    Do not stay here! We went and got our room, it was 100$ for a toilet that didn’t even flush! Ciggarette burn holes everywhere and it smelled bad I got bad vibes in the room, honestly just a dirty place if you’re going to spend 100$ on a room I suggest you pick a different place. As soon as we got in the room we decided we were going to leave, thankfully the front desk lady was nice and gave us our money back. Stayed at a different hotel for about the same price and wayyy nicer.

    Let me tell u about this place. I've been here for almost two months because my apt caught fire and the insurance company found us placement. The first night here the bathroom tube was stopped up so the guy came to try and fix it no luck said someone would be here on Monday that never came so I called again and two's days after someone came finally. So I get off work come to my room and my keys not working so I go to the desk and lady tells me that payment hasn't been made but never called me or anything just changed the door code with all I stuff in it not once but twice this happened but see the crazy thing is that ALA Solutions was paying are stay but they kept trying to run my card and not ALA Solutions card. Well I thought after the first time that would of been it. Well it's my last night here and today I let ALA Solutions kno that I'll be leaving tomorrow. So her come the front desk knocking on my door telling me I owed $111 and that payment hadn't been made once again. So I call ALA Solutions and they called them once again about payment and who was paying after almost two months of being here but then gonna say I can run your card really. I didn't even owe $111 that's the crazy part. Management is terrible if you planning on coming here to stay for long. Of time if I was you I take your business elsewhere. They only Cleaned are room twice the hole stay. This is definitely not an upscale hotel and if I had a choice of another hotel I would have been gone but today took the cake. The worst I've ever experienced. Lock out the room not once but twice with no call or anything and both times it was there fault. It was just a misunderstanding...Lol

    I was lie too about keeping same rate when I had to change days. I was here because of a major damage at my home. Surprise to know nothing is cleaned but every 14 days leaves was blowing in my door every time I opened door no one would vacuum floor offer me a broom. I'm in recovery from total hip surgery on a walker. Carpet was dirty bedside table peeling and I was charge over 100 night never ever will I stay here again. The employee uniform at the check in was worse I've ever seen like they had been in a balled up state for a year she didn't even know what accomodations meant phone language wasn't professional at all. Please don't stay here unless you living on the street it's one step above that

    My mother has M.S. and mental issues. They staff at this hotel. Took my mother from her room. Without letting me know. I found out where my mother was at. By filling out a police report. I still don't know where my mother is. And I'm seeking legal help against the hotel! The first room they gave me. Was very dirty. Bed wasn't made up. Sink was dirty and hair was in the tub. Plus the room had trash everywhere.

    We needed a place to sleep for the night, I should’ve have read the reviews before booking Looks are deceiving NOTHING LIKE THE PICS THROUGH HOTELS.COM * Check in process was strange they took a picture of our ID, and a picture of front of the Credit Card and behind it. We found someone else’s reading glasses, that tells you that housekeeping didn’t do a good job on cleaning the room. * Beds were not comfortable. * Bathrooms sink dirty. * Outlet sockets were not operable ( Only 2 working outlet to charge are cell phones ) * Carpet had stains and out dated * Kitchen area was outdated. ( Refrigerator was dinky, electric burners had crust on them ) * Water pressure for shower was horrible, timing of it to warm up took forever. * Coffee was ok. Room needs to be definitely remodeled and updated. We didn’t see any bed bugs but something did however bite my hubby, could have been a mosquito or spider. Receptionist was friendly though.

    I've had the worst experience here. I booked online for a "pet friendly" room since we were traveling with a dog. Called and verified and to see if they have an available room and Bob told me yes. We get there at 3am after being on the road for 15 hours, Mr. Bob said "we don't have rooms that are pet friendly". We tried to convince him that there is no way for us to find a room at 3am, but he still refuses to give us a room which they had available, but it was not "pet friendly" according to him. We had to drive around for an hour and half till we found a room. Beware if you're traveling with pets.

