Our server was super attentive and carefully fulfilled our many unique requests such as wearing a mask while serving food for my immunosuppressed husband to the temperature of the soup. We had a great experience. The New York strip steak was cooked to desired doneness but parts of it were super tough and dry. Nevertheless it was well seasoned and delicious. The onion soup was extremely satisfying especially with the bread and butter.... 😋 yummy. I would recommend the mango 🍹 margaritas for a refreshing delight!

Went tonight ! Had chicken wings, French onion soup, broccoli- steamed extra ; coffee & cream ! All delicious ! Boyfriend enjoyed his meal, too ! Service was quick ! Waitress was nice !

Came in for an early dinner, took about 15 minutes to be seated but not a big deal. We started out with an appetizer and drinks but the first beer took 25 minutes to arrive. It took us over an hour to get in our order for our entrees because our server had forgotten to even take our order and by the time the entrees had arrived we had been there an hour and 45 minutes. We got a ribeye and a bone-in ribeye, the bone-in ribeye was cooked perfectly but the sear on the boneless ribeye was weak and the steak was overcooked. By the time we left we had been there for over 2 hours. Our server also said she had three managers on duty helping run things but they were nowhere to been seen or I would have brought this to their attention.

This review is based upon numerous visits, but this one in particular. My mother loves their bread. Because of this, she wanted to celebrate her birthday at Longhorn. So our party of three went there on a Wednesday night. Surprisingly, it was crowded and we had about a 15 min wait for our table. Once I told the hostess that we were celebrating the 93rd birthday of my mom, we were treated like royalty. Our server, Jaime, was very attentive throughout our meal. We ordered the salmon, a full rack of ribs and a 12 oz. sirloin. All entrees came with either two sides or a salad and one side. At the end of our meal, Jaime brought beautifully decorated scoops of ice cream covered in whipped cream with a sole lit candle on top. This was a complimentary surprise for the birthday “girl”. She enjoyed every bit of it. We like Longhorn because of the warm bread, the flavorful food and the unusually good service. Even though it’s a chain restaurant, we will be repeat diners.

My first time here. Christopher gave great service first of all. I ordered the half pound burger with a side salad. The burger was cooked perfectly. The salad, with in house made blue cheese dressing, was just right. I will definitely go back.

It was about 4 pm in the afternoon, was seated quickly. Next to the bathroom which I didn't like. Waiter was attentive, kitchen was fast. The Mac and Cheese is legit. Creamy Cheesy flavorful for once. Usually this is a huge miss and was thinking it would be the bland box version but it is definitely something you should order. Menu was limited to steak burger chicken or salad. So get the steak you can't go wrong cooked medium rare with a charred tasty exterior not too marbled or too fatty ribeye. Mashed potatoes was real as well not made of powdered either. Daughter and son had chicken tenders. Eldest daughter had the shrimp skewers. Kept our drinks full. Lots of western decor low warm lighting. Great for a celebratory festive or holiday weekend dinner.

I am a pretty good chef and know how to cook a steak perfectly, that night I ordered then sirloin medium rare and was givin well done and took me 5 minutes to chew each bite along with that the sweet potato I ordered was hard and the broccoli was cool not great for the price

We showed up on a Saturday evening at 6 o'clock with a party of 4 and they were able to get us in under 10 minutes. The server was professional and attentive, and our food was prepared perfectly. I have been to this particular location about 6 times in the last 4 years and I have always had a great experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

When you think of an excellent steakhouse this is what you should imagine. Unlike lesser steakhouses our steaks were cooked perfectly as ordered, And in a timely manner at that. Staff is really helpful and friendly as well... To be honest, I'm from Lexington so I don't have the best opinion of Louisville And it's surrounding area.... But to be perfectly fair my interactions with it citizens are very limited. With that bias in mind, Our waitress was very personable and polite.

We celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary. The mushroom appetizer was delicious. Our steaks were perfect! And we enjoyed the atmosphere, not as loud as some other restaurants. Thank you for an enjoyable evening.

Just OK. 8 eating and 4 meals were not delivered as ordered. Waitress was nice but slow with service. Had to ask for refills of drinks.

Surprisingly busy at 5 on Saturday night. We were told a 30 minute wait. Got seated in 10. Waitress was very attentive and friendly. Excellent service. Ribs were tender and tasty.

Eric was great! Very attentive without being obtrusive. Everything came out as we ordered in a timely way. My filet was absolutely delicious. Had great flavor and seasoning that complemented the steak. I highly recommend the brussel sprouts. They're crispy and really good.

We visited this location due to proximity to our hotel and needing to grab a few things from Target. I hate that I didn’t get our servers name so she can get the recognition she deserves but she was hands down the best! She was super friendly, kept our drinks filled, even brought us to-go drinks without asking, immediately brought us bread. I expressed my gratitude to the manager as we left and I hope the message was passed on!

The server was very nice and I have no complaints about him. However, the service from the host at front desk could no be worst. What a mediocre service me and my family received from them. I will never be back to this restaurant just because of them.

Oh my word, this Filet Mignon was out of this world. I had not had a steak in about two, then their whole wheat yeast loaf of bread with steamed broccoli, baked potato and house salad. 😋 so yummy. I got it as a to go order. Everything was done perfect, just like I had been to the restaurant. No surprises.

