Great time at this location with plenty to see, do, and eat. Lots of outside restaurant seating, games and activities. Usually live music on the weekends which contributes to a fun, friendly atmosphere. Check out the pictures and videos, and give it thumbs up for the ones you like. Park in the 5th street garage for $5 walk right in to the middle of it all. Lots of excitement, energy, and entertainment for the whole family. Hope this is helpful.

Stopped here after a concert at the Yum Center. Went to Howl at the Moon and PBR. Cold and nothing actually going on that night, but was definitely interesting to see. I helped on the construction of this place years ago when it was first built. Things have definitely changed. Miss going to the hot country nights. Definitely a place to check out if you are from out of town.

It's really LIVE!! For Sure I must say. Walked 3 miles. Had an adventure night 😂 parked our car at the park ,took a bus drove to downtown and just kept strolling and enjoyed the beautiful 😍 area and it's persona. Took some snacks from home sat near the bridge and just chilled out. It was so much fun. I don't look for happiness I create happiness 😊💝 bcz for me happiness lies in simple things. Downtown Louisville is so colorful it's a fusion of modern n vintage look.

Great vibe and clean area to walk around. Variety of restaurants, play games, and enjoy live music. Pre-Covid you could get drinks at outdoor bar area and walk with your drinks, yet that changed. Overall great experience and love all the food choices.

Cool area downtown with lots of bars and restaurants. We visited during the slow season so not much going on in January. Lots of homeless people around though . Kind of sketchy at times

Very cool outdoor covered area in downtown Louisville! Lots of restaurants and bars and set up for live entertainment with a stage in the center. Can get very busy during weekends with events close by. Must stop by while in Louisville but be ready to spend some money!

Always nice to have an area where all of the bars/restaurants can be easily found and this is the place for Louisville. Reminds me of the Power and Light district in Kansas City. Overall great place to grab some food and nightlife however we were somewhat surprised by the lack of activity on a Saturday night. I know Louisville has had some problems with social unrest and I suspect that has played a part in this. Otherwise, great place to check out and had a great time

Love this concept! Lots of options all in a city block and two stories. You can bowl, play pool, play bags, get BBQ from Guy, catch live music, or just drinka and dance yourself into a stooper. Your choice! I recommend a visit here while taking a break from the Bourbon Trail. We did notice during this last visit that there are several businesses that are closed for good 😪. COVID has devastated so many restaurants among other social situations! I am looking forward to Louisville returning to their previous healthy town. To spit all of that, if you are looking for a fun evening, Fourth Street Live will not disappoint!

Decided to take it in after a concert....all that was available was the bars of which weren't that good...we actually bought a couple of drink took a couple sips & tossed them (completely unlike us)... definitely a PARTY ZONE if that's what you're up for :)

We went here for an event (Food Festival). It was fun. There were a lot of people but great experience. I love how there are great bars and restaurants in one place.

The food was good and the outdoor area seemed like it would be a good time. Not much going on while we were in town. (Mon and Tues)

Cool place to hang out in the evening, lots of options to eat. Surrounding area is sketchy, homeless people everywhere. I wouldn't walk too far to get there, safer to take an uber.

They had a couple places open on Sunday afternoon. They had a live band outside in the street which was fun. The drinks and apps at the bowling restaurant were good.

Love checking out the different entertainment and I did not know there was a bowling alley down here.

A great vibrant place. A typical exciting downtown place. Sometimes there are open concerts at Fourth Street. We went there just before the Thanksgiving break. During that time, there was no such open concert. Next time we will try going there during the open concert. There are plenty of restaurants of different cuisine. A must visit at the Louisville downtown.

On a Sunday morning, it is very quiet and a great time to explore and discover what is located here. Many restaurants have outdoor patios. A stage for music at night....a variety of food. Steakhouses to BBQs. The area is blocked off to traffic, so lovely pediatrician area--great place to people watch.

Great area to go have a drink and some food. The day we went, they had a dj playing music. Had games like Jenna and bag toss to play. Was a good time. Dj stopped playing a little early though

Lots of places to eat, but we didn’t find anywhere to shop. My dog was allowed here so that was nice. There was no music on the night I visited.

4th Street was a Pleasant Surprise. My business associate and I were in town, didn't know anything about Louisville. Asked the Hotel Attendant, she advised us to do the most Touristy thing possible. We had so much fun we stayed another night. The people from the hotel to the 4th Street restaurants were absolutely awesome. Locos was by far my favorite. It was Karaoke night. I may have butchered a few songs. But an overall pleasant experience. Based on my experience with the locals of Louisville, the wholesome attitude and positive uplifting of fellow people, Louisville is the epitome of the "Melting Pot" America was striving for. Admittedly, I only experienced Louisville and 4th Street for 2 days, so this review may be phenomenally and greatly over exaggerated.

One of the must-see places in Louisville. Usually great entertainment, such as concerts and live music. Many restaurants and even Howl at the Moon piano bar. Close to the river front walk.

Pleasant and beautiful street in the center of the city with many restaurants, bars, cafes. A great place to relax where you can enjoy a variety of food and drinks👍❤️

This place is great. Have plenty of restaurants and places to hang out with friends. Derby week concert with DJ Diplo. This place would have been 5 stars, but one thing that was not fair is that some of these places started to charge a $20 entrance. Besides that, you already have to pay to get inside Fourth Street Live to see Diplo.

This place is always awesome! Just wish the security wasn't right up your butt when you are trying to go somewhere to eat. When they have live music. But overall, I am very pleased with how fun it is there.

A super fun and vibrant area during the live music! There were various restaurants in the area so you could listen to the live music while eating which was nice. It was a quick walk to the waterfront so we checked that out before the music started. There were plenty of drink and food vendors so it was easy to find whatever you wanted! Would for sure come back to this if I'm in the area.

Really enjoy fourth street live. There was a band playing when we went. Everyone was relaxed and having fun. Great place to hand out with friends and have a good time. Lots of choices for food and drinks.

Lots of good restaurants, not so many shops. Weekend nights it's very very loud due to the line music -- which is awesome if you're there for the music, but not if you're just there to eat. Also, when there is live music, a big section of the street is closed off except to people who buy tickets, so several of the restaurants become difficult to get to, if not impossible. It's generally a pretty cool area, but it feels a bit run down and in need of some refurbishment and new shops.

Fun and exciting area and definitely a stop you'll enjoy. It comes alive with excitement at night. Surrounded by great places to eat, fun bars and a nice walk to the Waterfront. You'll find everything from casual to upscale dining, ice cream and fudge store and much more.

Visited Louisville for a company conference and stayed right next to Fourth Street Live!. It's a great entertainment space, but the reason I cannot give it 5 stars is because a good portion of the businesses were open. There were 5000+/- people from my company in town and there weren't enough businesses open to support us all. I can only imagine how great Fourth Street Live! would be when fully open. I look forward to that experience.

Great place for Adults to have a fun night. From the huge sports screens to Howling at the Moon piano bar, we had a wonderful experience. There are quite a few places closed on the strip now, however, still a great place to enjoy the night with the best places still in full action!
