Would recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean and up to date. The bed was very comfortable. The staff very friendly. The only negative was the indoor pool was a little too cool to enjoy.

Check in via app was simple. Ice maker on 3rd floor didn’t work. I was impressed by the room layout. Nice space for myself and work. The water closet is super tiny. Mini refrigerator made loud noises a few times at night and woke me up thinking someone was trying to get in. Overall a good stay.

Stayed here a month ago, Aug ‘22. The cleaning service informed the front office there was an animal in the room. (There was not, and no evidence of an animal). This prompted the staff to charge me a $50 animal fee. When asked what led the cleaning service to believe there was an animal in the room, there was no explanation. This seems shady af. They said they would refund the $50 pet fee, so I said okay, thank you. About a week after my stay they charged me another $50. So all in all i spent $100 in fees that i shouldnt have been charged on a two night/$200 stay. Fantastic.

Nice location and the room was decent. Only complaints I have are with the heating system and the bed. We set the thermostat to 72 degrees and it really never got warm in the room, even the air blowing out was cool air. The bed was a big king sized one, it just wasn't very comfortable. Barely got any sleep at all because of comfort issues.

This is hands down one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. It was very well maintained, we didn't have to ask for much, but all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious and there were many many options. Very good value for the cost. Located next to everything you need. If I ever need to stay in Louisville again this will be the place I stay! Very impressed.

Terrible room layout. Breakfast was good and the hotel is clean. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi is not good at all. Room Doors slam shut if you let go of it. That's loud!

This is a great Hilton property. I have stayed here 6 times for business this year. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are quiet and clean, and if you, like me, leave the do not disturb sign on during your stay, they leave a basket at your door with fresh towels, coffee, and water. I gave them 5 stars because they exceed my expectations of a Hampton Inn. In fact, I don't receive this kind of service from hotels costing twice as much. John Martin - Lifetime Diamond Member

This hotel was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. We are on a four-day trip traveling through Kentucky and Tennessee and would’ve loved to just stay here. Staff was friendly, the breakfast was great and the room was beautiful, very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Our next two hotels during our travels are going to have a hard time beating this establishment.

Hotel was nice and very clean. Everyone on the staff that I spoke with was helpful! The front desk, house keeping and breakfast attendant was very nice. Room was clean. Room service is not every day but they will provide you towels to exchange and empty trash. We visited for the weekend. Had a big cross country event in the area at a local park, and our hotel was sold out. I would love to come back and stay longer. Great location, easy access to highways and restaurants. It was cold and rainy, so we didn't swim or spend much time outside but the area and view was nice. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked, even on a busy weekend. I loved the positive notes on the fruit :) waffle maker, fresh fruit, eggs, meat, potatoes, & pastries etc. My bed leaned a little but front desk fixed it right away when I brought it to their attention. Overall my stay was great and everyone was friendly. They have onsite laundry and the manager was able to accommodate a later check out request, as we had a late flight home. Thank you Hampton for a great stay.

The front desk staff was great, especially Betty. Also, Joanne from the Cafe was great. My real issue with the rooms was the housekeeping. The ladies rarely did as asked (ie... leave shampoo, make the bed or even clean the shower properly which ended up causing a backed up shower)

The location is great. The area is safe and close enough to get to local attractions within minutes. Close to shopping, restaurants, and multiple parks if needing to walk the pup. We went to the Papa John’s park nearby for walking. It has ponds with fountains and waterfalls, and is only a mile away. The only issue is that the mattresses in the room were both pretty worn and in need of being replaced. Just hard and uncomfortably. Other than that, the hotel was well maintained and the staff were polite. We would stay here again.

Everything was excellent, from the time we arrived until we left. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Staff was great too.

The rooms were very clean- BUT the king size bed and couch bed mattresses were HORRIFIC! We rented 3 rooms and all woke up with backaches!

Had to figure out that the building i was in was the right hotel, as it literally had the three different names on it. My room during my multi-day stay was NEVER visited by a maid. I later found that I had to request said "Normal" service. Yet my room was littered with QR codes to tip staff. The morning breakfast was a joke. Had to ask staff to replenish (with a 15 minute wait) the mediocre offerings of microwaved eggs and turkey sausage links. For the money I paid, I would have been better served sleeping in my truck and paying a bum to rustle up some food. VERY UNHAPPY, AND WILL NOT REPEAT

I had an issue with the soap dispenser in the room but it was addressed quickly by staff. Other than that it would have been 5 stars

Generous rep. Ms. Betty is the must meet person. I always love small talk at check in but this time I surprisingly enjoyed it the most here. In the service industry, how customer feel "I want to stay here again" will be heavily influenced by the service rep. and Ms.Betty is definitely the one who achieves it in high level. By looking at how they prepare towels, how everything clean, I believe good management thea own this Hampton and retain Ms. Betty with respect.