We had a family birthday dinner here and the food was good except a few steaks were not cooked as was ordered. When the steaks were brought back they were over-cooked. The strawberry lemonade and the broccoli was fantastic! I had at least 6 glasses it. The asparagus was good with one meal but not so good with another. Overall, I have to say it was ok and our server Jesse was very nice and courteous.

Great ambiance even if the light on our table didn't work well. Very home-style family restaurant. Waitress was kind and intelligent. However, this being a "steakhouse" leads one to believe they'd mastered the doneness. Especially since they have a chart on the menu. Still they managed to get both of our steaks well done. That would be great if that's what we had ordered, but I ordered medium-well and my husband ordered medium. Both ended up on our table thoroughly well done. The focus for a steak house needs to be great steak done exactly right. That's not what happened, and since that was the point of us coming it was a bit disappointing. Other than that everything was good.

Service was superb, Aaron did an awesome job we never wanted for anything. Food wss hot and delicious. The mushrooms were amazing. The outlaw was huge and cooked perfectly.

We have been at this location several times. Today, we ordered the chicken wings for a appetizer. They were good and hot. We also had the baby back ribs with fries. They were not hot at all, just slightly warm. Instead of sending them back, we decided to just take them home and warm them up instead.

My wife's favorite. Like our Longhorns in ETown the food and service was vary good. I had the 6 oz renegade with shrimp and my wife had the 12oz ribeye. Portion size was just right, that is if you don't get the salid and the tongion for an appetizer. So yes alot of food. Just a tip, I thought the cut of ribeye was much better then the sirloin.

I was there 3 days ago, this Monday. My waitress made my margarita and that sucked. I do not like when a waiter or waitress makes alcoholic beverages because they never taste right. There was hair in my food so I sent it back and the manager on duty that night was a pretty nice gentleman about it. I asked for a medium well steak for my 8 year old son and he received a rare steak. Sent that back and got another one then my son's new steak had hair on it. Sent that back and got a 3rd steak that was rare AGAIN!!!! Over it at that point. My daughters Mac and cheese was old/burnt Sent that back and got a new one. After all of that would you believe I was still charged full price for EVERYTHING??!! Not even a card to say here's a free dessert or something if you return and although the waitress didn't deserve it (not due to the food issues because she's not a cook) however, she didn't provide us not 1 refill, we waited over 10 minutes to even see her once seated and the place was not at all busy then she kept going to serve the bar patrons. I still tipped her $30 which in turn totaled up to over $100 for all my troubles! Thanks Longhorn!!! Had the manager Sabrena been there I think things would have been different.

Ordered the fried chicken sandwich this time. It was a truly crispy breaded & fried. I've also had the Maverick steak sandwich here. It was truly exceptional. The wait staff is always friendly and offer great service.

Food was delicious, drinks were big and also tasty. Not too noisy and a nice date night out!

Food was really good. Our server was excellent and a nice atmosphere. Never had an empty glass and didn't have to wait on any service.

Jessica was our server bartender. It was really busy. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. My wife ordered an 8oz filet, it was apparent that it was the 6oz. Being seated close to the kitchen, we could hear the kitchen giving her a hard time. But she got the right food out and I'm in a timely fashion and a discount for the inconvenience.

First time..my salmon was very salty and sadly the crispy brussel sprouts were not crispy. However, the rest of the gang's food was great and I was really there for the company of my new found friends. All in all a great visit. Will absolutely give them another try. Maybe it was just an off day for the cook who made my food.

Bad visit! Called ahead and then watched numerous people come in and be seated. Waited 25 minutes (1 hour and 20 minutes after I called) hostess told I had to wait at the end of the line behind every one else that was in line! What is the advantage of calling ahead? Ordered a drink and was told they could not make it because their blender was broken, asked for another and was told they did not have the ingredients. My husband was served his Salad, after 5 minutes wait i asked another waiter for mine. My dinner was served and it was my steak and chicken! I had to get another waiter to correct it and get the correct order. Then was charged an extra $30 on the bill! This was supposed to be a nice dinner for my 40th wedding anniversary! Thanks, oh yeah the food was good.

The food was very delicious and cooked perfectly. The server was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. I would definitely recommend to anyone to give it a try you won't be disappointed!

We went there to eat with some friends last Saturday evening and everything seemed all right at first after waiting almost an hour to get a seat and the place was not even that packed it was only four of us. Then the waitress got our orders wrong mine and the lady of the other couple and then there were some people behind us a group having a party I guess and they were sort of loud which may have been why the waitress got our orders wrong because you couldn't hear much over there loudness. And for my steak to be medium which it was it was still very tough I don't have the greatest of teeth so I need a tender steak and it wasn't.

Me and my daughter had such an enjoyable experience today. Our waitress Casey was extremely nice and very timely with our order. She just went above and beyond. Thank you so much.

Shane (the manager) is the man and the staff was phenomenal!. I've been trying to plan a great Father's day dinner for the men in my family and the staff went above and beyond to do what they could. Not to mention it was a party of 10!. Every time I come here, they never disappoint. 🙌🏽
