Lately taco bell has been a disappointment. Every time I go, I try to order off the menu just to be told they don't carry something, are out of something, or that something is only available "on the app". Complete disappointment for anyone who thinks that they should be able to order off a menu that is sitting right in front of them. Seasonal items are never in stock. Food is sub par, often times cold or barely warm. The days of this being a decent fast food option seem to be in the past.

I ordered a beefy burrito, I didn't think was correctly made. I went in to talk to the manager, but the cashier would not shut up. She ignored the customers in her line. I couldn't talk to the manager. The burrito had mostly rice and cheese not enough beef. The cashier was making quite a scene, she had no business in the conversation.

Night shift never fails to fail. The older lady is nice but the cooks can never get the order right when it’s so simple. Morning shift is amazing though, but night shift ruins the whole experience.

I have gotten the mexican pizza twice at this location since it came back. Both times, it taste like the shells were fried in burnt oil or bad oil. The food is not edible. I won't go back again.

This is my favorite Taco Bell. I come here during day-shift sometimes and the food is always hot, put together right and quickly. Richard is great. He is very professional and gers the job correctly, fast, and with a smile. Great job!

Employees let drunk crackheads live in the lobby! Just left their employees do not care about paying customers at all. One crackhead was stealing soda from the fountain and drinking openly out of liquor bottles. This place is nasty! I will not come back and I hope nobody else has to deal with this pathetic behavior. There’s other restaurants near by.

This Taco Bell, by Kroger, is well run. The line in the drive thru goes fairly quickly. More importantly the drive thru cashiers have been pleasant and friendly. I went inside for lunch about a month ago, while my car was at Goodyears, the lady cleaning the tables was very nice to me. Thx.

Without a doubt, the Taco Bell in Fern Creek deserves a glowing 5-star review! From the moment I stepped in, the friendly staff provided top-notch service. The food was absolutely delicious, packed with flavor and freshness. The speed of service was impressive, ensuring I got my order promptly. I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience here and will definitely be returning for more tasty treats. Highly recommended!

75 cents per taco for extra cheese is kinda ridiculous but I added the charge for each of my three tacos in my meal because your normal amount of cheese is laughable. When I could literally count the shreds of cheese on my tacos I’d say the 75 cents was absolute robbery. Our cinnamon twists were missing so we had to go back and ask for them. The staff was friendly and the dining room was clean but you really need to do better on the amount of ingredients on a simple taco. Might as well have just served me the shells dipped in taco flavored water! If you’d stop giving people 274739282627 packets of sauce when they ask for a “couple” you might be able to afford a proper portion of cheese on a taco.

Food cold..not enough meat in soft taco..I have not been to taco bell since covid..it will take another covid crisis before I go back!

We went on the relaunch day of the Mexican Pizza.. We knew it was probably going to be a mad house with super long waits because the drive thru line was out on the road. Couldn't have been more wrong. The lobby was actually open and clean. The staff was very friendly, efficient, and accurate. I was actually really impressed considering the state of most fast food places now. This location is doing it right. Quick, fresh, and 100% correct!

If you have ever visited a taco bell between the hours of 10pm and 1am you know how terriblely long the drive thru line is and how slow the service is.. USUALLY. BUT this Taco Bell is not the same. It was literally the fast I have ever been through a Taco Bell line. It was around 11pm when I went. There was a short line but I received my order within 5 minutes of pulling through the line and having my order being taken. This is hand downs the best Taco Bell around Louisville

My sister and I got vegetarian taco bowls to take home. The young man at the window was friendly and smiled and we had a great conversation while waiting for our food to be given to him.

The gal behind the counter was so soft-spoken that we had to ask her to repeat most everything she said. Table tops were dirty. It looked like someone was in the dining room to clean but left the broom and dustpan out there to clean by itself.

Ok food. Average TB. You know when you get that good good Bell vs avg. Bell, lol. The staff was very nice and friendly however, 5 stars for them!!

They get a 3 start because they keep rolling out new items but completely ran out of Mexican pizzas, three one thing I love the most. Anyone who knows me can say I am a taco bell connoisseur but they are losing my business because of the Mexican pizza

I ordered burrito Supreme no beans and my daughter ordered same but with no sour cream they gave me beans and put sour cream on hers. Usually they are pretty good tho. Not this time

They were fast and got our order right. Glad they brought the Mexican pizza back, just ran out too fast.

I’d like to rate this higher but I can’t because of the price. The service was good. The staff was friendly. The product was acceptable. The tacos and one burrito… $13! No drink! That’s just entirely too much…convenience isn’t so convenient anymore.

Food was fresh, hot and each item was made exactly how I ordered it. I love that the burritos are so much bigger now. I would much rather pay the higher price for a nice & full big one.. instead of needing two small ones with barely anything in them. It's just too much tortilla that way.
