We checked in on a Thursday night and checked out on a Sunday morning. What I loved about this hotel is that the customer service was excellent. There is a good hot breakfast and great service. Breakfast wasn’t included in our rate but was only $7.00 per person. Where you eat breakfast, I believe you can also get dinner, but we never had time to utilize the bar/restaurant at night. However, I love they still have food and drink inside the hotel where some hotels don’t any longer. Many guests were having a great time at their lounge! The hotel was huge and the common areas were super clean. The only thing that happened was our first room wasn’t very clean, but it wasn’t terrible; however, management made it right immediately! I would definitely stay here again. The hotel itself isn’t brand new, but was very nice and is in a great location. ***Free parking, fair rate, clean, not brand new, but remodeled.

This is a beautiful hotel, clean, gay location BUT they have the nerve to Charge their guest $10 for that average hotel food! What the hell! And those desk clerks need to dress more professional! You have a beautiful hotel and people bend the desk looking like they’re going to clean the garage! At least have a dress code to a more professional attire!

You have to pay to eat at their continental breakfast bar. Nothing fancy...cold cereal, muffins, toast, waffles or pancakes, eggs, bacon or sausage....other holiday inns don't charge for that. Pool was nice but only 5 people allowed in at a time....no exceptions. No hot tube....they replaced it with plants and mulch inside. Otherwise the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and staff was nice.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL. I booked this hotel for a work conference. There were a group of guests and children in the lobby by the bar that were playing loud music, yelling and playing volleyball from about 10pm until 1am. I called the front desk numerous times for a noise complaint. My room had a window (not sure why) pointing into the lobby right where these guests were. The front desk worker said they couldn't do anything until the bar closed at 12. I asked for a different room away from the lobby. They refused to give a new room. When the bar closed the noise continued and I called again. They said they would talk to the guests. No one ever went over to talk to them (again, clear view from my room). My husband then went down to talk to the guests himself since no one else was going to. They quit playing volleyball but continued to be loud until 1am when they finally left the lobby. They were then on my floor yelling in the hallway. Do NOT book with this hotel. If you have an issue they will not work with you to resolve.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I stayed here as a part of a business trip. We booked in advance, but they put us in a room next to the bar. Our windows faced toward the bar. There were loud groups of people clapping, yelling, laughing, and running until around 2:00am. When we called the front desk to get a different room or an accommodation, they said they couldn't do anything. Worst hotel and holiday inn experience.

If you like to stay at a property that likes to take advantage of its customers, then this is your place. However, there is no way I can recommend staying at a place so rife with corporate greed. I had planned my travel to Louisville 11 months in advance and booked my room with this Holiday Inn through the IHG app. Then, two weeks prior to my stay (almost 300 days after I booked this room), I get a call saying they cannot honor the rate that was booked on their website. They stated they just realized the error. As a result, I was given an ultimatum to accept a significantly higher rate or have my room canceled. I requested to call IHG and discuss the issue with them as the property would not budge. By the time I called IHG, my room was canceled and there was nothing corporate could do. This property and IHG would rather squeeze a few hundred dollars out of their customers' pockets than honor a rate that they placed on their own website. By waiting until two weeks before my stay, there were limited options available. Fortunately, the good people at Hilton understood the situation and made the situation right. That is how you take care of customers. Note to IHG/this Holiday Inn, take a play out of Hilton’s playbook and treat your customers the way you would want to be treated. If your team failed to execute the business plan correctly (e.g. pricing rooms correctly), own it, learned from it, and make sure it does not happen again. Do not take your shortcomings out on your customers.

Really can't rate rooms, but dropped in here because I had an online meeting, was short on time, and didn't have a good, quiet place for it. My car wasn'tgoing to cut it, so I ducked in here half an hour beforehand and asked for help. I hold high reward status, and they set me up in the restaurant, which wasn't open yet for dinner. SUPER accommodating and SUPER helpful. This kind of service generates brand loyalty, and I will recommend this location over all nearby because of this special attention. Thank you!

