    This location is always busy. Which given the location. I'm not surprised. Usually, the drive-thru moves rather smoothly. However, there have been times when it gets backed up. I usually make a habit of ordering via the app and picking up my order in the drive-thru. I feel this helps keep the line moving. Plus you can earn points for free stuff. Also, if I arrive and want to add something like a pup cup, they can just add it to my order then. Even during busier times, the staff is always pleasant and helpful. They are also quick to correct any issues. Overall, I like this location. The owner occasionally sends out emails about events. Which is nice to get people together. The staff is very friendly and even though occasionally the lines are long, my food is fresh.

    It was delicious and great as usual. The only thing I missed was someone asking to refill our drinks. Otherwise perfect. You all have spoiled us.

    I was there on May 31 and I enjoyed a salad and as I was leaving I fell in the parking lot. I want to thank the staff that were working outside in the drive thru for being there and helping me up. I ended up in the hospital. I want to thank those young people for being caring and concerned. So who ever was working on that day, thank you so very much.

    Let me start by saying, I don’t ever come to this restaurant because of the nightmare of a parking lot. Had some points and decided to stop in for a frosted coffee. I ordered through the app for curbside, however, all of the spots were taken. I pulled in right next to curbside, in drive through VIP parking. Seemed sensible enough. Waited, only to get Manager Trisha yelling at me from the drive through door. This lady is nasty. Yelling at me would have been fine, but it was the tone, and way it was done that was not fine. The employee that brought me my drink was lovely. Seems like manager Trisha could use some training on customer service. This was not the Chick-fil-a customer experience that we all know and love.

    I love Chick-fil-A for their service, convenience, and quality. This location is missing something other locations have. By far the slowest one I’ve ever been to. I know they are trying but something needs to be improved rather that be the people, processes, training, etc.

    Very sad. This was not only the best fast food restaurant but even the best chick-fil-a for years. They recently closed for a couple months for renovations and I am not exaggerating even a little bit when I say since they have reopened this is without a doubt one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. My wife loves chick-fil-a so she always wants to go (at least once a week) and we have probably been 15 times since they re opened. Today was finally the last straw, mobile ordering was disabled so I had to order in person, the guy that took the order did not want to be there and managed to put about half of the order in incorrectly. This in conjunction with the fact that curbside is still closed, if you order for carry out you can go in and watch someone finish your order and then continue to watch it sit behind the counter for 10+ minutes while you and the others try to attract the attention of one of the workers all gathered in the drive through area. The drive through was expanded to two lanes but today was blocked off down to a single lane again. I am well aware of how petty I must seem in writing this but it is truly amazing to me how a place can go from what I would consider completely flawless to a total embarrassment to a well managed brand just by closing for two months.

    They usually do a great job but since they have reopened and remodeled they have been much worse as far as efficiency. I ordered three frosted drinks waited in line for ten minutes just to be told to pull into a a curbside spot. Ended up waiting 40 minutes in total for THREE drinks, and when I get them they are half melted.

    4 piece chicken strip to go today. Got home and it's more like 2 strips and 2 nuggets.... Come on you can do better.

    During these hard times of Covid I was very impressed how the front line handled a very immature self-centered woman at a very busy dinner counter. The team was outstanding the food was delicious and they acted like total professionals. I complemented the cashier that dealt with the woman that was absolutely over the top for her professionalism. We are always happy that we leave with yummy food and a good feeling!!!! Be kind to those that are here trying to work

    Usually love Chick Fil A. Food was good, employees were very nice, however, service at this location never seems to be the best. It took quite awhile to receive a simple grilled chicken combo and I didn't get any honey roasted BBQ sauce even though I requested extra. Similar experiences in the past at this location. Also, they need to follow other locations' lead and open their lobby for dine in.

    They have the best service and all the staff are so friendly. They are so sweet to.our kids and tend to give out stickers when they see us eating. We don't come here super often because we eat at home a lot, but when we do it's always fresh and hot food with excellent customer service. They also always get our order correct and we never have had any issues with our meals. I also like the curbside availability. It was especially useful on a super cold or rainy day.

    Went for a quick lunch. Just beat the crowd! Even so, CFA is well organized and works quickly. This CFA has an area that holds the straws, forks, ketchup, etc. Unlike the other CFA's I've been to where you have to beg. This place was very clean. The food was hot. When delivered to our table, the gal actually waited to hear our answer if we needed anything else and if the order was good! Perhaps this will be our new go to Chick-fil-A!

    Nice place, friendly helpful staff. That said I do not like the fries at all. Totally lacking in flavor, no crispness at all to them. The Crispy Spicy chicken was neither.

    Friendly staff. Excellent food. Nick and Claudia took good care of me during my visit. The restaurant is super-clean and I got my food really quickly. Pretty much all Chick-fil-A's are great but this particular location is always above-and-beyond!

