    I switched over from T Mobile. My wife and I were with them for over 10 years but they started having terrible service and we have heard good things about Verizon. We got really good prices on new phones. We got $520 off new phones and now we are happy. We hope to have a great experience with Verizon. So far it has been great. We hope it continues. We will let you know if we do not have a good experience. Thank you guys and thank you to the guy that helped us. He was great and made everything really easy. Explained all the prices and fees and was very upfront about everything. I appreciate that. No one is upfront nowadays.

    Daughter was playing with my phone, next thing I know it isn’t working. Called the Verizon store and they walked me through some trouble shooting over the phone that did not resolve the issue. Turns out I needed a new sims card. Came to the store and they fixed me up in no time!!

    I dealt with Shane he was a wonderful he's cute too. I can't wait to try my new phone. The customer service was wonderful I dealt with Shane I couldn't have asked for any more help than I got from him and I would recommend Verizon to anybody. I had it years ago and I'm glad I'm back and also Logan helped me this morning with a question thank you very much appreciate it.

    Rep was amazing. He set up me and my elderly mother's phones. Helped us set up our apps. Took a lot of time with us so we understood our new phones. He set up my mother's phone to her car. The friendliest young man. Highly recommend this location.

    I came here to Verizon today. And what I needed to have done was upgrade my phone. Because I am a diabetic and I have an insulin pump. I had to upgrade the software for my pump. Add the phone was not compatible so I came into Verizon today. And they've set me up with a new phone that is compatible. And he showed us a few other things. That are for convenience for our use. And we just really appreciate the good customer service here.

    I came in to inquire about upgrading my iPhone 8 Plus and Shane was extremely helpful and very informative of my different options. I feel confident about my decision to upgrade to the iPhone 13 and I appreciate Shane’s guidance with this. This is my first time coming in this Verizon store and I will definitely continue to come back!

    We came to the store we had a problem with our Verizon account. Mr. Keith helped me he was able to handle it and we apparently now. Our phone is turned back on and auto Pay should work from here on out. I am thankful to be here and I am thankful for Mr. Keith.

    I was with Metro and decide to go with Verizon. I've heard nothing but good things about it and it was true especially with Keith. He was excellent and helped me with all the technology because I am not into all this, but thank you very much. He was great.

    Came in today cuz my email got hacked. I needed to know if I need to get new phone the representative gave me the information and helped me update my account was very helpful with that. He helped me get a new phone and he knew the promotions that I was eligible for. He was very knowledgeable and knew everything that he had in stock was able to help me out today.

    Very happy with the service. When we initially got the phones I was able to upgrade my phone to a brand new pixel. They were able to show me everything that I needed to know on it and was able to save me close to $50 a month on my bill. I've had a minor problem with it and came in and the sales rep was more than helpful showing me what needed to be done and he worked his way through it and seems to have gotten the phone taken care of. Couldn't ask for better service on both parts. Thank you.

    Joey did a great job giving us a wonderful deal on our Verizon new phone. He was able to use a promo to help lower our bill. I would recommend having him tell others how to get an awesome deal. I will be sure to come back another time I need a new phone. This seems to occur every two years! Thank you so much for all help!!

    I had a wonderful experience with Marcus at Verizon. My husbands phone had broken that day, and we needed to switch providers and join plans, as it was much more economical that way. We were dreading the process of switching from AT&T (me) and T-mobile (my husband) to a new plan through Verizon, as we expected it to be a major headache. Much to our surprise, it was quite the opposite thanks to Marcus! We went in and he made it all a breeze. We switched our plans, got a joint plan that was the best deal, and on top of that Marcus helped us trade our phones in and get new phones with accessories through a deal that was going on in the store. He was very knowledgeable about dealing with other providers, trading in our phones and getting the best deal we could get. When our first bill came and we had a question about it, he was very helpful and responsive! I no longer dread the thought of trading in phones or changing up plans with Verizon thanks to our experience with Marcus.

I was asked by my wife to stop by after her phone old failed and we got such a very very good deal with Verizon that I am thought I might get the same deal and I’m very happy with all of the items we bought and The rep was very very helpful.

    I'm at the Verizon store in Fern Creek Kentucky and the sales rep here was awesome. He had to edit my Facebook. I got a new phone. My old phone the battery blew up in it and he had to download everything over for me cuz I couldn't figure it out I really appreciate the Fern Creek employees at the Fern Creek store. They make sure that everything is convenient for the customer.

    I purchased a Google Pixel 6 today from Verizon in Fern Creek. The representative Shane has been most helpful. He has explained the workings of the phone and the promotions, answered my questions, and offered a phone that I feel comfortable with. And the accessories that he offered and recommended appear to be of quality and much better than the one from my old phone. I would give this experience with Shane today a plus five, with that being my highest rating!

    I came into the Verizon store today to open a new account. Verizon has some great deals going on for Christmas and the holidays. I'm excited to use my new phone and tablet! Andres was very helpful and explained everything as far as monthly bill and fees. If you need a new phone or tablet for you or loved one come down to Verizon! Great gifts.

    Marvin assisted my wife and I not to long ago with upgrading to some new phones as well as new accessories, etc etc... This young man was extremely courteous, helpful, knowledgeable an made our overall experience exceptional. We would highly recommend not only Jacob but pretty much anyone at the Verizon in Fern Creek location (we have never had bad service there). Looking forward to working with Jacob down the road God willing.

    Was very happy with the service provided by Tyler and the team. We were with AT&T until their physical stores told us we could only switch to prepaid over the phone, while their phone service center said it had to be done in store. After several back and forths over the phone and in store, I decided to switch carriers. Tyler was great to work with and made the process easy. Glad we switched to Verizon.

    No matter what I need help with Celluar sales are happy to help. No question is thought silly or stupid. Their patients are unlimited. Very knowledgeable. Verizon is still number one for me. This store is always willing to help me figure out how to use my phone, and even help with other apps that are difficult to deal with. The workers are professional in character and dress. I'd highly recommend Verizon and especially this store!

    I went into the Verizon store to lower my bill. I experienced great customer service. The customer service representative also helped me add a line for my child and told me how to get a $350 rebate. He made everything so simple and took care of us in just a few minutes. I always receive excellent service at this Verizon store!

    Most awesome experiences every time I work with the Verizon team at this location! They are professional, very knowledgeable and truly listen to the customer's needs to ensure their satisfaction. Mike and Shane really knocked it out of the ballpark on this particular visit, resolving some lingering concerns from issues I encountered at a different service center on my last upgrade. I so appreciate these folks, and Verizon is very fortunate to have them on their team.