    Me and my family were staying at the extended stay hotel on dutchmans lane, we are new to the area and needed a place to get started here in Louisville. I don’t like complain but I feel this needs to be addressed.We got into our room and it smelled so bad I had to buy glade plugins just to be able to handle the smell. There was hair in the shower. I found many weird bugs in my room.,I tried to show the manager Sandra but she disregarded it. not sure what they are but gross! The room was not cleaned very well. I found old blood in my bed. When I tried to get a replacement sheet they were not receptive to my needs, they just said they ran out of sheets! Sugar garbage for breakfast. And you can only have one device at a time while using the very slow WiFi. Now the real problems start! My friend shows up to stay in his own room and the first night he was bitten by multiple bed bugs on his body. He was moved to another room and was bitten even worse! He had lots and lots bites! He even found a bed bug in his bed, brought it to the front desk and showed them.. but they “lost” the picture and bug!They moved him to another room and it was I bit better but he did get bit one more time. After knowing he got bit on his foot in the new room the manager Sandra kicked him out of all extended stay hotels and proceeded to inform me if he comes near me she” Sandra “ the manager would kick me and my family out also. My friend never entered my room after being kicked out. He would only show up to help me get my kids to school but never got out of his car. Two days later Sandra kicked my family out to live on the streets!!! She would not listen to my needs and was very aggressive to get us out . I think Sandra was just trying to cover the truth about how dirty this hotel is . I feel she was intimidating me to keep quite about the bed bugs To add to this mess the hotel is not safe , people smoking pot and cigarettes everywhere including the staff and manager smoking cigarettes constantly. It bothered me and my kids very much. This is a bad hotel.. stay away!!! But one of the front desk ladies was very nice but her hands were tied.

    Looked clean on the outside but I still always test for bed bugs. I went to undo the bed and the bottom sheet was a zipper and was zip tied shut so you couldn’t do anything. I was still able to test it and found bed bugs. My sister had laid in the bed earlier for about 10 minutes and got three bites right away. I wish this wasn’t the case but we immediately left and stayed somewhere else to not risk anything else.

    My daughter booked this hotel thru the hotels website and when she arrived to check in and see if she could check in early before the Louder than life show she was told they could not accommodate her. And they didn’t have any clean rooms. She said I can wait and the lady was like no we cannot accommodate anyone and we have been canceling 13 different people. All while this lady and 3 other people were standing outside smoking. Any of those people could have cleaned some rooms. No one called her or notified her. This is horrible and by your other reviews looks like you need a change in staff.

    ***Be careful***** No room services till 2 week , No cable , no cleaning till 2 week , broken phone , broken chair , broken kitchen , dirty carpet ,you can see dirty carper in pic , it’s really very first and bad smell in room. this is all in this hotel. They allotted me first room which door was not getting locked properly and was in very bad condition and they changed room, 2nd room was also not good, over all this hotel doesn’t meet a criteria of being 2 star and surprised how they received 3.5 rating, I don’t know why authorities have not noticed the bad condition of this hotel and taken action on this place which is full with dirt and smell This hotel is not safe and good, if you have family then avoid this hotel.

    This was worst hotel which I visited. First they given me room with bad smell, cooktop was not working, phone was not working, even television was also not working. I asked to change my room . Second room was also in same situation. I have no solution . The breakfast finished before time .they don't comes for cleaning. When I request to clean the room after one week , they answered it will be clean after 14 days before that if you will asked to clean they will charge for it. I booked hotel for 21 days but because of this I left it in 12 days . It was very unsafe to live in this unhygienic place with two kids. I will never recommend this place to stay here.

    I tried booking an extended stay and was given a lease that looked like it was written in sandscript. I’m currently homeless and a bit of a vagabond and was hopeful with the terms of ESA. I was told that the local taxes would be refunded as time went on and the “lease” was very confusing and consisted of a lot of confusing legal jargon that I couldn’t comprehend or fathom. It left me in great despair and ended up living in my vehicle, my dogs, and two hamsters, like a pet shop.

