Wild Eggs is one of the go to places in Louisville. They always have friendly service and great food. This was one of the first breakfast places my wife and I went to when we moved here and we go back at least once a month. If your in town it's a need to try.

Both the service and the food were spectacular. Husb got the Chicken and Waffles and loved them (especially the buttermilk syrup), but he was ultimately envious of my Katie's Border Benedict--I had mercy on him because it was huge. The espresso was also decent.

We had a breakfast reservation for 7 people at 8:15 am on New Year’s Day, 1/1/23. Jeremiah was our waiter and he was so sweet and amazing!! Even though he had to work super early on New Year’s Day, he was so chipper! Everyone who worked there was great!! Very casual place. Plenty of free parking. The great thing about Wild Eggs is you can pretty much get a half order of anything! They’re very accommodating! We got a Big Stack ($9.99) to share. I wasn’t a huge fan of the pancakes and I actually wouldn’t get them again. They weren’t cakey enough for me. I got the Surfer Girl Omelet ($12.99). It was good! The potatoes were perfectly crispy! I got a blueberry muffin with it and that was delicious! Others got Zax I Am Fried Eggs with Bacon ($8.99 + $3.49), Farmers Market Skillet ($12.99), Chicken & Waffles ($14.99), and two people split The Mad Platter ($15.99). Everyone enjoyed theirs! The only thing that was weird was that the Chicken & Waffles only came with 3/4 of the waffle. It’s not the best food you’ll ever have, but it’s nice that you can get half orders. They have a lot of options! Service was great and food was good and super reasonably priced!

A few recent visits to Wild Eggs left me thoroughly impressed with both the good food and exceptional service. From the moment I stepped in, the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee set the tone for a delightful breakfast experience. The menu offered a diverse range of options, and my choice, the previously offered shrimp and grits, was an absolute delight—flavorful and impeccably presented. The service was prompt and attentive. The attention to detail, both in the kitchen and in customer care, made my breakfast a truly enjoyable and satisfying experience. I look forward to returning to savor more of their delicious offerings and commendable service. Plenty of parking and seating available through reservation or quick turnover of tables.

Awesome experience! We came early for a Sunday breakfast and were greatly impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of our server, Mary S. She got our orders taken quickly and was very helpful and attentive with our needs. The cappuccino and coffee was full-bodied and smooth; we also got the Potato head Casserole and Kalamity Kate’s Border Benedictine - they were both full of flavour and lip-smacking delicious! The portions were just right and we left feeling very full indeed - will probably settle for a later lunch. Will definitely be back to try out more items from their menu!

We love this place and never disappointed. Its the small thing that I noticed about this place add to make it even better. For example I wanted tomato juice, normally when restaurants offer that its not what I want. Their tomato juice is like V8 exactly what I expect when I order it. Ok the country fried steak is probably the best I've ever had in my life. Real gravy, real fried, and real steak. The Laredo steak and cheese was just ok and it didn't hit the spot. Ill try another never item next time. We went there are lunch time and parking lot was completely full so we drove away and came back at 2 and still a little full.

This was my first visit at Wild Eggs. I thought the menu had plenty of choices and there were also plenty of drink options as well. The pricing for the food was more than reasonable. Lastly, everyone in our party of 5 enjoyed their food. I would definitely come back and I recommend Wild Eggs to anyone looking to eat breakfast or brunch.

5 star experience thanks especially to the staff. We waited a bit for a seat because it was busy but once seated things went quick. Our server was attentive and when I expressed dissatisfaction with my overcooked and rock hard centered cinnamon roll they replaced it quickly. They also spared me the ticked off glare like some places when making a reasonable request about a meal you've spent your hard earned $ on. To top off the experience the food was also delicious. Can't wait to go again.

On the road trip I was on, Wild Eggs has hands down the best breakfast food. The dish that I got the Farmers Market Skillet was sooo fresh! The food quality to me was really good. The ambiance at Wild Eggs was great. The service was 10/10 to me. I really did like how the waitress checked on my cousins and I any time she was near our table. If I could I would have this breakfast at this place every day! Definitely a great place to check out!

