Great food. Great waiter. Went for lunch but chose from the dinner menu. Two drinks and 2 6 ounce sirloin dinners were $43. With tip, we spent $50. The steaks were so tender.

I and my best friend ordered the Alice Springs chicken on the lunch menu. It was delicious and I enjoyed it very much! It was the first time that I had it so I was surprised it had a little spicy heat which I liked! I would get it again! Our waiter was Lawrence. He did a good job and he was very entertaining! We never laughed so hard! He should be a stand up comic !!

We did curbside pickup and Kaitlin took our order. Very courteous and quick. Our order was exactly what we ordered and everything was delicious! Kaitlin made sure everything was what we ordered! I recommend anyone wanting a great steak and salad go to the Fern Creek Outback!

Not only is the food delicious but in today’s world it’s hard to find good customer service, and these ladies and gents have it down. The management team here is top-notch and Caitlyn was an incredible server. I had an issue with my pasta (I dropped it 🤦‍♂️)and they addressed it immediately, going above and beyond to take care of it. I was prepared to pay for another pasta because their customer service was so good before the situation even took place. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had an outback!

Waitress and waiter service were almost the only positives from this experience. My daughters said their last experience there was not great, but decided to try again. Appetizers were good. Steaks were poor quality and over seasoned. The pasta was very dry and could see where pasta had stuck to pan. Shrimp and chicken were loaded with pepper, shrimp dry. If you want a decent steak reasonable price, stick with Texas Roadhouse.

My Girlfriend & I loved our food (Victoria steak & blooming chicken). Our server Madi was amazing. Can't wait to eat here again.

Amber was great! Kept our drinks filled and continued to check on us throughout our meal. She also did a great job taking things off the table that we were done with so that it was not crowded when we were eating!

Great service great food and I love the drinks one of the very few places that carry my drink and made perfectly every time and they have amazing appetizers.- my waiter was Vino & I request everytime I come in!!!!

Our server Haedin G was awesome. Checked on us regularly. She was outstanding. My porterhouse was cooked perfect. Thumbs up👍 to the chef. Management checked on, which was awesome especially because of how busy they were. The steak dip the best. Great Mothers day dinner.

We visited outback for the first time in years. Amber was our waitress and she was excellent! Greater us right away, knowledgeable about the menu and provided recommendations. Lastly, the food was AMAZING!

I recently had the pleasure of Whitney's lovely hospitality and I have to say, she was the most amazing hostess I've ever had! From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home.

Whitney went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

What impressed me most about Whitney was her genuine kindness and hospitality. She truly cares about her guests, and it shows in every little detail.

Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better hostess than Whitney. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable experience

The food was great! I recommend the 6 ounce sirloin, medium well with a side salad and baked potato. All of it was delicious. Service was ok. Our waitress was amazing. When we came in though, there were two girls at the front desk and they were arguing and it took hours for us to get in when they told us only 30 minutes. The atmosphere was great. Overall I'd say it was a 4 star rating.

We had the best experience today for lunch. Anthony was an amazing server. The highlight of the whole experience was Drew, a food runner/ server helper. He was so upbeat and fun and was so friendly to everyone. He’s an amazing employee.

Food was good! But what really made the made the night was our super friendly and attentive server, Aaron M and the other wait staff! They were SO genuinely kind and gave great recommendations. I would come back for the great service alone.

I recently dined at Outback Steakhouse with my wife. She ordered the shrimp and steak, while I opted for the blooming burger. Our waitress, Amber, was friendly and attentive. The shrimp and steak dish my wife ordered was well-cooked, and the flavors were good. My blooming burger was a delightful surprise. The crispy onion petals on top added a unique and delicious crunch to the burger, and the patty itself was cooked to perfection. The ambiance at Outback Steakhouse was cozy, with dim lighting and a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a casual night.

So my original review stated that Paige was great but let me tell you why that was published. Because she did the review herself and gave herself 5 stars. She then stood behind me as I finished the review so I felt obligated to give her a great review. BUT let me tell you exactly how our experience was. She greeted us quickly grabbed our drink orders and we ordered our appetizers. Before leaving the table she said that they were having a contest and if we were willing to leave her a review on google that we could get our appetizers for free. So we agreed but she said wait until the end. After this, we received our appetizers but hadn’t seen her nor had we ordered our main entrees yet. We were a party of 9 and every single one of our glasses were empty at this point. I know we waited at least 20 minutes until finally someone at our table flagged her down and told her we were ready to order. So we ordered and got our drink refills and then didn’t see her again until it was time for our boxes and checks. Someone else delivered our salads. Someone else delivered our food. She brought our checks and then stood behind us as we swiped our card and handed us a machine to input our tip… all while she was standing directly behind me. This made me uncomfortable and made me feel like I was obligated to leave her a good tip because she was standing behind me watching me. This was extremely rude and unprofessional of her. Overall our experience tonight was horrible.