The front desk staff make you feel welcome as soon as you enter the doors. Rooms were excellent. The breakfast was delicious and staff hear very friendly. I love the positive notes on the fresh bananas and oranges. Highly recommended.

Terrific low cost very well run hotel in the Hilton family. Perfect location with plenty of restaurants and stores very close to this hotel. Free hot breakfast and clean rooms in a safe location.

On March 17,2023 we checked in at the Hampton Inn in Jeffersontown,KY. After settled we notice only 4 power outlet's work and they were on a lamp,a wall next the tv and a wall between the bed and bathroom. I called the front desk after discovering these issues and nothing was done not even another room offer. The next morning I told management about it and she didn't care. I told her we wouldn't be back at that location again she didn't care or apologize. The third shift girl was really nice

While walking my dog on the 14th around 830pm I was accosted by a woman yelling at me from the side door. She did not introduce herself as a worker and was demanding to know my room number and name. She was yelling while holding the side door open and im across the parking lot in the grass. She really expects me to yell my room number and name across the parking lot??Very unprofessional and surely more tactful ways of handling that situation. My dog was taking his night walk and not causing a disturbance before rudely interrupted by this lady. She yelled at me to come to the front desk to make sure he’s registered. I was having a great experience at this hotel before this happened. Not sure I’d return to a hotel with such a hostile employee.

If housekeeping wouldn’t have been slamming doors and yelling down the hall at each other for an hour before I finally turned into a Karen and asked them to shut up it would have been better. Mattress was very good. Definitely have had worse, but had had much better as well.

The rooms were okay, the window curtains were a mess, they didn't work, we were given a handicap room for some reason and the curtains were linked to an electric dial which didn't work. When I asked the housekeeping girls who were working in the room next door for help, they said " Oh no there's nothing that can be done, those don't work, that's how they've always been". Not understanding how that's possible, They told me to go down and speak to the front desk. I did, the woman at the desk told me she would have maintenance come up and take a look. It was 2 pm in the middle of the day, we didn't think it was necessary to turn the lights on when we could just open the window curtains. 30 mins later, maintenance had not shown. I called the front desk and the same woman I spoke to answered, I let her know they had not shown up to which she replied " Oh they went home for the day", now annoyed, I told her that a call with that information would have been nice. She then stated that they were waiting for parts to come in to replace the curtains.. which I let her know would have been helpful information from the beginning. Why tell me maintenance is coming when you know all along that the curtains don't work and you're waiting on parts? She clearly was giving me the runaround. In the end.. she told me "just turn the lights on, so you don't sit in the dark". I was very much annoyed. That moment set the tone for the remainder of the weekend and to be honest it made me focus on all the negatives of the hotel, of which there were plenty. One positive that made up for the experience was seeing Jean Denis in the mornings. His kind and inviting personality were wonderful to see before hitting the road each day. He was very helpful, greeted each and every guest, and presented exceptional hospitality throughout our stay.

Great place to stay! We went for a couples weekend away. Clean and reasonable. Near shopping and restaurants. Have been before, will use again.

I had an enjoyable stay will traveling for a conference. The accommodations were gracious and clean. I had pleasant interactions with the staff, especially the front desk attendant and the person caring for the breakfast bar.

Nice and clean here! Staff is welcoming and the rooms are updated. After staying in another Hampton Inn the night before and having a terrible experience, this place was a breath of fresh air and renewed my confidence in this hotel chain.

What a great hotel. So fresh, so clean. The room smelled of sunlight and citrus. Such a warm welcome by the staff on check-in. And very accommodating. They are definitely doing something right at this hotel.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. Thank you to the staff that went above and beyond to make things just perfect for us!

Had to shower in very slow draining tub which made us to shower in 3" of standing dirty water. Renovation works were going in most of the rooms on the floor (4th). To us the room lightings were too white and not relaxing {daylight LED lights?) Breakfast bar was ot well replenished and quite a few items were missing/empty. There are other Hampton Inns in the vicinity to choose from.

