The food was good and the service was great. Huge portions! The wings were great as were the appetizers. We got the fried pickles and fried mushrooms. The bar was pretty busy for the time (2:45pm on a Friday) but the restaurant on the whole was not crowded. Would return just to try different sauces.

Never had a bad meal here. Good location, friendly staff, my kid loves the food, lots of TV's playing all kinds of sports programs, not too loud, clean restrooms, plenty of room, back bar has overhead doors for nice weather, party space for large groups, etc.

I eat here 2 or 3 times a week. Usually get it to go . Food is always good service is usually fast and friendly I wish they would fill the dipping sauce cups all the way full without adding water to the ranch. When you pay almost a dollar for it would be nice to get what you pay for

Tip for the young lady that we was double sat at, we understood that you were double sat and that it was about to be your break. All you would have had to do was come to our table and greet us, get our drink order let us know it was your break and we would have been content waiting, your loss. To the gentleman that gave us the option to be moved and to the young lady that served us, Huge Thank you. I was out with my nieces and nephew you both made their night. I wish I could recall our servers name because her cool personality and upbeat attitude made the night

The food was good, but that's the only good thing I can say. The server not only ignored us 90% of the time, but she lied to our faces when we were leaving. She tried to argue with us when we were asking for our drinks to be taken off. We never got a soda because the syrup was out, so we were unable to drink them. I went to the and asked for our drinks since we were almost done and had yet to get drinks. She tried to say she brought them, but left out the fact that the only ones she brought still tasted like sulfer water. She also forgot to bring out extra silverware (mine was still covered in food from the last customer). She said I never told her, but what she didn't know was that the manager had brought me a clean set. Just over all bad experiences. We love roosters but we will go to the other location next time.

Food is always great, but tables are always sticky. Service could be a little more friendly and efficient, but it isn't terrible.

Tonight was the live local sports cast, and it was a little loud for me, but the food was good. I would say it was great, but the spicy ranch dressing was a little separated and left me a little suspect.

I had the fried mushrooms and they were really good. I was with a large party and the waitress killed it! This location is quite large and can accommodate a lot of guests.

Service with Chelsea was awesome. On Saturday June 17 we had a large party. She took excellent care of us! Food was great!

Food was great but.. this place is extremely busy and most likely do to a shortage of help our server was overwhelmed, it was however a very friendly and helpful staff to eachother and patrons. The way it is laid out( the building) it is very loud and somewhat hard to hear other people at your table. I would recommend this place the food is great but this would not be the place for a romantic dinner.

The staff were all kind. The service is about what you would except even if they forget are appetizer. The food is the reason I’m not coming back. It is so obviously frozen it is soooo bland. If you have an air fryer you can have 85% of the menu. The only thing half way decent is there chicken. But alot if people think it’s cheap, and it is unless you want ranch or anything to go with your meal like you would usually except. I don’t get the hype it so not great it is just the must underwhelming overpriced bar food I’ve had to eat.

First and last time at this location. Ordered a drink from the bar, idk what the heck they made it with but it did not taste anything like what I ordered, didn't even have any garnish. We ordered added grilled chicken on a salad and received none. After finally flagging down our server to get it, she brought out a bowl of literally ice cold chopped up chicken. Had NO warm temp to it all & was hard. As if it had been sitting there since noon and it's now 10pm. We were given no apology. My fries were old, chewy, and only a few I felt were luke warm as the rest were cold. I ate 1 of 2 the chicken sliders. Don't understand how we were served old cold food when the place was busy. You'd think it would b fresh for the wait we had.... Definitely lost a customer.

We had to wait for a while to get in and the employees couldn't give us an estimated time of wait. When we did finally get in the food was delicious. Important to note: We had a big party *15 people*

Waiter didn't seem to care. Seemed like the place I once liked alot was in decline. Wings were very good but the rest of the food was just okay. Still left a decent tip, hopefully that cheered her spirits up some

Great service great price and the food was delicious BUT their ovens were down so there was limited menu. Then on top of that they were out of a couple menu items we decided to get. Can't do 5 star because of that but will definitely be back if I'm in the area and hopefully can upgrade the review.

I normally do not have issues with this location. I ordered online for pickup (had a confirmation and receipt for payment). They gave me a time, I was there early. Waited 35 minutes because they couldn't find my order despite me showing them the confirmation. I live 5 minutes from this location (literally) got home order was wrong and ice COLD. It may have been a bad day for the staff, but it turned me off. I may go back, but it'll be a long time before I do. I wasn't happy with my last visit at all!

This place not only has Amazing Chicken. They have a Wedge Salad that is Fantastic and a Very Delicious Bob's Cheeseburger. This place has something for everyone and you will not be disappointed. Staff if very professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly. Highly Recommend to anybody that wants Delicious food that won't cost and arm and a leg to get it .

My second time trying the buffalo chicken pizza. There was hardly any chicken and it had too much blue cheese! The first time was excellent but the second time around was not so good. The cooks have to be consistent with the meals and not hit-n-miss. May try again but not sure.

Very nice place. Great Food. Reasonably prices. The entire wait staff esp our main waitress (I don't know her name) were exceptionally AWESOME. We were a party of 20+ and we wanted for nothing. They were right there with refills and food. Will definitely return here. Thank You Rooster Staff.

The food was ok for the price. I do think they need to reevaluate how they charge for sauces. Me and my mom got 2 orders of 5 piece wings and loaded fries and we said we wanted ranch but the lady didn’t tell us they charge extra for each ranch. So not even 1 sauce of your choice comes with your meal you have to pay extra for it. There’s been times I have been there and they’ve not charged me for 1 sauce I wanted. Other times they do which is odd to me. They give you a big cup of ranch and charge you. Instead of being cheap, they should consider giving an option to have a small cup of ranch for your wings at no additional cost I didn’t even use my full ranch they charged me for. It was too big of a cup. If I pay for my meal I feel like 1 sauce should come with it. After 1 I could understand them charging but we bought 2 meals. That’s my only complaint about this location. Been going here for years; Never had any problems at any of their locations. Great wings and other food is good too. Just enough variety to be diverse in flavor and like majority of them. The SIZE OF WINGS ARE HUGE! Love this restaurant. Definitely recommend the Dumpster tots app.