Wonderful experience and the staff were great. Good steak but my wife felt get steak was a bit over seared. The salad felt a little off but still good. The blooming shrimp were a really good app.

We had a party of 15 and Aaron M. Was fantastic! Very pleasant and professional as he cut up with us. While we waited for our party to arrive he took our drink orders. Aaron took our orders and our food arrived fast, hot and all orders were correct! Food tasted great! We were there for a birthday dinner and had a great time.

The food tasted good. Only have 4 stars because while our steaks were properly cooked, they were not hot. Our waitress was attentive and friendly but seemed to have too many people to handle effectively. I don't feel it was her fault because getting help is hard. I tipped her the full 20%. Of the sit down restaurants I have visited in the past year, outback is one of the better ones.

Mushroom appetizer was decent. The tea got weaker with each refill. My girlfriend's salad came with chicken when she ordered grilled shrimp. The 8oz sirloin, medium, served desert dry; it was pink in the middle, but it obviously sat under the heat lamp for a while. The coconut shrimp were okay, but it's kind of difficult to mess up shrimp. My "loaded" baked potato came with about five strands of cheese, ten bacon bits, and a dime sized spot of sour cream. I had to flag down the hostess to point these things out since our waitress went missing. The hostess was rude when delivering more cheese and sour cream from the back. Practically slammed them down on the table; never got an apology from her. They replaced the salad but it sure is inconvenient for one person to have their food sitting in front of them while the other person waits for a mistake to be fixed. It was nowhere near being worth the money paid. We will not be back. If someone gave me a gift card to this place, I would just sell it and wish them good luck... My debit card was compromised for an Uber ride that I didn't take the day after we ate here. I'm not saying it was them, but that is an awful funny coincidence.

I was not impressed for a high priced restaurant. They put us in a area where there wasn't any waiter and we sit there for 30 minutes until we complained to management. They gave us a free appetizer which was nice I ordered a half rack of ribs for $21 and it was mostly grizzle. I know most restaurants are having trouble getting server's but if they want have a good restaurant they should pay better. I probably won't go back .

Four stars for the excellent service, but I have to say that the steaks were just not good. My husband got a $28.99 filet well done, however it was black on both sides. (He gets well done across the street and while well done is not burnt) I ordered a sirloin that was mediocre. We ordered a blooming onion and was shocked how small it was compared to last time we were there. ( to be honest it was year before last) The steamed veggies were delicious as was the free bread which shockingly is still free. The quality of food most places is just not the best anymore.

Riley was our server yesterday at dinner. He was absolutely wonderful, professional, friendly and really cared that we had a great experience, which we did. Our food was delicious!.. and the staff were all very welcoming and attentive. What a great location! I live in the east end and will only go to this outback.

I was having.a seriously bad day. Went in for dinner and server Whitney made my day. Service was awesome. Smile was beautiful. My wife said it was a memorable experience. She is a beautiful angle. Put her in charge of your server orientation.. I met with the manager tonight on the way out to tell him how impressed we were. We will be back.

Same menu for 30 years, and 2 out of the last 3 times, our order was incomplete. The blooming onion was way overcooked. It went to the trash!

Food and Service was exceptional. Our server Andrea did an amazing job, checking back with us often, and her manager Rashad was very friendly and professional as well. We will definitely go back again!

Consistent food, take away often, recommend checking b4 u leave. Don't count on a "loaded" potato to go...still good for 5 stars for consistently tender filet.

Waited for ever to be seated, not even a hand full people in there. Then the food took a long time. When steak arrived it was way over cooked dry and tough. I wanted medium rare and received well done. Potato's were real small, blooming onion was small also. We go at least once a month not no more, finished trying.

The address I gave them was a hotel address and obviously I don't have any utensils to use so I asked them to please add utensils and obviously when it came there was no utensils in the bag. I also ordered a sweet potato with cinnamon butter and when it came it didn't have anything on it and it wasn't even cut no butter nothing. I called and the supervisor or person I talked to said they were so sorry and they took my information from my email and said that they would send me something in my email which they never did so I recommend not to order delivery from this place cuz they don't care