When we first arrived, the area looked, shady. However, once we came inside, it was very impressive. Pro’s 1. Very clean 2. Modern 3. Seasonal decor (poinsettia plants are a good touch around Christmas). 4. Rooms were clean and comfortable 5. Nice pool and exercise room Con 1. $10 for breakfast This was a bit of a surprise for me. We usually stay in the same hotel, such as the Holiday Inn. All those places have had a complementary breakfast. I have a wife and four kids. No thanks.

One thing I missed in my room was having a list laminated with restaurants in the area with phone #'s & possibly their hours open, places of interest to see, hours that breakfast was served each day with cost (since they aren't included with the room anymore), checkout & check in times listed as well. I also didn't like the incidentals chg of $21.45 per night to my card & then have to wait 2-3 business days to get a refund! In the past I have never had to pay this chg. I wish that they had snack type machines & drink machines on each floor. My room was nice so was the bathroom. You don't get a microwave in it but you still get a mini refrigerator still.

Breakfast is awful! Bacon is always hard eggs always watered down the potatoes are fresh maybe once a week! This week has been really bad! No napkins or real silverware, takes forever to get refills on drinks, brown sugar for the oats is so hard you cant spoon any out! And for the rooms the tv signal constantly loses signal they don't always clean your room! You shouldn't have to call for clean towels! I could go on but I gotta go back to work!

Very nice hotel overall. Parking lot is spacious and easily allows for truck parking. I was there for work and had no issues with my straight truck, and there was also a tractor-trailer parked there as well.

I didn't stay the night at the hotel. I just had an expo there. I've also had a meeting there in the conference room. We had breakfast and it was fabulous. It was a full breakfast, not a continental, but a full breakfast and it was awesome. What I found was the hotel was very clean.

Location is decent, since it's right off the highway, but it's a pain to get out of, depending on what direction you're going. The rooms are in need of attention, and our AC was the loudest thing I've ever been around. On arrival, the check-in person seemed very unhappy to be there, but everyone else at the front desk was very nice.

The staff were just awesome. We asked the staff if we could use some of the currently unused lobby space to play some VR games with 3 people. They said absolutely, we played from ten to midnight and had a great time. Thanks y'all!

Room was fairly clean and comfortable but lack of attention to details disappointing. Upon checkin our room had no shampoo or conditioner. Only 2 of each size towel and 2nd day not even that, housekeeping didn’t replace some of the dirty towels they took. Third day, returned to room to find housekeeping never cleaned our room. Another family member travelling with us requested an extra blanket for their room, told it would take til 11pm as someone took the key home to the stock room. Website advertised a hot tub, disappointed to find it full of dirt and plants.

We enjoyed our stay. We stayed for one night whole passing through. The hotel is nice and everyone extremely friendly. The only two things (but still a great stay) is the pool area needs to be clearly marked where it is and no exhaust fans in the bathroom.

The fridge was not working, one of the bedside table had water and sticky stuff on it and the room had no information package about their services, no references to restaurants in the area. When i called about the fridge, they informed me that the maintenance person was not available, also no breakfast was included with accommodation, there was a charge of $7.00 per person. Overall the room was a good size and the bed was comfortable, and the pet rate was reasonable at $25/night.

I had a week long stay for work. After traveling all day from out of state I finally get to the hotel. My ED had booked the room for me and missed signing a form. They would not allow me to check in, even with my email reservation confirmation, until my ED, who was unavailable at that exact moment, fixed the paperwork. She barely had enough time to call the hotel and ask them to email the papers and told them she would sign as soon as she was able (in an hour or so) and asked them to allow me in my room, which they refused. So instead of being offered a chair, a glass of water, a cup of coffee, something/anything, I was left standing in the lobby for over an hour with no available seating. Clearly this hotel does not care about customer service. I eventually get to my room and it's pretty standard but my room faced inside the lobby which was insanely bright while trying to sleep. No rest for the weary. Also my air conditioner was on the fritz. There would be a loud thud and it would buzz for 2 minutes and then a loud bang and it would run for 10. It would repeat this every 30 minutes. Yes, I timed it because I wasn't able to sleep because of the bright room. Don't try watching TV either there are only 3-5 channels that work. On another note I refuse to pay $7 for cereal for breakfast. Thank goodness Starbucks was next door. I will not be back and was so happy when the week was over and I was able to leave.

