Myself and my friends stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are clean and tidy.I loved the breakfast options, plenty of options and fruits they provide along with Complimentary water bottles. Highly recommended. Plenty of parking area. We enjoyed our stay.

Chose this place to save $10 (Holiday Inn at $107 vs Best Western at $97). Entire hotel had lingering smell of smoke. Room had moderate smell of smoke. Toiletry is mediocre. Linen is also mediocre. The people staying at the hotel made me wonder how clean must the beds be.

The fitness room does not open till 9 am. The indoor pool is very hot and humid. The 97 degree 84% humidity June day outside feels cool compared to the pool area. The rooms seem nice enough. The breakfast attendant had a bad attitude amd was not welcoming or helpful. We had to have two room changes. We ended up in a decent room but the process took time. We will not be back.

Check in was disappointing as employee used vital, front check in drive thru for parking and minimal front regular parking so I had to go to back but it was locked. Back door looks like major entrance but have to have a room key. Hotel way too big for just one elevator so prepare to wait as just one services 5 floors. Never been to hotel this big before w/ only one elevator. Other than that, very helpful staff to accommodate my schedule change. Roomy suite for my long stay and housekeeping on top of their game. Eric very helpful.

This hotel was very unclean. To start out the carpet was filthy and everything felt damp. It also did not smell clean. I was getting ready for bed and as I pulled out the pull out couch and there was blood stain all over the bed. It looked like a horror scene. We called the front desk and they offered us some new sheets but them to had blood stain on them. How disappointing this stay was. And the front desk ladies were not very professional. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE EVER. 👎👎

This is a very nice Best Western. The first impression of the lobby area was very positive. There is an enclosed breakfast area that resembles a restaurant seating area. There are several areas that have sofas and chairs and a coffee bar with fresh coffee 24/7. Our room was a King Suite. Beware room numbers ending in 13 and 14 are right across from the elevator, so they can be noisy. The room had two areas, the bedroom/bathroom area and a living room area. Both had TVs, however no broadcast television, only Google, a definite downside for us. The living area had a chair desk, desk chair, and sofa along with a separate coffee bar, with a sink. The king bed was a bithard for my taste, but that is a personal preference. The bed linens were pretty worn, and some fraying at the tops. The bathroom had a shower/tub. The towels were very thin and seemed very low quality. The towel would not really dry the body. There was a very good fitness area with 2 treadmills, an elliptical, stationary bike, and a universal gym. The pool is indoor and is open 24/7. Felicia, at the front desk, was wonderful. She has a great personality and was very helpful. This hotel comes very close to a Plus level. It does have just 1 elevator for 5 floor, which can mean a wait at times. The location is 12 to 15 miles from downtown, but it is in a quiet area, and there are many restaurants and several shopping malls in the general area.

Shabby accommodations. 1st room was terrible, a/c didn’t work Gave us a new room that had new problems. Remote for TV didn’t work, sides of mattress collapsed, hair dryer didn’t work plus fell off the wall, tub would not drain, very little water pressure Breakfast with overcooked sausage. I’d say stay away!! Also rude desk clerks complaining about calls from our room from a dead phone. No way to use pool because it was completely packed with people Very disappointed in this stay We are rewards members but will be our last stay at a Best Western hotel Also we paid $145 for an $80 room

I chose this hotel because it was close to our destination and had an indoor pool. The pool was shut down and turning green when we arrived which, for me, put a damper on our whole trip. Our room looked clean enough but smelled really musty. We bought febreeze to spray it down and that helped some. I feel like the water pressure in the shower could have been so much better than it was too. If you're nervous inside of elevators, might want to take the stairs. The elevator is very creaky. They did offer some vending machines but we did not use them nor did we attend the breakfast. The young woman that checked us in was very friendly, personable, and willing to help.

Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best experience at this hotel. We checked in late at night after a long day of baseball games, so we were really looking forward to calling it a night. The first room we checked into felt damp and smelled like stale smoke. Since we were planning to stay multiple nights, we asked to switch rooms. The smell in the second room was better, but still a little off perhaps due to the high temps and humidity and an air conditioner working overtime in July. However, the light in the bathroom didn’t work and they weren’t able to get maintenance until the morning (it was more than just changing the light bulb). We were traveling with two teenage boys, so using the natural light from the room wasn’t an option for us. We tried a third room but decided to pay the 2-night minimum required for the tournament and stay in another hotel in the area instead. The lobby and eating area seemed quite nice, so I was a little surprised by the condition of the rooms. The edges of the carpet needed a good vacuum, the walls had obvious damage and some of the furniture was well worn. My understanding is that the hotel is under new ownership, so it has potential with a little TLC and some deep cleaning. The front desk staff were nice and tried to accommodate us the best they could, and the location was good. Our stay was back in July, so maybe a couple months of upgrades and repairs and it would be a completely different experience; however, it added a little extra stress to our trip to Louisville this time around.

