Well I would say the bed are not queen size. I think it's closer to a full size. It does come with a full size refrigerator and 2 burners to cook on and a microwave. Bring your own utensils n pots and pans to cook with. Living space is clean. Nothing looked over used. There's an on-site maintenance person. You can request a coffee pot but you have to bring your own coffee n cups. There aren't any dishes or pots n pans. Good for an extended stay. On site laundry.

First, the front desk staff were wonderful. Both women upon checking in & out were friendly, fast. The check-in process took less than 2 minutes. The hotel was also incredibly quiet. I didn't hear anyone from the time I checked in until I checked out. Also, as a single woman, I felt very safe. I appreciated the second door you can only get in with a key card. The rooms... do not expect anything. It was clean (actually cleaner than a lot I've stayed in), which was probably its only upside. When this hotel says no frills, they mean it. Yes, there's a kitchenette, do not expect any utensils, pots, pans, not even napkins. I've never been to a hotel with kitchens where this was not provided (they do have some available for purchase - $50 for the whole set). Again, the kitchen area was clean & the fridge did keep its temperature The decor was non existent. There was not even a lamp. It felt depressing. There was one beige picture hung up (on beige walls). The bed is probably one of the most uncomfortable bed I've slept on. I felt the spring as soon as I pushed a little with my hand. I also didn't get any pillowcases on my pillows (not a big deal, but again zero amenities). The bathroom was actually pretty decent. The water pressure left much to be desired, but it was clean. Again, no amenities as I didn't even have a towel or washcloth in my room when I checked inso I had to wait until 830am when the desk opened to get a towel. There's also one bar of hand soap provided. Overall for the price, it's fine for a 1-2 night stay. The employees are so nice, it's very quiet, just expect nothing when you book a room here.

If I could enter negative stars I would've. Idk where to start but by far the nastiest rooms I've stayed in and that ain't even it, I'm embarrassed for the staff, especially the few running this sad outfit. Laughable. There are two GM's, Jeremy & Kevin, that have no idea what professionalism or customer service is. They tell people, mainly women, they'll "work" with them when these customers never asked for that. Only to try to use that leverage against them using their housing as the constant threat. Next is a lil man complex having security/janitor/Do Boy/Maid walking around in his top flight security costume trying to show he has authority to customer that'll entertain the joke. He almost got into at least 2 real altercations with a 14 yr old young man in the length of time we stayed. Although there is one maintenance man named Wayne who is professional and honest and will help you if he can. My wife and I previously stayed at Woodspring once before when it was ran by a respectable and capable management company and Wayne worked there then and has always been the same. There was a fire alarm everyday for months before there was an actual fire due to out of date and faulty equipment. We were never informed if the fire alarm was a real fire or accident even on the day of the actual fire. I personally was approached in the parking lot 3 times being offered various drugs and once being offered companionship aka (hookers). Almost all the employees live there and the parking lot is full of random people sleeping in and working on cars. Some selling RV's and vehicles like a shiesty used car lot. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy be subjected to the high school drama, unexceptable sanitation, and illegal activity. I recommend Microtel next door.

If I had known what kind of hotel it was... I just wasn't prepared, and it wasn't what I needed on that stay. The bed was terrible! Room needed a comfy chair. Everything else was not great, but doable. The one overloaded employee was great, but too busy taking care of all the regulars.

There are non smoking signs all over yet the entire building, including inside the non smoking rooms, smelled like smoke. We booked a non smoking room. Our sheets smelled like smoke. This was a terrible experience. We arrived and checked in around 1am and there were patrons on the first floor making loud noises and trying to pay a young woman for sex. Saying "everyone knows I'm clean, ill pay you good" The elevator was iffy if functional at all. The fire alarm button in the elevator was broken and pushed inwards indicating excessive use. There was police and fire There each night we were there. They say you get what you pay for. For 50$ a night we should've gotten a lot more. This was more like 25$ a night. No little soaps or shampoo in the room nor a hair dryer. This is a no pet hotel, there were personal animals on site hollering all night long.

This Wood Springs Suites is located in such a convenient location. The rooms are modest but they have every thing that you need to be comfortable for a long term stay. The staff is friendly and helpful and I have never had an issue. I would recommend this Wood Springs Suites to anyone for buisness trips and more.