Definitely find another place to stay. I Stayed one night here after photographing a 10 hour wedding; checked in at midnight. Exhausted and ready to take a load off, I walk up to the front desk to check in, and it takes a solid 5 minutes for the front desk worker to look up and see I’m there. I get to my room, put my things down, walk around, and the room looks like it hadn’t been vacuumed in several stays. (See video below.) I go to take a shower, turn on the water, and just as I’m about to step in, notice there are several, dark, blatantly obvious PUBIC HAIRS on the shower walls. (See video below.) Needless to say, I skipped the shower that night. I spoke to the front desk worker about these cleanliness issues and she gave me a $25 refund. I feel like if you’re paying $160/night, these things should not be overlooked. I’m giving this place 2 stars because the linens and towels were fine. I usually love Holiday Inn hotels, but I will never recommend staying here to anyone.

Hands down the worst hotel stay I've had. I am here with two other people in the same room, we were provided with 2 towels in the room on check-in and asked multiple times for more and never got them. Eventually, my husband had to go get towels from the pool because we needed to shower more than once during our 4 night stay. The breakfast was horrible, I genuinely don't know how you mess up scrambled eggs but the Holiday Inn pulled it off. Most of the weekend we had to take the stairs because the elevators just never came. Ohhhh and the best part, my room was always lit up like it's 12 noon because they have flood lights aimed directly into the windows. I suggest you don't waste your money here.

I'm currently in this hotel as I type this. The experience I had called for me to leave a review before leaving the premises tomorrow at check out. It's currently 4am, that's how serious leaving this review is for me. If you stay here be prepared to have your credit card repeatedly charge without merit. I checked in on Friday with a credit card. Check out on Saturday then checked back in on Saturday under a new reservation and I used a debit card this time. This was done at 10:39 am. I received a call from the General Manager at 5:30pm saying there was an issue with my card. A charge for $170 cleared at 10:30 when I checked in. The General Manager charged my card 3 additional times for $150 each time. Two times it was successful but the 3rd time it declined. I immediately noticed the issue and proceeded to confirm the staff. I was baffled to find out that the General Manager was the one to excessively charge my card unwarranted. My money is now tied up for at least 14 days. I heard later that this happened to multiple other guest that were here at the event that I was a vendor for. This is inexcusable. I couldn't even order take out because she took all of my money with the exception of $15. My card was charged a total of $470 for a $150 room. I was robbed by the General Manager smh

I've stayed at this hotel before and didn't have an issue. My recent stay was a disaster. I checked into my room at 10:30. At 5:39 I received a call from the general manager, Tanya Kosek saying there was an issue with my card. I checked my card immediately and noticed that my card had been charged an additional 3 times. Once for $170 and twice for $150. She would have charged my card again but there was only $15 dollars left. I raced to the front to figure out the issue. Before I reached the desk a lady approached me and introduced herself as the general manager. She proceeded to apologize because she was unaware that my room was originally booked by the person hosting the event for that weekend. Instead of speaking to him she spoke to his son who was unaware of the arrangements his father had made for me. The general manager instantly thinks it's a fraud because she didn't speak to the correct person. Therefore she decided to penalize me by charging my card excessively. Later that day I found out that others from the event experienced the same. It's now 2 weeks later and I still don't have access to my money. I reached out to the hotel including all managers and everyone had an attitude as if they were the victims and it was their money. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement! If you stay at the hotel be prepared to be robbed by the staff particularly management Tanya Kosek.