We had a group of 6... All ended up drooling and commenting on how good the food was! My personal favorite was the chorizo biscuits and gravy.... Katie's kalamaity is my go to. Service was amazing... Coffee was good. Just another confirmation of why wild eggs is my favorite breakfast place

I've passed by here so many times before I'm kicking myself for not stopping in sooner. Great food, I had an ACE of a BLT and house potatoes and I would highly recommend. The King Cake Latte was "eggcelent" as well made by their bartender who crafts all the regular lattes as well as the 'Spirited' ones. 10/10 will be back again, I highly recommend.

Edited to add- I told the front desk about the food and they felt awful. I felt awful too. But, hey if the kitchen staff isn’t doing their job, they need to know. Its similar to egg harbor etc. unfortunately the quality of the food prep is subpar. I’ve been in the food industry for 17 years and I can tell you without a doubt that they microwaved stale biscuits and hour old pancakes. Every dish was way over salted too. The 3.29 coffee was foldgers brand. Not intelligencia or similar brand you’d expect from that price point. I hope they can figure out how to make things better. My husband likes the place.

Great place for a simple or a fancy breakfast - they've got it all! Exceptional service with a fun and friendly attitude! Food is superb! I had egg benedict with potato casserole and fresh grapefruit juice. Enjoyed it greatly! Recommending and will definitely return upon my next visit to Louisville, Kentucky!

Everything was great. Server was so sweet. Tried their special Derby City Cakes (pancakes with chocolate chips, pecans, carmal, and a chocolate bourbon sauce). They were sooooo tasty!!!

Went here on 4/20/23 and was amazed with the quality of the food. I took pictures of what I ordered and got a "build your own omelete" with chorizo, spinach, cheddar & American cheese, and 2 buttermilk biscuits. When it comes to breakfast, in my opinion, it's not exactly easy to get things right, but when it comes to omletes, it's so easy to make things wrong. This place was on another level of good. Beautiful texture of the egg, flavorful chorizo (which is hard to find here in Kentucky at breakfast places), and the buttermilk biscuits were crispy without any burnt portions. With the pictures that I've shown, you can see the price was around 20 dollars which for the quality and service I feel is fair for breakfast if you're looking for something nice as opposed to quick and easy. Also with the pictures and something that I'd ask for are having them have an option for breakfast sandwiches, not that you can't just throw it together like I did. Now let's talk about the potatoes. Remember how I said the buttermilk biscut was perfectly crisped and flakey? The potatoes were just as wonderful. Their skillet potatoes are AMAZINGLY WELL DONE. normally, I'm not super excited about fries or potatoes at a restaurant. They're typically whatever who cares, right? Nah, these fries were perfectly crispy and wonderfully soft on the inside absolutely above other skillet potatoes that I've had at any other breakfast place. I am very, very happy with the quality and taste of the food. I will mention that parking is a little hard/ confusing, and it's easily packed up. I think you can park at the neighboring restaurant and go to wild eggs, but I'm not entirely sure. We went at 11 am on a thrusday, were instantly seated however the place was almost full! (And I can understand why)

The Wild Eggs was beyond amazing! The food was delicious and great tasting, the staff was super attentive and on point. And the dining area was clean. Overall I had an awesome experience at the Wild Eggs.

Whoa! This was an incredible breakfast. Most spots like this don't season their food very well but everything was on point. I loved the pico with my omelet and it hit the spot. Really pleased with everything we got. Highly recommend. Parking can be tricky but it's worth it.

The cinnamon roll is equivalent to about 4 normal ones. My kids loved it and the hot brown with the egg on top was delish! Our server was very awesome and nice too and my kids and I loved her purple hair :-)

Wild Eggs was a great place to patronize their business. This was my first visit, and it was a great experience. I enjoyed the Mad Platter breakfast meal. I also enjoyed the gluten-free pancakes. The service was excellent, and everyone was so nice—great first-time visit. I will try to come again.

It wasn’t as my expectations! If I would have a breakfast I will choose another restaurant! The omelet wasn’t tasty, and they even has a bad coffee!

I was part of a large group from work, celebrating the holiday break. The server we had never missed a beat in delivering great customer service. She was efficient and friendly. Our food was out much faster than I expected and every order was perfect. The food here is always great, but I cannot express enough how impressive the staff is. Well played Wild Eggs!

Placed an order on DoorDash but never received half of it also toast was completely burned. When I called a spoke to manager she told me to reorder from DoorDash bc there’s nothing they could do. Even asked for a refund but never received.