After reserving a room through Booking.com at another hotel for my daughter and attempting to check in we were told the booking was no good and referred me to In Town Suites. I called right away and they made the reservations for a week knowing we were on our way to check-in. Only 6 mins from the hotel I called back with a quick question only to be told we couldn't check in until the following day. I've had a friend staying at WoodSpring so I figured I would try again. I was so relieved and surprised because it was then almost 7pm and they had no issues taking the reservations as well as reassuring me we would be able to check in no matter what. You call from the lobby after hours and someone came right down and checked us in about 7:40pm. My daughter was able to start settling in knowing she had a room through the week with a fridge, range, microwave and decent rates. It's not the most luxurious place to stay but that wasn't a win at the other places either, we simply wanted accurate information and decent customer service. I have to thank the staff at WoodSpring Suites for accommodating our needs and how friendly the staff is and how quickly were checked in with no issues or surprise charges! We appreciate that!

Decent rooms, fairly clean. Staff is rude and act like doing their job is a burden that the guests should compensate them for. But at least it was cleanish

Horrible staff and is always police being called there and the rooms have dilapidated. And they allow dogs you can clearly smell pet odor throughout the place!

Well, I called about 10 minutes ago today asking about my service animal well, ESA animal I have a health condition that my service animal/ESA animal by law im allowed to have it with me any were I go I have paperwork work stating that I have to have it the lady was very rude I hope she gets fired for acting like a total jerk towards me she hung up on me not very professional at all she got weirded out of what kind of service animal I have yes he is a trained animal I have panic attacks seizures and anxiety and I have high blood pressure he is trained to tell me when I’m getting ready to have a seizure and when my blood pressure rises. But what she did was uncalled for she wouldn’t let me finish talking and she has no right to ask me what type of disability’s I have that’s against the law to ask why I have a esa/service animal

Good, Uses her cute dog Frank to get your guard down. The staff was wonderful and they are working hard every day. Impressive and then you need to be considerate of others who stay there for a long long time.

If it wasn't so convenient for my work and my kid's place, I wouldn't have given it so many chances. I've stayed there four times. Bugs every trip. Won't be returning. Power tripping assistant manager to boot.

The room wasn't bad, but smelled to high heavens of some kind of fragrance I couldn't identify. Biggest issue i had was around communication with the front desk person on how to properly check out and when they were available. Front desk people were friendly and informative, but gave me misinofrmation on how the check out proceedure should go. There were not available gor my checkout and I was told to slide the key under the door. If you check out before your time that you tell them you will stay they will charge you unless you check out in person, so make sure to talk with someone. The times they were available are not correct on the online site either, so be sure to ask them when they are actually going to be there. I was charged for two extra days that I was not there for this reason. The hallway outside the room was very stinky, but not overwhelmingly so. Just a lingering stink that it had. Luckily the room itself didn't smell as bad, but had an overly noticeable fragrance of some kind masking any kind of other smell it might have had The bed was mostly comfortable and the pillows were okay. They don't have any paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, no hand soap either. They do have a single small bar of soap you can use for showering and washing your hands, but that's one bar for everything. It had two towels and two washcloths. Toilet paper was provided, for clarity. The toilet was running the whole time I was there. They come with a full size fridge freezer combo, cabinet space, and a couple of burners, but no pots or pans. It's air conditioned/heated and the unit was quite noisy, but kept the room at a good temperature. It's close to a Walmart and Kroger among a number of other eating options. Everything is about 15-18 minutes walk away with sidewalks for the main roads and most of the trip. The neighborhood feels safe, but a little sketchy too. As long as you know how to carry yourself you will be fine, but don't leave valuables in the car kind of place. It's next to a main highway/interstate, so there's some noise pollution, but the rooms are insulated okay. If you have sensitive hearing you will definitely hear it, but it's not obnoxiously loud. Overall it was an okay experience except the situation around check out.

We have very much enjoyed staying at Woodspring Suites. We have been here for a couple months and it feels like home. The staff is helpful and the rooms are very nicely equipped. So whether you are staying just a night or making this hotel home for awhile this hotel would be a great choice.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Planned on staying for a while but was ready to leave after the 3rd day. ● As soon as a got to the room & opened the fridge a small cockroach ran out. Then I seen 3 or 4 more over the next 2 days. ● I came in on day 3 & my room had been cleaned & all of my stuff was moved & sitting on the tables & counters!!!! I was NOT told someone would be doing that in the middle of my stay. I could understand if it was a weekly thing if I was to have stayed for multiple weeks but not in the middle of my first week with no notice! ● Exactly every other day my key cards stopped working. The office kept telling me I had to be putting it by a magnet but there was no way possible & how could I have done it with both keys that were kept separate? The worst part was being locked out in the middle of the night with no one in the office or answering the phones so I had to sit out in the cold & wait for someone to at least open the main door.

