    Jeffersontown 2350 Green way Louisville 40220 I grew up eating at White Castle But this one is the worst in the area . For over 7 years I ate there and had many bad experiences I Boycotted eating there for a while because of lack of Coca Cola, rude service and etc After not visiting this area I gave them a chance I was sorry No cokes today again and they were rude about it. I require a coke with my meal and they can’t deliver on the simplest item I will take my business elsewhere Sorry small company take note and get some customer service Just bad service constantly for over 7 years I wanted to eat here weekly so much that I constantly went back and endured the rude service and just bad management I wish it was different Bad management

    The staff and management are rude. I sat in the drive-thru for more than 15 minutes and was not addressed to take my order. I called in via phone and spoke with an employee who stated they were "busy and not taking orders." There were only 5 cars in the parking lot, two cars ahead of me and 5 cars behind me at that time. This establishment is in need of an entire new crew in order to be successful. McDonald's and Chick-fil-A are nearby. Both are better options.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. I sat in the drive thru line for 30 mins, it took them 15 minutes after charging my card and me sitting at the window for them to ask me to move forward and the woman told me she’d bring out my order. They told me when I ordered it’d be a 7-8 minute wait on fresh burgers, which I was totally cool with but I never expected it to take 30 minutes in the drive thru. I get home and start to eat after I distribute the food to my family, and what do I find as I take a bite? A short black curly hair, which none of my family have, nor my animals, so I know it wasn’t one of ours. Not happy with any of if to be honest, I work in fast food, and I know health regulations require you to wear a hair net if your hair is to your shoulders. Unfortunately I’m just not gonna waste the gas and my time to drive back and try and get them to either remake my food, and wait another 30 minutes or give me a refund. Overall, 0/10 White Castle.

    I am so disappointed in this particular White Castle on Greene in Louisville! I understand they are short staffed... But that does not excuse their atrocious performance today. Not only did I wait at the order box for a solid 10 minutes, but they were out of the widely advertised 1921 burger, and managed to get most of my order wrong anyway! I asked for a cheeseburger and an impossible burger, with extra pickles and some tater tots. After paying at the window, I then waited another 7 minutes (the vehicle behind me got frustrated and just drove off!) A woman came to the window and asked me to pull around front and she would bring it right out. I obliged, and waited another 5 minutes. Being starving, and on a time crunch, I finally knocked on the window, as I could see said woman sitting off to the side looking at her phone. So I knocked and she motioned for me to use the drive through. But finally she realized I was the person whom she told to drive around. She goes to the counter and get my bag and rudely shoves it out through the locked door. Then she comes up with BS excuses after I mentioned it took longer than imaginable for a fast food joint, but never apologizes. Cut to me driving away, only to realize there is no cheese on either, and the plain burger was already room temp!! 🤬 Bottom line, I will never go back to that particular White Castle ever again! And I will suggest no one else does either.

    I've only ever visited this location @ night... & it's usually so packed your gonna sit for at least 15 minutes or more until you even get to order... Then you have to get through the line & actually pay & everything else.. Although, the food & the employees @ this location seem to be 💯 better then at ANY other location in Louisville. That I give em props 4 that. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work man😉👌

    I only seen two young girls working today when we went in. And I must say they did an awesome. Running drive thru and counter and cooking. I must say they picked some good workers when they hired them ladies! Place was clean and so was bathrooms. Everything seemed well stocked. Great job ladies!!!!

    Usually anyone going to White Castle knows what to expect. Those little burger patties cooked in chopped onions on a grill served on a steamed "slider" bun with optional cheese and a dill pickle slice. An occasional quick meal tradition from my childhood.

    Jeffersontown WC is nasty. Long slow line at the drive-through. If you go inside, you wait for your order to be taken. Wait much longer to receive your order.the past thee times, the burgers were soggy and stuffed in their little boxes. Any longer, it's not worth going there. Prices are expensive, very poor customer service. Usually, the dining room is filthy.