    Really disappointed. I got home to find that the 5 piece grilled nugget kids meal had 3 nuggets only and the 12 piece grilled nugget meal had 7 nuggets. I checked my receipt and it had what I ordered on it but obviously someone doesn’t know how to count there. Never going back to this location waste of money

    Almost always order through the app. Today I ordered & was surprised when I got home part of my order was wrong. My receipt reflected what I ordered but my nuggets were strips instead. I Never order chicken strips! This is the 2nd time my order has been partly incorrect. Next time I'll double check before I leave the store. 🤦‍♀️

    My visit was smooth for the most part but there were a couple of problems I encountered. First, they refused to make my chicken nuggets well done, they said their location doesn't do this. The only reason I could fathom that would cause them not to carry out such a simple request is that they're worried about their wait times. This hypothesis was later reinforced by the fact that my food was handing to me in less than a minute and that it was clear by the taste and hardness that my fries had been cooked several minutes ago. I can't believe how selfish this quick service restaurant is! I would happily wait 5 minutes for my food if it meant I could have it the way I want it! Overall, the food was okay, the other problem was that there was no seating. It took me a few minutes to get a seat because they were packed! That being said, I can forgive them for being super busy, chik fil a food is DELICIOUS. But there is no excuse for not honoring a simple request on my food item that would've taken 30 extra seconds. I'm honestly just really disappointed. I was so excited to eat at my favorite restaurant but I was met with a sub par experience. And I definitely won't be coming back to this chik FIL a.

    It's just slow. I honestly think it is because of people with massive drive-thru orders. However they could do a better job of managing and moving the cars aside rather than letting them hold up the entire line. They still have great food and I don't like most fast food places, but I come here because it is consistently good food that is worth the wait.

    I am really disappointed that you don't offer decaffeinated coffee. My client is older and loves coffee but can't drink caffeine. It's getting older having to go to McDonald's just to pick up her coffee.

    If you like chicks, pick them up here. I have picked up a spicy chick and a deluxe chick. I'm not a fan of plain chicks. But a plain chick with hot sauce will become spicy 🔥

    Never fails me! I love chick-fil-a! Order a Chicken sandwiche(s) with extra pickle and Mayo! Never disappoints my appetite! Friendly customer service that’s super fast! Don’t let the long lines scare you away, as you will be in and out in no time if you go through the drive thru.

    Have literally been in line for 15 minutes and haven't made it around the building yet. At this point I'd leave but they already have my money and there's no way out of the drive thru line. Unacceptable.

    We were shorted a Spicy Chicken sandwhich (charged but not in the bag). More alarming... some of our nuggets were NOT FULLY COOKED!! The line was lower than is normally is, and there was plenty of visible staff. In any event, there is never an excuse to serve under cooked chicken.

    Ever since this location closed for renovations earlier this year it has become a complete wreck. I don't remember the last time I got an order here that was actually complete. I usually just forget it but it's getting to the point of being outrageous. My husband and I order from this place three times or more a week because it's the only location anywhere near us. Today it was just a missing brownie, last week it was an entire missing sandwich, earlier last weeks it was a missing brownie again and it just goes on. I caught the missing brownie last week and went in to get it and the guy behind the counter acted like I was just down right lying about it. I don't even care whether they were to give it to me or not I just want to be able to place an order and get my food I cannot believe what a change has taken place here as a result of being closed for only a few weeks. The second a different location opens closer to us then I will not return to this one.

    Chick-fil-A is always an extremely welcoming, and friendly place to dine. The Glenmary staff were as bright, cheerful and polite as could be. The food was perfect and exactly what was expected, even down to the condiments we requested when we ordered. It was an enjoyable lunch time dining experience.

    Food is usually good but some of the people who take orders outside don't seem to understand English. I asked if they had chicken salad sandwiches and the order taker outside wanted to give me a chicken salad. I could not get 2 order takers to understand chicken salad sandwich and not a chicken salad. The last visit, I gave my simple order to a girl 3 times and she couldn't get it right. I asked for another person and they got it wrong the first time. The first girl was upset I asked for someone else but I had people behind me and wanted to move along. Also, portions have been drastically reduced and prices increased. They need to hire people who speak fluent English and are familiar with the menu. Also, the portions need to be increased. I'm considering eliminating this stop on my way home evenings. It's simply not what it used to be and getting way too expensive. .

    Always good food and friendly service. However the wait time is a usually long. Not only is their drive through slow, but more often than not once I get up to the window, my food isn’t even ready and I then have to go wait in a parking spot for an additional 10-15 mins. This has happened on multiple occasions and since I have young children with me it makes for a stressful “fast food” experience. Hopeful they can work out a better system.

    Don't worry about the lines this place know how to keep it moving I am a vegan so I had the market salad with no chicken or cheese I like all the nut toppings and fruit in this salad

    We were in the drive thru line. I got out because all I could see were signs that said have your APP and Payment ready. I don't have the app. There's not a Chic FIL A where I live. I don't drive to the nearest one enough to warrant an app on my phone. If I can't make an order without the app I don't need to eat there. We were traveling and saw it, know the food is good. Went elsewhere.

    I have loved this Chick-fil-A forever, but recently they quit offering curbside pickup and my truck won't fit in drive-thru. Lobby was closed also... No option available for us to get food.

    Usually really good but today not so good. I usually go to the one on Outer Loop but not today. We stopped at the Fern Creek store and I wasn't very impressed with this store. It was better after I came home and heated it up in the air fryer oven!!
