I've
stayed
here
several
times
over
the
last
few
months
and
have
noticed
a
few
more
little
things
each
time.
My
rooms
have
always
been
clean,
which
is
a
big
plus.
However,
on
my
last
visit,
the
door
to
my
room
didn't
latch
securely
without
being
slammed
very
hard,
and
even
then
it
didn't
work
very
well.
The
doors
in
every
room
I've
had
are
always
hard
to
open.
I
tried
using
the
digital
key,
but
on
my
last
stay
it
only
worked
intermittently,
and
the
stay
before
that
it
didn't
work
at
all.
In
one
room
there
was
a
malfunctioning
thermostat,
so
it
was
very
hot,
and
in
another
room
there
was
no
hair
dryer,
which
I
didn't
realize
until
I
was
getting
ready
for
a
day
of
meetings
with
clients.
The
water
pressure
in
the
showers
in
every
room
I've
stayed
in
has
not
been
great,
and
the
shower
heads
that
are
supposed
to
let
you
change
it
are
difficult
to
adjust.
It's
frustrating
to
have
to
request
housekeeping.
I
understand
that
those
services
had
to
be
curtailed
during
the
pandemic
but
now
that
travel
has
returned
to
pre-pandemic
levels,
it
seems
like
making
people
request
housekeeping
is
more
about
cutting
costs
and
increasing
profits
than
it
is
about
COVID
mitigation
measures.
Everyone
at
the
hotel
is
always
very
nice
and
helpful.