It's an extended stay with all the amenities to make it so. Full sz fridge, & stove top in the kitchen area. Full size tub in the bathroom, and your choice of a single full size bed, or a double bed room. You have to have a key to get into the building and that seems to cut back on a lot of unnecessary people running in & out. Overall I felt very comfortable and would definitely stay there again.

The elevator is not working and it sucks because I'm on the 4th floor so it's 48 or 56 steps up and down and it's not pet friendly but u see all kinds of dogs and a cat but whatever and u really need to pay close attention to how much they charge you just saying and they are good to my kiddos j

Clean and had a bed. Was cheapest around last minute. This is a very basic place with a fridge microwave and couple burners. Didn't expect much but they didn't give washcloths have tissues or an ice bucket. I guess that my penalty for staying two nights at an extended stay. I would look into them in the future. Counter lady was friendly and it was tucked away in what felt like a decent area. Walmart is also super close and a whole road of different places to eat.

I have no idea how it happened but someone had access to my email address and password and wrote a very bad review on my behalf and talked very poorly about someone. I DID NOT write the review. I am an employee at woodspring Suites and have been for almost 3 years. I love my job and everyone that I work with. We work very hard as a team to keep the place clean everyday so that anyone that stays here will have a great stay. I apologize..

Cameras everywhere. One way in one way out... Several cars look like they been abandoned as if their owners went to jail or something. No weather stopping under entry door to room so you can hear and smell everything from the hallways. This is a trap building and full of informants... Don't get yourself hemmed up if you are doing stuff you ain't supposed to. I'll stay there last resort

Staff here makes, and IS, all the difference. Big thanks to Candie and those who have taken the time to educate me on the extended stay process and procedures, while helping me help my daughter amidst transition to her own place. I live far away in Dallas,TX, so working with staff in Louisville, KY has been a crucial once a week call for 3rd party authorization update, confirmation for billing, to give this Mama comfort and peace of mind. It is a short and sweet process for coverage for additional week here, always handled quickly, taking away worry for my daughter's sanctuary in this new chapter for her!

If you are looking for a Hilton quality stay, then this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a few steps above the local motel, then this will suit you just fine. I stayed here for just over a week and didn’t hate it, but didn’t love it either. Typical mid-grade bed and pillows that gave me a crank in my neck. Halfway through the week the TV stopped getting signal. The toilet consistently ran even after I put in a request to have it looked at. But…the shower was good and always bursting with nice hot water. And the staff I encountered were friendly. If somebody asked me if they should stay here my response would be, “You can’t go wrong here, but you may find more enjoyable extended stay suites.”

Stayed here for Bourbon and Beyond 2023. The price was great, rooms were very basic (beds are a little uncomfortable but again at the price point was okay), but very clean - about what I expected for the price, however the hotel *WILL NOT REMOVE NOISY TENANTS* if you have a noise complaint, so keep this in mind. Apparently some work crews stay at this hotel and we had multiple issues with other patrons from that work crew blaring music in the parking lot hanging out drinking outside our window as late as past 11pm - so loud that we could not sleep. We notified the front desk, who told them they needed to turn it down (as I also asked them myself). Continued to have the problem, and it seemed nothing was being done. I would have expected the hotel to kick them out as multiple people were complaining. However, we wound up having to call non-emergency ourselves (the security lady told us we could call, not sure why she didn't call herself and have them removed) to get anything done to resolve our problem, who came out and escorted them. A little upset that the hotel did not kick these individuals out and that we had to keep dealing with this. I would not stay here again based on the noise level alone. Regardless of price point - a hotel should remove noisy tenants. Unfortunate, because the hotel was decent for what we paid otherwise. If you have children, I do not recommend you stay at this hotel either due to the noise and people hanging out in the parking lot at all hours.

👍👍 We were so impressed with our stay at this hotel. We stayed on a Tuesday night - so it was not busy but we did not expect how quiet it would be! It was awesome!
