Great service. They were super patient with all of my kids choosing just what they want. Pie was rich and amazing!

1st time and last time coming into this joke of a establishment. Went to get some dessert, they hide and serve you the old pies behind the fresh pies you see in the window. Asked if we could have a piece of the pie that was shown and the employee said no he couldn't do that. Ordered pie to go, asked for a fork, the male employee stated they had no forks. Also came home with a nasty, wet cake ball. Honestly, the worst pie I've ever had. Won't be back for sure. Both were pretty terrible tasting as well as the service. 8/13 6:20pm.

Awesome Order! I had a bizarre yet important Sweet 16 birthday "cake" order and they fulfilled it with no questions asked! Cookie cake and buckeyes! My daughter was so happy!! The folks also put it in a perfect easy to carry container.

Used to be one of my favorite places for dessert, but the price of a pie is now $27, more than double from a couple years ago. Sorry no pie is worth that.

Disappointed. Walked in, one worker just looked at us, didn’t say anything with her AirPods in. My husband said “hello” and nothing was said back to him, just blank stares. The other lady immediately said hello to the other people who walked in behind us and helped them. Literally the whole transaction the only thing that was said to us was “anything else?” And our total at the register. We sat down, the cupcake was dry and old, my pie was soggy and the pudding tasted box made. After we got our food the workers disappeared into the back. The one without the AirPods seems to actually be friendly. The restaurant was DIRTY. Seats/tables/floors had caked on food, dust was all over the window sills. The bathroom was awful too, I literally could see the pee on the wall/floor around the toilet and urinal. We try local dessert options every Sunday with our children. Needless to say we will not be back.

I went there with a friend and there was no one at the counter when we walked in. Eventually two ladies came from the back one assisted my friend and the other came to me. There was one other person waiting with us. I asked her if they had a list of their prices because the prices were not listed on the board next to the items. She asked was there anything in particular I was inquiring about and before I could answer she walked off and tended to the lady behind me. Therefore, I decided not to do business with this establishment and left. I felt it was extremely rude of her to walk off mid-conversation. My friend and I left and went down the street to a different ice cream shop and was greeted as soon as we walked in and ordered without any issues. The employee was also patient with us while we decided what we wanted to order. Their board was also well informed with prices included.

Have had many great pies from this place, but, the last several times I've been here is gone from bad to worse. I just purchased a while key lime pie, and, it's not only the worst key lime pie I've ever had, it's one of the worst pies I've ever had. Crust was stuck to the bottom of the pan, couldn't get it out in one piece. The crust was ground very (too) course and overwhelmed the filling. The filling didn't resemble any key lime pie I've ever had. I've had frozen supermarket key lime pies(mostly yuck) better than this one. If you love key lime pie for its subtle tart, sultry creamy filling, don't waste your time or money on this one.

Decent place to get baked goods, due to staffing shortages, these poor kids are over worked....the homemade ice cream is really good though

The staff was very nice and the ice cream was good. But the soft drink machine is broken, our feet stuck to the floor and the bathroom was very dirty.

So good and so fresh! Everything made in-house. The Wife and I split this dish and oh my was it goooood! Ice cream was a peanut butter and chocolate choice. SO GOOD. Can't remember the name of it tho, but it had buckeyes in it as well. YUM!

Awful. 3rd time now ordering slices if pie for it to show up with the wrong pie. They just send whatever they have if they dont have the pie you ordered. Coconut cream is pretty common? Apparently not. Not only do they always screw up your order, they never have anything fresh and they are always out of common pies. Im officially done with this place

Went one weekend, brought my family after eating dinner. Line was long but employees pushed through it. My son has a nut allergy and they sanitized it thoroughly for him to be able to eat the orange sherbet. Will be back!

I walked into the establishment wanting to place an order. No one spoke to me they just made eye contact with me and ignored me. This white couple walks in and they start taking their order. I have never had a problem before until this. they greeted them and were super nice to them.

My husband and I ordered two chocolate malts and a slice of lemon meringue pie today. They were delicious! More importantly, it was a refreshing change to receive such friendly customer service.

Normally I really enjoy Homemade Ice Cream and Pie Kitchen. They were out of several different pies, which I understand happens sometimes but it really felt like it was several more than usual. They were also out of several ice cream flavors, and the one I settled on was freezer burnt or tasted old. The workers were also not really too happy to see anyone and were more concerned with going in the back room and eating their own ice cream. Just a disappointing experience and waste of $12. Edit: I’ve reached out as requested via the business complaint form on the main page. So we’ll see how that goes. Edit #2: the owner of the business replied to my email and has been in contact with the store, saying they are working to rectify the quality issues at the store. They’ve asked that I visit again in a few weeks (with in store credit )and offer them any additional feedback, I’ll be happy to do that. I didn’t anticipate a reply, and upgraded my rating a star based on the customer service from the owners.

It was awful, to be honest. I bought a sugar cookie with icing on it, and it tasted like it had been on display for 5 days. The cookie was dry all the way through, and the edges were hard. Im trying to be optimistic by saying, I must have picked the wrong cookie. If that's how the cookie was intended to be, then I'll never be going back. Although it is called, "ice cream and pie kitchen," not the "cookie kitchen." Maybe cookies just aren't their niche like ice cream and pies are. I wouldn't know bc I didn't buy ice cream or a pie. Haha 🙄

Ice cream and pie have and will always be good but the service has gone down hill. Not very friendly staff, look very annoyed and like they don’t want to be there.

Expensive and not good. Couldn't even throw my trash away after because trash was too full. 2 pieces of cheesecake, (never offered any whip cream or anything) and 1 small bowl of ice cream = $18. Not very good cheesecake or ice cream I might add. Not impressed Update: The owner replied to this post, saying to contact them and they would get back with me. I contacted them through the company email. No response. Guess that is why this company is going downhill quick. Owners don't care either.