    There was hair in the shower, the floor was dirty. When we walked in the room it smelled like pot. In a non smoking room previous guests had most certainly smoked in the room, primarily the restroom.

    Very convenient location. Clean rooms. Staff was very accommodating. We had a 10pm check-in. Price was awesome considering we booked so close to Louder than Life. 10-15mins from festival. Would recommend.

    Excellent Management and Staff at Dutchmans Lane location. They go above and beyond to make sure every guest receives the best rate possible. The rooms are always kept clean and maintained on a regular basis. I have never once had an issue during my stay and I have been here for going on 12 months now. I highly recommend this Hotel if your in need of Temporary Housing or for any length of stay!!

    This is the most horrific experience of my entire life with booking a hotel. I have a service animal with me and was denied a room even after a confirmed booking at 5 AM. I told the front desk person , a old man with white hair named Bob, that this is a service animal and I have a right to a room as the animal is a medical device. It’s the law ! He decided that my confirmation for the room was not enough and that the dog would just not be able to stay at this location due to them messing up the reservation and not realizing from a second party that I had a dog with me. He kept going on about it needing to be a pet friendly room even though I explained the dog is not a pet but a necessity to me functioning. He called the manager as I would not leave without that attempt , it was late and I would have bo choice but to sleep in my car in a strange place, not being safe. The manager also said no , and that was it. Bob decided that the American Laws that protect people with disabilities was simply not valid for him and his boss. We were discriminated and turned away . This place should be investigated, and I already have reported them to the ADA with footage and recording of this disgusting behavior and lack of humanity . Shame on them !

    I will never recommend this hotel to anyone first. I came here on 19 July 2023. They give me room 101 I went to the room the room was like somebody used it all that’s never been cleaned and as I’m talking to you right now, it’s still have not been cleaned, they gave me 103 which is next door 103 was cleaned what is smelling and dusty and at this time 11:13 PM eastern time I still cannot sleep because it’s like I’m drinking dust. Also there is cobwebs on the lamps like visible cobweb, and the whole place is just dirty i complained to the guy at front desk he said he does not have another room to change it for me but if I try to book another room is available for making mini days room available but he just doesn’t want to change the room and I told him this is from my company my office is close. I cannot cancel this reservation because they have to be the one to cancel it, and he said that he’s sorry I can’t change the room for you I told him OK in case if I get sick from this dust that I’m going to sleep in, I will sue this motel and he said I can do whatever I want to do he took my number I said the manager is going to try to contact me tomorrow but I can’t sleep because the dust so much and my office is closed. I cannot get another hotel or consort they put us it was not from me please do not ever stay in this hotel I beg you if you like your life if you don’t want to get sick if you don’t want to get in trouble, please stay away from this hotel. Thank you.

    Faith faith the assistant managers continuously being a problem she harasses me her husband tried to run me over and threaten my life and threaten my life but it's all been forwarded to the place and stuff but other than that I love this place best place I've stayed in 30 40 years I'm disabled that and I can't take care of it apart and except for the one person everybody's hospital and helpful Wayne's excellent maintenance man thank you for having the opportunity for me to save you the privilege

    My problem wasn't with the room, or the service, or the location, the problem was their washers and dryers steal ur quarters!! The staff was nice however and the rooms were clean and the stay was enjoyable.

    Deciding on this hotel was a terrible mistake. Both my guest and I were verbally assaulted and banned from the hotel premises before we could even check in. The front desk lady had an awful attitude and really enjoyed projecting her hate upon others. She then called the cops on me as I was booking a hotel in the parking lot. Never was I rude in return. Never go here.

