Even though the Rainbow Trout wasn't available (not surprising what with supply chain issues) our meals were expertly prepared, very tasty, and reasonably priced. Friendly staff, and beautiful architecture. Very clean. Will be heading back soon!

After working on a beautiful Saturday, I was starving. We live in Mt. Washington so Aspen Creek is on our way home. It was pretty busy, but we were seated very quickly. The menu has lots of options to choose from. There are new drinks called “Campfire Cocktails” so I ordered the Fireside Cooler. Appetizer was delicious(mushrooms), Hubby ordered Decadent Salmon and sides, I had the Fish Tacos. The food is served hot and our orders were VERY good. The manager even came out to say hello and ensure we were happy with our service and food. Hubby made a very good choice coming here. 🍽️

We had a great experience at the Bardstown Road location. The staff was friendly and made sure our drinks stayed full. We went on Wednesday so there was a $6 pow pow shrimp appetizer that was great. I had the grilled fish tacos with pow pow sauce, and my wife had the baby back ribs with sweet potato casserole and broccoli. We both thought the food as well as the portions were great and will be back again soon.

Easy access off Gene Snyder. Relaxed, casual atmosphere. Steak, seafood, chicken, pasta and yummy sides including sweet potato casserole. Nice Happy Hour specials til 7 p.m.,too.

I first started coming here after moving here, met a few friends, we became regulars I guess, at least 3X a week. It was a great affordable place. Post pandemic: too pricey for a single Senior on SS but I love the smothered chicken w/ Jack Cheese. Just can’t afford it very often. If you add a drink, pay extra for a small side salad as one of the sides, and do at least 20% tip for the good service, it’s just too much for seniors living on Soc Sec.

Visited for Sunday lunch with a party of 8 and we were seated at a high-top table near the bar. Nice atmosphere and wait staff was attentive and friendly. Food was good but not great. I had the Pow Wow shrimp with ribs and broccoli. The shrimp was very nice and the ribs were tasty. Other enjoyed their entrees. Overall, pretty good but not particularly memorable.

Last night my Father and I came here with no expectations and we were happy! The food was amazing! We ordered the Aspen bleu sirloin and chilli rubbed pork chops. My steak was cooked to perfection, and I got it just the way I wanted it. I have 2 complains, the portion of sides was small and the pork was over cooked and dry. Couldn’t take a pic of the pork, but would try this place again!

I do love the food there! I love the regulars at the bar. I have to say though, the last three times we've been there, the order came out wrong.

Food was very delicious and served quickly. Austin, our server was amazing. He must have anticipated our needs because we never had to flag him down. Very friendly and great personality to work with the public. We'll definitely go back!

We ordered the queso w/firestarter chili and chips appetizer. Very delicious! My wife got the shrimp w/rice appetizer for her meal and lived it. I got the country fried steak and was very happy with it as well. Our server was fantastic. She's was very friendly and gave us outstanding service.

Amazing food, It’s not just steak. I ran out of restaurants to go so I wanted to try this place and it was wonderful. 10/10 would recommend!

The waiter of our table was very nice and on top of making sure we had a good experience the whole time we were there. The prices on the menu are very reasonable and the main you had a wide selection of various and very good meals. Our meals were amazing to say the least and they were prepared pretty quickly considering it was Mother's Day as well. Overall is experience at Aspen Creek was a very good memory and will probably become one of our favorite family restaurants now. If you haven't eaten here I strongly suggest trying to get out because it was a very very nice experience.

It was a crazy busy night with the Veterans Day deal, every member of staff was running around trying to keep everything running…AND THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB! Seriously the wait line was out the door but the hostesses stayed pleasant and patient with everyone. Our server, Jenna, was beyond amazing. We had a long exhausting day and she was a ray of sunshine and stayed on top of all her tables requests and needs. She is a superstar and made our night especially fantastic.

Really nice restaurant. The food was very good with tons of options for everyone. Our waitress Hanna was amazing. We didn't have to ask for refills or anything she was always one step ahead.

Wonderful atmosphere and service .. unfortunately the corn elote tasted like burnt plastic . We had the fajita tacos and the chicken tacos . Also the dust was thick on the light fixture above our table and the ceiling is also caked in dust .

My wife and I both had the grilled chicken breast and it was cooked perfect. We like the warm BBQ sauce with it. Service was great and the food came out very quick. We eat here at least once or twice a week.

Awesome food and drinks. I consider my fiance and myself a foodie. One of the best margaritas in Louisville. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the medium steak was more so medium rare. Will most definitely be back.

First time ordering curbside pickup. Always had great experience inside. Not the same for this experience. My husband's chicken tenders and ribs was missing the ordered BBQ dipping sauce and his side of fries (both were listed on attached receipt). No dipping sauce for fried pickles. My fish tacos were stuck to the paper they were on, and I stopped after encountering a hair that was not mine.

Always wanted to eat here. Just always packed. Now I know why. Summer was my server and she was amazing. The price and quality of food is insanely good. What a awesome place this is. I would gladly wait a hour to be seated here now.

Far beyond satisfied with this experience. The interior barn wood and brick ambiance was pleasant and inviting. Ordered the kickin' jambalaya and added a side of mushrooms. Best decision of the day. Bowtie pasta was perfect. Chicken, sausage, shrimp, and bread slice were also spot on. Jalapenos gave the meal a nice, warm kick and the mushrooms just added more great taste to the dish. Service was awesome. There were multiple items on the menu offering a vast array of dishes to choose from. Definitely a place I will visit again.

The Ribeye is very satisfactory. Side dishes are Excellent. We have tried almost everything on the Menu. But we miss the Pot Roast it was really nice! No bad choices here all items are a buy.

Stopped in to get the steak and rib dinner to go as this place is always busy. Took a while to place my order but once that happened the staff was very courteous. Little bit of a wait for my meal to arrive but considering how busy it was I understood. I took my meal home and it eat was delicious. I need to try to get here more often!

First and last time here. Got fish and fries. Fish very greasy. Slaw okay. Steak my husband got okay sweet potato casserole husband said more like sweet potato pudding had marshmallows in top. Also very yucky tartar sauce taste like made with sugar. Server was slow. Table had dried food on it. I went to bathroom got paper towels to clean it myself. What I disliked most was the waiter was shaking his head at and quarling at IN FRONT OF EVERYONE! A younger girl that may have been special needs but was working the whole time we were there even while he was walking back n forth to the kitchen laughing loudly. He was rude and obnoxious. He shortened his tip by 15%(normally pay 25%) because I HATE people belittling someone especially in front of others. You could tell he thought he was superior she looked hurt. 😡 Bill was over 50$ We would have preferred a fast food drive thru.

Always an enjoyable place to eat. This place is clean and employees are very friendly. Can’t believe how fast they seat you even on weekends. We were 27th in line on a Friday night and they said 25 minutes, so we went to our truck and waited and sure enough to my surprise a message was sent saying our table was ready. 👏👏👏

Love going out to eat at Aspen Creek! It's my families favorite! There are so many great options for everyone's tastes. Coming from a picky eater its a 10/10 experience! Staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is very nice as well!

We went in with a party of 2 at around 7:45 on a Saturday night without calling ahead. The restaurant was well staffed, and able to get us in after about 10 minutes. We had an appetizer along with steak, and pasta dinners. The food came out fast, and was very good. I have been to this restaurant about 8 times total over the last 5 years, and have always had a great experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

It's a busy place, because the food is delicious. The baby back ribs, mac 'n cheese and sweet potato casserole were a fantastic combination. Others in our group loved the shrimp and the salmon. Aspen Creek even offers a gluten-free menu. I highly recommend this restaurant!
