Went for a family hike with the pup, it was a great park, plenty of paved paths to walk and lovely scenery. I just wish dog owners would be more respectful and clean up after themselves. Also be advised: if you're using Google maps for directions, make sure you click on the trail and not just the general park. Those directions brought us to a private property in the middle of a housing division.

Great walk in the woods and on paths with my 2 year old Blue Heeler. Lots of wildlife and well maintained trails.

I absolutely love going kayaking here. When the water is up and roaring it is an adrenaline rush but when the water is low the fishing can be very good. Also, the park is top notch although I haven't spent as much time in it.

The place I visited was Jo Donaldsons "Hopewell House" but it is an amazing retreat.

Great trail with a good mix of flat and hills. Not too hard. It's 1.15 miles so it's a good workout.

Beautiful trail with great views, one of the best ones in the parklands parks in my opinion. I would rate the terrain at medium difficulty but I'm no expert.