I don't recommend this hotel at all. The room felt grimy (though when I wiped it down, my paper towel didn't show any dirt!), the shower fan didn't work, the AC made one room freezing but didn't touch the other room, every exit smelled like pot, and I got horrible sinus pain each night I slept, which got better during the day and worse the longer I was in the room. Mold in the AC, or some dust or something that made my sinuses ache and my throat sore.

Ok Please be very cautious. There are so many sketchy people walking around. It look like a shelter. People smoking weed, doing drugs and partying in the parking lot and the pool area. Drug dealers in the hallway and no one does anything about it. People fighting and cursing at each other. We didn’t sleep at all. First thing in the morning we moved to the Marriott. PLEASE STAY AWAY !!!

Room was a good size. Sketchy atmosphere, smoking cigarettes and marijuana on our non smoking floor, fixing cars in the parking lot, setting off fire crackers, coming to breakfast shirtless and filling multiple plates to take back to the room, leaving little for other guests. Small indoor pool.

The room that I was in could use updated. The receptacle that i used to charge my phone didn't work. I didn't realize it till the next morning. There is a little bar that is on the 1st floor. The bar tender is an amazing person. She has a very pretty smile and loves to joke and interact with her customers. The bar has recently opened, so hopefully, they will offer real food soon.

I have stayed at this Best Western 6 times for multiple weeks in the past three years while in town for work. Erik, Jasmine and Lindsey at the desk are the best! They are professional, cheerful, and courteous. The rooms are always clean, the pool is always clean, and never anything missing. I highly recommend this Best Western if you are staying in the Louisville area. See you next shutdown gang, Lord willing!

I have rented the governor's suite there for 3yrs straight room #314 on Thanksgiving & we have always enjoyed our visit there but tonight Harley the front desk attendant on duty after 11:00pm tonight was the grinch that stole Thanksgiving! He must be a hurt person because what I overstand is hurt people hurt people! He ruined our Thanksgiving "Family night" The lady at the front desk for check-in was a 10 out of 10, Eric is a 💯 present excellent customer service representative & I just wished that those two where on duty all night but I also am glad that they where able to spend time with their family. Harley called J-town police on my family and I 30 minutes into his shift.. So we just left the room the police didn't witness any noise & they sent several cars as if it was necessary. Oh, & when we checked in the lady attendant told me they only had about 26 or so in total of rooms rented out. I ABSOLUTELY am bothered by Harley's attitude, I will be ending the tradition of going there, until he is no longer working there.

The breakfast is really good. My only complaint is that there weren't USB ports. We had to go out and buy a charger block cause we're so used to hotels with USB plug-ins now.

Erik is an awesome guy and he was extremely helpful. If you're needing lodging in the area don't hesitate to choose this spot. Also the breakfast buffet is amazing when compared most other places in the area.

The gentleman that was working the front desk when we arrived was awsome. He was very friendly and when he saw I was a Dimond member he is graded us to a king suite. The room was great. They have a nice selection for breakfast. I love the pancake maker.

We had a beauty pageant here. My friend had reserved a room to hold the pageant but it was done, there were another group in the room that was supposed to be my friends and it set her pageant behind. The staff was great, they saw the problem, little a little shuffling around and adding tables, table clothes, and chairs, asking the other group to go to another room(they agreed, so nice of them). They got it together and we got the pageant done

Have to give a 3/5. Travels for NY to stay over night everything was amazing up until I went to make my infant a bottle and only 1 sink had warm water and the worse part was getting ATE UP by BED BUGS ALL NIGHT!! Ended up killing one and showing the desk so hopefully nobody has rented the room 214 out because that’s the room we stayed in! Everything else was great they should put more in for breakfast options but the front desk workers are amazing!

Overall I'd consider this a fairly overpriced hotel, but frankly most hotels in Louisville seem to be that way. Room was spacious and clean, but beds and especially foldout bed were really uncomfortable. Hallway and elevator smelled like stale smoke. Breakfast was solid.

In the words of the late Tina Turner….SIMPLY THE BEST!!! The room, the pool, the fitness center, the location, the breakfast, THE STAFF!!! Harley, Erik and Jasmine ROCKED!!! So friendly welcoming and polite and attentive. The breakfast was out of this world!!!! Great location easy to get to and get in and out of plenty of parking well lit and spacious clean rooms. I would go out of my way to stay here again.

I checked in here, went upto the room to discover the sink was part of the bedroom not the washroom......... the rooms were outdated and no safe in the room. It was a good location, but just not what I was expecting- while checking out i came to know, someone OD'd on drugs on my floor............

