Horrible (non-existent) customer service *depending on how you look. The sales lady literally stood there and watched me the entire time I was in the store and never once said hi, offered help or anything. Very uncomfortable experience to be watched like a hawk the whole time but never asked if I needed help or spoken to. Actually saw a couple of shades I would’ve bought both pairs but after being treated like that decided against spending my hard earned money there. I won’t be back and do not recommend.

For the first time in at least 15 years, I decided to go buy some nice sunglasses. The lady runnin the show at this place was super friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. In addition to all that, she picked out for me a pair that I never would've picked out myself and the entire time I continued to browse that pair never left my hands. I ended up havin to get 2 pairs, I just had to have the one she picked! The only thing I can think of that would make this place better is a slightly bigger storefront so they could expand the selection a bit. Still 5 stars tho!!!

Staff really friendly. I came in early at 10 am to look around and the employee picked out a few that would look good or sounded like what I was looking for. Then wrote down the styles for me to think about during the day. Came back after work to purchase and this employee was also very helpful, picking out colors and last touches. Great experience!

I bought both of my Ray bans at Sunglass hut. The prices were fair and the staff was friendly. It’s definitely worth a stop if you’re in the hunt for some new shades.

The sales associate literally stood behind me and my grandmother our entire visit today. When I confronted her about it she just laughed and said she’s just checking on us and continues to stand right behind us until we left. I got uncomfortable so didn’t buy anything. Won’t go back

It is a great place to get a selection of name brand sunglasses. The staff there is very friendly and very helpful. It's where I get many of my Ray-Ban sunglasses.

Tijuan was the best, the glasses she picked for me were my favorite and of course went home with me. Will definitely be a return customer ;)

The two ladies that were working 2/20/21 were INCREDIBLE! They were both VERY STYLISH and knowledgeable about the products and suggestions. I spent $400+ yesterday in glasses and will be visiting again very soon! Go in there and ask for SHANNON! She will get you all the way together!

Management is terrible. I have talked to the sales associates and they were very helpful, however when they called the manager asking for help it went down the hill. I have worked in retail for years so I try my best to understand both sides. She refused to listen to me, and was treating me very poorly over the phone. Went to the Sunglass Hut in Oxmoor and they have fixed the issue in 5 minutes. I was here for ALMOST AN HOUR.l and manager was still rude!! Definitely recommend the Sunglass Hut at Oxmoor over this.

My associates today were quite a team! Professional, personable and knowledgeable. Ellie and Amber are everything you could ask for in customer service. I had purchased a pair of vintage Ray Bans and they were able to readjust them for me. I was happy to make a donation towards eye care for needy children. I will always come back here! Thanks for GREAT service!