    I placed an online order of 100 hamburgers and 8 sacks of fries. I work in a nursing home, and the burgers were a "special meal" for my residents. The order was for the following day(today Wednesday 11/29) . The app was easy to navigate. But, the real pleasure of the whole experience was picking up the order. When I arrived at 4:00pm, the burgers were ready and boxed and the cook staff were working on my fries. The young lady working on my order, Madison, was AMAZING! She made sure I had plenty of fries and that they were fresh and hot!! When I asked for mustard packs to go with them she made sure I had enough packs(Almost a full bag!!) And even helped me carry the order to my car. Also gave me a stack of coupons. As I was getting things together, she asked if I was having a party, and I said, "Yes, for a group of senior citizens in the nursing home. " She laughed . Before I pulled away she ran back out with my receipt and more coupons. Great job White Castle Crew , especially Madison 👌

    Stopped at the Green Way location of Hurstbourne Ln and must say the staff was the nicest I have ever dealt with at a WC, restaurant was clean and the food was ALL fresh!! Best WC experience ever and I have been a life long patron.

    Absolute worst service. We pulled up to see four workers standing in various locations outside. After being greeted with a poor attitude at the drive thru window, my husband and I began waiting with two cars in front of us. After 20 minutes or so, the first car pulled away without food. When we finally got to the window the lady said they had a "drive off" due to the wait. We could see a worker sitting down as if to be taking mental notes as the others worked. Total wait time for us was about 30 minutes. We will not be returning.

    9:00 a.m. on a Sunday. Lobby closed, signage indicates 24 hours dine-in. Please have the consideration for your guests to post the actual lobby hours on the doors. Parking lot full of trash. Ordered 5 sliders, received 5 sliders with cheese. Meat far exceeded holding time on grill, like a stale beef jerky consistency. Finding help can be challenging but this may be more of a management issue. Other locations in the city are much better.

    I am thoroughly disappointed in the service and quality of this food chain Especially at this location… my sliders were cold and old the onions were sizzled not grilled and I was short a slider on the order… wow and I waited in drive through for 20min.. not because it was busy only 5 cars ahead of me ….. when you pull up to place your order you are placed on hold for three minutes before someone can assist you and they still get the order wrong….. I will make it my business to warn other people about this horrible experience… BTW it is not the first time for unacceptable service … but it is the last time …. You won’t take my money ever again!!

    The food is okay. They seem to struggle keeping employees, so every time we go it takes a while to get your food. The people are always nice, so just be patient with them. Make sure you check your food before you leave! I often find mistakes, but they are quick to fix it.

    The place was absolutely disgusting. The food tasted terrible and it took them 45 minutes to get us our food. I will never go back to White Castle. I don’t know if it was just this one that tasted terrible or if they all do but my first time is definitely my last time.

    Waited in drive-thru wayyy too long considering only one other vehicle was in front of me (four behind me since service was extremely slow). Maybe they only serve one customer at a time now (sarcasm!). Drive-thru worker didn't greet me, was barely audible..only saying "one moment" (I think?). Got to window to pay, still no greeting, no apology for the long wait time, & worst of all..not even a THANK YOU when I pulled off!!! Customer service must not be a priority anymore these days!!! I'll spend my money elsewhere next time. They need to take a note out of Chickfila's handbook. Your customers are THE reason YOU have a job. Treat them kindly.

    Ate in the dining room. Had a minor problem with our order. The staff went above and beyond to make it right. They were great. Some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. Of course the food was delicious as always.

    The food was NOT edible...cold, old, burnt stale fries. The burgers disgusting...bread was crunchy, onions overcooked, meat dry and edges hard. The service not friendly nor timely. Wait was around 10 - 15 minutes and food was in no way recently prepared. I do not recommend at all. White Castle please do better than this.

    I had the opportunity to stumble in the Jeffersontown, KY White Castle at about 5am. There were only two workers and they had just got slammed with a whole bunch of orders. I ordered a French toast bacon breakfast slider and a sausage slider. I watched as the two kept their composure and just handled the numerous orders with poise. I sat back in the booth and watched the news, waiting for my sandwiches. "French Toast Sliders!" The lady announced.. "yup.. that's me". I jumped. "You need syrup?" She asked with southern charm. "no ma'am.." I replied. "And thank you" I said with gratitude.. She looked at me and smiled like I was her own son , " you're welcome, baby.. you have a good day".. " you too, maam.. you too." The guy in the back was stacking sliders like it was a factory.. dude was on point. I opened the bag and pulled out the bacon slider. Bruh. This was on hit. One of the best breakfast sandwiches and experiences I've had. I appreciate you all. Good job, you two. You handled that.

