Gail and Sarah were both Amazing to work with. They made the most difficult time in my life, a bit easier, and for that i will be forever grateful.

Within the past couple of months, we have had to bury our step father and our mom. We could not ask for any better group to work with. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled to our requests. Everyone we worked with were exceptionally support and helpful. They earned and deserve so many more than just 5 stars!!!!!!!!

To say that Gayle and Sarah have been absolutely amazing is an understatement. My family has been in the process of transferring our father to our home country for his burial and we’ve had so many issues (that were out of Gayle and Sarah’s hands). It caused us so much anxiety but Gayle and Sarah have went above and beyond to find a solution. I am utterly amazed at how helpful they have been. they are the absolute best

Horrible customer service. I sent flowers for a funeral. I had them arrive the afternoon before so they would be there for sure. The flowers were delivered as promised. I was told they weren't at the funeral. The funeral home gave them to the wrong family and then argued with me about it. They placed minimal blame on themselves and tried to say it was the fault of the florist. The florist did what was asked. They could have taken two seconds to check the card and make sure the flowers were given to the correct family. Disappointing and insulting.

My family had the unfortunate task of scrambling to make funeral arrangements for one of my in-laws that passed away unexpectedly. After bad experiences and poor communication with two well-known "chain" funeral homes in town, a last-minute web search sent us to Fern Creek Funeral Home and although this was a first for me (having to help plan a visitation and memorial service) I can say that the staff went above and beyond to make the experience special. Gayle and Sarah were honest, tender and patient, plus they made themselves available and helped ease and absorb some stress from our grieving family. Additionally, the facility itself was clean, spacious and provided just what we needed as a space to honor the man we lost. It feels odd writing a review for a service that needed at such a messy time, but for that reason, I felt compelled to share that they were exceptional and came through for our family in need. I wish them well and hope they know how much it meant to me and my family.

We could not have been more pleased with our experience. Gail, her father, and the entire group just made a difficult event so easy for our family. They now just seem like friends, no wonder our parents chose to set up their funerals with this wonderful group.

I have buried both of my parents, grandmother and aunt from here. You always get great service, this family owned and run. I would highly recommend it. Gail and her daughter give outstanding service when you are in a sadden state of mind.

Will take care of your every need and do not be afraid to ask questions. A lot of people do not know the process of preparation for your loved one's visitation. There are many ways to cut expenses...even down to clothing. I love this funeral home. God Bless.

This place treats everyone with atmost care and respect. Focus on the concerns of the family and does everything to meet the families needs. More oriented in treating everyone as family vs a customer.

This funeral home is by far the most amazing and compassionate funeral home. Gail and all of the staff are so kind and have the most caring hearts. They treat us always as if we are their family. Thank you guys for all that you all have done for are family and god bless you.

This is a family operated place. The staff are very experienced and amazingly sweet. They go out of their way to make sure the family is as comfortable as possible. They take care of all the little things that a grieving family not think about.
