This is a very nice casual restaurant. Good family place, but it also does have its own bar. The tables we sat at were a little dirty and the floors were a little disgusting by how sticky the carpet was. The kitchen was a tad bit slow getting our food out but not too much. Besides those things, it was still a good experience. Service was good, the food quality and portions were good and the price range was about average. O'Charley's is a good pick when going out to eat.

Enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The kitchen messed up the mashed potatoes, but the server noticed and took care of us. Our drinks stayed full and bread was replaced in a timely manner.

Went for mother's day but had a pretty bad experience overall. Poorly managed. My steak was way overcooked when I ordered it medium rare. Tried to get another one but it never showed up. Our waitress tried to get the manager and after 45+ mins they never showed up. The food was mediocre at best - both my parents couldn't eat their salads because the lettuce was brown and old and tasted fishy. There was so much waiting for not much food. I understand it was mother's day, but there were plenty of open seats in the restaurant so I knew they didn't have too many people. I do not recommend unless new management takes over or something. It's a shame too as it was mother's day.

Service was awful. Our waitress was not friendly at all and rarely checked on us. When we FINALLY got our food (some of it) the steak was way undercooked and we were missing sides and hadnt been offered a refill in at least 20 minutes. Another 20 minutes later, she comes by and we tell her about everything we needed fixed/brought out. She tells the manager, and maybe 10 minutes later the manager brings out the sides and takes the steak back. Not once apologizing about anything. During this time we waited, we overheard at least 3 other parties very dissatisfied with their experience. We heard multiple employees keep mentioning how they were "just done with today" and "Just trying to get outta here". It's not like they were too busy either, there was not many people there and several tables were left dirty for almost an hour. Overall, it was terrible and we wont be back.

Really, shouldn't give one star but figured how else would I get the word out. I see why there are only a few O'Charley left in town. NASTY dinner rolls days old and hollow along with the cheese sticks. Tater skins must have been baked six times. Will not be going back.

Worst service i think I've EVER had. Just considered walking out and going else where. I still might. And it's my birthday wich makes it even more dissappointing!😕

Horrific!, my daughter ordered ribs, they where bloody. I ordered fish tacos and they gave me chicken tacos instead. My cousin ordered a extra order of broiled shrimp, they sent out a side of fried...never again!

Would have been better in the dumpster behind the restaurant didnt catch fire, the smell of smoke and firefighters popping out of the kitchen. The blonde thick waitress was cute.

This is my favorite restaurant... especially for steak and particularly the Louisiana Sirloin.