    Called several times to try to check in early and was told they are short staffed a rooms would not be ready until 3pm. Then politely told them I am handicap and need to be near the elevator. Also told them I had a service dog. She had the audacity to ask what my disability was. I told her I suffer from PTSD and depression. Did not find out until I checked in that asking what a persons disability is illegal. Also was put in the furthest room from the elevator and on the third floor. The rooms are very small. The tub is not handicap friendly and is very small. The rooms are out dated and the tv is tiny. Front desk always has an attitude. The location is amazing other than that I give this place a zero if I could.

    Rooms were worn but decent. Front desk staff -older middle age larger ladies - always had attitude and made it seem like you were always bothering them when you asked for anything - be it to make payments or if they could clean my room when I wasn't scheduled to work at night - they wouldn't work around my schedule even if I asked weeks in advance.. so they just didn't clean it. Front desk were very unaccomidating.

    Professional courteous very concerned about satisfying customers I need a motorized wheelchair there's always somebody here to I'm extended stay here and I don't see myself leaving the rates are reasonable it's very it's very they made my I don't see myself leaving soon

    My friend booked hotel on an app. Came in to check in and the lady was rude. Friend didn’t have ID so other friend was going to rebook it under his names. The lady told us we are banned. While we were sitting in parking lot to book another hotel, the lady called cops on us. Why were we banned? Literally didn’t even have a chance to check in. Then she said she couldn’t do nothing about refund, we contacted app and they are gonna call manager to have this worked out. Very very upset 😡😡😡 Have to work in 4 hours just now getting to other hotel.

    The worst place I have ever stayed in my life. Housekeeping here does not care at all, and does not actually clean your room. The rooms smell like cigarette smoke. Looks significantly worse than the photos shown online. There are often sketchy people on drugs that hang around the complex. I never felt safe or clean here.

    Hands down one of the worst places I have ever stayed in my life. I had no other option but to stay here but after being given a dirty room and then asking when housekeeping would be by to clean the room I get told they come every other week... this is completely unacceptable and I promise you I will tell ever human that will listen to never come here. Went to the office to get some of the "amenities" so I could cook dinner and was told they didn't have enough they were all borrowed out to other people. If u have 50 rooms u should have 50 pans. Plain and simple. Idk how this place hasn't gone under. Whoever runs this property should be ashamed of them self because I know for a fact they have never stayed in one of these rooms. Don't believe me look under one of the beds 🤢

    Unclean, cramped, no pool, no lobby, poor front desk service, run down, old, no kit hen supplies, kitchen cabinets are greasy and tacky to touch, bathroom door doesn't close all the way, all the night stands are chipped and worn, carpet is old and worn. It is a very low budget motel.

    Horrible!! First room 211 shower was clogged (disgusting), toilet seat broke, drawers broke and smelled like smoke especially when I turned they ac on. Lady working the desk moved me into another room 311 which did have less broken item but still items like toilet seat, then the smoke detector started beeping in the middle of the night. When I told the lady in the front desk she said did I smoke in the room and dismantle the alarm? Like really? Having to call for soap and then being told to come down and get it myself I’m done with this place. Never again will I come back and I’m writing this to warn others not to waste your hard earned money like it felt I did. Checking out and never coming to this company again. Date this took place was 8/13/22 through 8/14/22

    Good, quiet location. Some restaurants within walking distance. Be sure to request a dish pack and pot and pan if you need it as they are not kept in the room. For extended stay, you'll pay one week ahead every week. It's not a luxury hotel but it's ok.

    I'm having mixed feelings about this particular location. The staff was very nice, however our room wasn't that great. We were placed in room 141, which has a full sized (not a queen sized) bed. And the air inside the room felt damp. Rooms apparently do not come stocked with kitchen supplies, such as dishes or coffee maker. The manager was extremely nice and did provide me with the items I requested. This could be the standard for this hotel chain, but I was surprised, since it's marketed as a long term hotel. Location was close to several nice restaurants.

    Great location. Room are clean. Cable doesn't work that well. The fan in the bathroom don't work so you can smell people smoking in the other rooms and it carries over to your room.the stove don't work that great. The staff is friendly. The room rate is great for long stay.
