my standards for cleanliness and security. I felt safe and the building was in good repair.

My family stayed here one night for a trip to the Louisville Mega Cavern. The hotel is very conveniently located less than 10 minutes away and right off of the Expressway. Rooms were very clean. Showers had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Pets stay free which is always extremely appreciated. The gentleman at the front desk allowed early check in even though the had a busy night prior to us arriving. My only "eh" moment is when we discovered only 2 towels for three people. We seem to be seeing this a lot lately. Not a big deal we could always request another towel and that particular room wasn't really meant for our reservation, it was just available. So, no issue there. So our stay provided great comfort and convenience for all of us and the experience earned 5 stars. Thanks Red Roof!

I can't give this place any stars. My wife and I began a vacation 12/31/21 and reserved a room here through booking .com we paid for our room ahead of time through booking.com. When we checked into the room the office attendant charged our bank account again. After our of my wife being on the phone arguing back and forth our moneyvwas finally refunded but not by Red Roof. Booking.com gave us the money back the next day. So after all that we checked out sunday morning 1/2/22 and were told our deposit was being deposited back into bank account. Today 1/322 the deposit is srill not in the account.. Worst Hotel in Louisville 😡😡🤬🤬

Check-in was easy and staff was friendly. We had a birthday that day and forgot to pick up plastics to eat the cake. They helped us out with that. Room was CLEAN. We will stay here again when coming through Louisville.

Kimberle at the front desk is awesome! Room was small, but clean. You get what you pay for, but I've stayed at worse places.

Was just off I-65 and Watterson Expressway, tight but easy access called and secured room for 2 nights, 3rd floor, no choice but did have elevator, single bed, no amenities but weren't looking for any just a place close to family.9

DOORDASH DELIVERY. A clean establishment on this visit. Can be a bit socially, busy and louder than usual. After all, it's next to Preston and the busy airport. So it is close to Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport. Can't say more, as I was only there for 5 minutes at most. 5 stars for location being next to airport and ONLY for that fact. Otherwise, there are more quiet and relaxing places around Louisville and suburbs adjacent. 4 stars overall, for the fact it was acceptable for MOST people in society. Probably not for Mary Poppins or Sister Mary. It be more for Boris Karloff and Ozzie Osborne. Regardlessl.... 4 stars.

We stayed overnight and our room was perfect. Clean, Comfortable and Quiet. We will stay here again on our way back home from Florida in 3 months. All the Staff were very friendly and helpful. We have an older dog that has problems walking and they made sure we were close to the elevator so I didn't have to walk far to carry her outside.