The staff were the best part of this hotel. Everyone with whom I interacted was polite and professional. The rooms were good. It's as though when the owner of the location had to choose which part of the hotel in which to invest funds, they put it into the room fixtures and furniture, which is good! None of the downsides are major or would deter me on their own, but there are enough of them that they need to be addressed. The trash which had been bagged was just sitting in the hall by the elevator. It didn't smell, but was very off putting. The doors still had the locks which required the key card to be inserted and removed, and it was spotty at best. (I had to use the card and not the app, but that was due to my phone and not the hotel's fault). The shower did not have any slip resistant surface and I had some minor slipping, but no injury. The last negative is not the hotel's fault, and that is the traffic patterns of the location. It is challenging to get in and out of the area. Again - good people and there are worse places to stay, but there are multiple other Hilton brand locations within 5 miles which are all-around better.

I've stayed here several times over the last few months and have noticed a few more little things each time. My rooms have always been clean, which is a big plus. However, on my last visit, the door to my room didn't latch securely without being slammed very hard, and even then it didn't work very well. The doors in every room I've had are always hard to open. I tried using the digital key, but on my last stay it only worked intermittently, and the stay before that it didn't work at all. In one room there was a malfunctioning thermostat, so it was very hot, and in another room there was no hair dryer, which I didn't realize until I was getting ready for a day of meetings with clients. The water pressure in the showers in every room I've stayed in has not been great, and the shower heads that are supposed to let you change it are difficult to adjust. It's frustrating to have to request housekeeping. I understand that those services had to be curtailed during the pandemic but now that travel has returned to pre-pandemic levels, it seems like making people request housekeeping is more about cutting costs and increasing profits than it is about COVID mitigation measures. Everyone at the hotel is always very nice and helpful.

Total disappointment in the housekeeping service , after a week I asked for service and they didn’t do it , asked for it again and once again no room service. Pot holes all over the parking lot , the American flag was in poor condition as well as Hiltons own flag . Basic maintenance is missing with the Hampton inn . Brought all my concerns to the front desk with nothing being done . I stay at Hilton’s almost 20 days a month and this is the worst I’ve been in

When we arrived and told them we had our dog (Golden Doodle) the front desk staff made it clear they were not happy. I started to comment that we felt good about our experiences with her at Hampton's and one staff made a comment about no it wasn't good, but that was Hilton. The other made a comment about people not liking rooms where dogs had been. The remainder of our stay was fine. We have stayed at Hampton's with her multiple times and this is the first time the experience was negative in any way!

This room is set up perfectly for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers, lots of room with a sofa bed and 2 queens, a couple sinks and mirrors outside the bathroom allow multiple people to get read at once. Lots of space, we didn’t feel like we were tripping all over each other as in many hotel rooms.

Great save from the front desk! I ordered through third party and they stuck me without a room and never told me. They lady at the front desk took care of us and was able to get us three rooms on a busy night

This Hampton deserves every accolade it receives, beginning with Mgr Yolanda and Front Desk Betty. Both went out of their way to find a room to accommodate my painful mobility issues. Friendly, caring, and still professional. After a restful night in a clean, lovely, quiet room, my stay ended with a really terrific breakfast (sandwich of Bread, Sausage Patty, and a delicious mini Omelet.) It was so good that I was halfway finished before I thought to take a picture. Btw, I don't care for Waffles, but I was tempted here; they looked that good. I'd stay here again.

Oh my, what a lovely romantic little room with a shower stall 2 feet from one of the most comfortable beds I've ever seen in a hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. And I hope I can stay there again sometime soon.

This was our second stay in less than a year. The first room was worn but tolerable. This time, the room was worse. The shower curtain was too short so. Water was all over the floor after a shower. All the door hinges were rusted. There were infilled screw holes all over. The wood trim needed to be painted. The thermostat worked intermittently. I don’t think we will stay here a third time. As for safety, when we checked in I said we checked in online but wanted physical keys. The front desk staff just asked for our name/ no ID and gave us keys. I didn’t feel very secure after that.

After a HORRIBLE experience at Quality Inn & Suites, the staff and everything about Hampton Inn was absolutely amazing! The property was very clean, noise was very minimal and everything was newly remodeled. Our room had a large TV that swiveled for you to watch from either the couch or the bed, the shower was a beautiful walk-in, the mirror had a touch power button for LED lighting.... we honestly had ZERO complaints from our 2 night stay, except that they didn't have gravy on the breakfast bar the second morning 😂 10/10 would recommend and 10/10 will stay again!