    I’m normally not one to complain but how I received my order was ridiculous. My sliders were so smashed in the boxes they were almost little balls and for god knows what reason there was only one mozzarella stick in my order of 3 and I specifically asked for no onions on my sliders and they were more onion then sliders.

    This place is absolutely terrible. Slow service, bad food. I told them 3 times i needed some honey mustard. They said it’s in the bad. I check the bag. It’s none. Now they mad at me because i want a refund 🤣. Stay far away from this place.

    It’s 4a.m. I read that this White Castle is 24 hours. They have a hand made sign on speaker that says “closed for cleaning”. I’m sitting outside with multiple other cars and I see two employees on their phones for a good 10 min. Obviously not cleaning or taking orders.

    I like WC lounge, have my whole life since I was a kid. Think it's the spicy mustard. I just wish this wasn't the closest one to me. I keep returning every so often to see if it has changed but nope. Last trip I was ordering for a small group. So a crave case of cheese burgers a sack of fries a sack of onion rings and a few cheese sticks. (Drive thru) I asked for mustard and marinara. She asked me to remind her at the window. Which I did. I pulled forward to wait 25 min for my order. They bring out the order to my car and take off. And no condiments, so I park and go in. They act like it was inconvenient for them to put mustard packs in a bag. I leave, go home.. the onion rings and fries are smashed in their bags and the crave case of cheese was missing cheese on 6 of them. Its always thus way at this location. Looks like when the crave hits I'll have to drive to a better managed store. This one will never get it right.

    It's been a long time and now I know why. I tried the plant based burger and the fish sandwich. They didn't ask if I wanted any sauces and so I didn't say.. apparently you must ask or you receive no tarter sauce on the fish, or dressings on the burger? I also ordered mozzarella sticks and fries. Fries were hard and cold. One of the mozzarella sticks had most of the cheese oozed out. Call me one and done. No plans to return.

    The 3rd shift workers are horrible!! White castle burgers do not take 25/30 minutes to make!! The workers in the store playing, hanging out the back door! Three cars shouldn't have to wait this long and still have cold food!

    I've ordered this place twice off doordash I'm trying them again and really hoping that they get my order right this time Update might be posted Update 1st shift are on their P's and Q's they called me to let know know they were out of what I ordered after getting someone else order 2 times(during night shift) (i work odd hours) this was a very nice surprise and they got it right it was very good!     Disgusting! No hair nets or hair tied back when preparing food. Wearing gloves when still touching your hair is a health department violation. Waited 15 minutes to even get waited on in the lobby and nobody even acknowledged we were there. Yes, they were super busy but it only takes looking up to acknowledge customer just arriving and letting them know you will be with them shortly. That was nothing compared to the nasty hair not being tied back! I will not go to this location again or recommend either.

    Did online order, didn't have our shake, no big deal. Girl at window very nice. Went to pull off forgot cheese went back around and got that still no big deal. Then got home, ordered 10 jalapeño sliders with bacon pickle and ketchup. Got home none of them had bacon or pickle or ketchup spent over $30 and it seem like everything was just messed up from the time we arrived till the time we got home. only thing decent was the girl at the window being nice. Haven't had White Castle definitely a bummer.

    The drive thru service was very slow. Ordered, and paid for, 2 - #1's with cheese. Got home with the food, and none of the sliders had cheese. Would have returned to the restaurant, but I wasn't given a receipt. So, paid too much for what we ended up with. Very disappointing.

    Came here multiple times and they always got my order wrong, last night they had us wait for an hour for our food that was already paid for just to get 5 PLAIN room temp burgers and warm flat coke (I ordered bbq bacon sliders). The woman at the drive thru (red hair) was rude to me and my wife and the rest of the workers looked like they didn’t care about their jobs.. which fair enough I wouldn’t want to be working there either.