I've booked many best western properties before and have been completely satisfied. However this property is is need of some major renovation, As many posters have pointed out, carpet is very dirty tubs and showers very dirty. Halls and corridors ar very dark and moldy smelling. I ended up not staying after I booked and decided to keep driving the thr 6 hours home. Did not feel safe at the location. I typically don't read many reviews ahead of time as I know so many are fake but lessened learned this time.

the front desk area is nice but thats about it. Only has one elevator for like 4 floors so its always in use, the rooms are extremely outdated and my AC unit doesnt seem powerful enough to actually cool down a room to the desired temperature and the buttons on it have been destroyed

Hotel appeared clean, room was fine as expected. The following morning, my 7 year old woke up with bites all over her arms. I did not see any evidence of bed bugs on the bed she slept in, but that is sure what it looks like. I had taken her to a doctor the same day and it was confirmed that it was definitely bed bug bites. Now I get to spend time and money to treat everything, including the cars so that they do not get brought into my house. The biggest and most disturbing problem we had was with one of the maintenance staff. It was about 2 hours before check out and we were getting up and getting ready. We heard a knock at the door and before we could come out of the back room to the door, the older maintenance guy had opened our door and let himself in our room. When my husband confronted him, he said he was there to change a broken lamp, even though there was no broken lamp in our room. My husband had to ask him three times to leave our room before he finally left. When I called the front desk, I just got your basic apology and a feeling like this had not been the first time something like this had happened. The most disturbing part of this is that our 12 year old had just got done changing her shirt in that room. First of all it is never ok for an employee to knock three short knocks, wait less than 10 seconds, and enter a room I paid for. Check out was in less than two hours. Surely the “broken lamp” could have waited I would never choose this hotel again. Especially if their staff believe it to be ok to just walk in a guests room without permission

The room was a nice size…but was really dirty under the bed and a lot of other ppls hair in the bed and on blankets. The breakfast wasn’t all that good either…not a lot to choose from. The pool area was nice they had a hot tub. Overall it wasn’t bad

BED BUGS! NEVER in my life have I had an experience like this. I woke up to use the bathroom and found a bug in my bed. I immediately called the front desk to report it & all the lazy guy did was bring me some clean linen. This was at 4:00 am in the morning. I sat in the chair after taking a shower and slept at the desk until breakfast time when I went to the front desk and the lazy guy again eating the breakfast muffins said the hotel was full. Finally when he left the next staff changed my room. I didn't have a problem after that. When I spoke to the management after trying to contact them for 2 weeks, they said that the pest control people didn't find anything & that they would not comp me for my night of HELL! After several weeks the itching finally stopped but I still have remnants of the bites! BEWARE! I am on vacation with my daughter and her family and I was so afraid to go to bed. Finally I went to a Bed Bug free bed. I was truly tramatized by my experience at this hotel!

Check in went great, staff was amazing. Rooms were good, few minor things but nothing I would get mad about. Breakfast wasn't the greatest, pancake maker wasn't working and juice machine wasn't working. The second morning they did have juice out in containers. All these things I could live with without rating the hotel below 3 stars. After we checked out and were sight seeing in Louisville we realized we had forgotten my daughter's pool floatie in the room closet. We called back within 2 hours of leaving, the front desk checked with housekeeping and the person that cleaned our room "didnt find anything". We stopped back at the hotel and they let my wife go back to the room, it wasn't there. When we arrived at our next hotel we double checked the car to make sure it hadn't got packed by accident. I understand the hotel isn't responsible for lost or stolen items but when something is more than likely stolen by an employee, that's unacceptable. I contacted Best Western corporate and after 3 weeks they said it got forwarded to hotel management and they'd get back to me. It's been 2 weeks since that email and I have yet to hear anything back. Needless to say Best Western has lost my business!

This is a hard one for me. As far as the people that work there they where great helpful friendly no complaints. The room we stayed in was dated and had that smell that comes from being closed up. We stayed for a week and really only slept for a few hours every night and was up and gone. I was the lucky one who had to sleep on the fold out couch. I’m 50 and kind of a big boy 6’3” and 230. Not fun and I will leave it at that. The air would cool the room about midnight every night. The floor in the bedroom area stayed wet from the a/c leaking. We didn’t say anything to them about it we just knew where to walk. The pool area is located inside the building and was a no for us it was so hot in there you could hardly breath.

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a room. This web site will compare countless booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you won't regret it. The location was great. The staff were very professional. Housekeeping did a great job checking on us everyday.

I'm a diamond member through best western and I frequently stay there. They charged my card for 124 dollars and it went through on my end but showed declined on their end. My money was deducted off and I showed them proof of this. I tried to check in around 4:40 pm and they would not give me a room or help me resolve this in anyway. I stayed in my car in the parking lot until 3:30 am when I was given a room after shift change and was told I didn't have to check out till 2:00 pm. Then they started calling my room by 8:30 am informing me they needed payment for the room before I checked out. I had to pay the 124 dollars again or they were going to call the police. So we ended up paying a total of 248 dollars. I was treated poorly and like a criminal and nothing was resolved nor do they care. This wasn't the first time I was treated poorly but it will finally be my last stay with this hotel who doesn't appreciate my loyalty or business.

My family and I were in this Best Western hotel two times, once thanksgiving 2023, and December 31, 2023 to January 2 everything was wonderful, service, we were attended by the lady working 3 to 11. P. M. She was very, very nice to us. The rooms very clean, every morning different breakfast, along with a nice and clean cafeteria. We left the hotel satisfied. We recommended it 100% Noriega family
