Great and friendly staff. Very clean hotel and rooms. Beds are comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast is good and fresh, nothing old or stale. We stayed here on our way for vacation and liked it so much that we decided to stay again on our way home. This is one of the better hotel we have stayed in. They also allow pets at a reasonable rate. Dog area is very well cleaned and maintained.

The pet rooms are like staying in a kennel. My 10 month old crawled on the ground and her knees and hands were black with dirt. Dog food in the corners of the room. Distinct dog smell within the room. Feel like I paid the pet fee for the privilege of sleeping in a dog boarding facility. It is obvious they do not clean the rooms to the standard of a regular room. I got it a La Quinta is not the Ritz but basic cleanliness should be a basic requirement. Do not recommend staying at this hotel. There were about 3 other hotels within 100 yards of this location. I would try those instead.

This hotel is a joke. The moment we entered our room, my CHILD found a beer bottle behind the curtains (great job cleaning by the way *insert eye roll*). The only reason we stayed here is because we are in town for an Archery tournament, and this is where the team stays. Luckily, we will NEVER return. The elevator isn't fit to get on, so I've had to climb 3 flights of stairs constantly since our room is on the 3rd floor (I guess I won't need the fitness center). You can hear the belts, they sound like they are going to snap any moment. I wasn't going to bother with this review until my daughter came to me saying she was being harassed while swimming because I wasn't down there at the time. A security guard literally got involved, but they have no problem with beer bottles laying around wherever. It's just ridiculous. I will avoid La Quinta hotels from now on.

My check in was not the best. I was not greeted and Lawrence seem to have an attitude and doesn’t like his job too well. He asked me did I need an accessibility room and I stated no and he told me that’s what I booked which is no be deal. Usually when I do my mobile check-in my card is usually charged and when I get to the hotel it’s an easy smooth check-in and just show my ID and card that I paid with. The next morning I asked if I could get a late check-out and he told me 11:30. I asked for noon and told me no twice then said noon was the max which was all I asked for. I’ve stayed at this hotel before with no issues and the staff was very nice, but this time front desk staff Lawerence was very unpleasant and lacked having any types of customer service skills. I definitely will not return to the hotel for my next visit. I’m probably about to stop using Wyndham all together because I feel that I definitely get treated much better at the more expensive hotels. If you are looking for low price and don’t mind having bad customer service then Wyndham is for you. Management feel free to reach out.

I understand the pet fee of $25 per dog, per night. But they charged me a $150 and $29.00 for I don’t know what. To separate transactions. I couldn’t get a receipt because they said I used Expedia which I didn’t. I used BringFido. Maybe it’s the same company. I don’t know. Just a little frustrated. The room was great.

The only good things about this hotel was the service. The initial room we were given was disgusting, stained sheets and mysterious liquids on the walls. We got a new room, thankfully it was cleaner, but still doesn’t excuse the initial experience. Location is very close to a ton of food options

For the price, I don’t regret staying. Pros: safe, quiet, bed was not terrible, hot shower, working AC, black out shades, does the job if you need a place to rest. Cons: the room was musty, surfaces were clean but needs a deep clean, especially the floors. (The baby’s feet being dirty comment below is true, same for our baby!)

My review was removed due to a complaint on a theft and hit and run that happened on the premises. They know the room that they came from have them in the hotel and have on camera of the vehicles, but "didn't know how to work the dvr." I praised the lady for everything she did, but the other staff was not helpful at all. I will post another review if this one gets deleted as well

Two queens were exactly what you would want. Room was able to cool down to 66. Breakfast was a standard continental with eggs, sausage, waffles and cereal. Inside pool was open however not warm.

Great place for the price! Clean, simple, attractive rooms. Comfy beds. Very nice staff. Breakfast is ok, but 24hr coffee and little snack shop are nice. This is our second stay here, each for about a week. Would stay here again.

Booked a stay 5/10. First room we had upon arrival had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes and pot, despite being a non smoking room. We talked to the front desk and received another room, next to pool which was very loud. While using rest room noticed a bug on the floor, on further inspection was a large bed bug. At this point it was late and we didnt want to attempt getting a room elsewhere so put bags up on table and slept on top on linens on sheets. Woul not recommend

I travel over 100 days a year for my job and stay exclusively in Wyndham properties. The parking lot was clean and well lit on arrival. The lobby and common areas were clean and odor free. I always reserve through the Wyndham app, so check in went smoothly and my room request near an elevator was no problem. My room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. All the stated amenities were in place, such as the microwave, in room coffee and small refrigerator and the lighting was excellent. The hotel does have multiple luggage carts, a guest laundry, workout area, small "store" with sundry items and an indoor pool. My air conditioner/heater worked quite well. The television had a great selection of channels and a good picture. The breakfast is as good as about any hotel breakfast, just lots of carbs I can't have, sadly. If I'm in the area again for work I'll certainly consider this hotel.

Rooms and common areas were clean. Beds need new pillows but mattresses were fine. Kids running the halls all night and room cleaning crew wakes folks up at 9am if you forget your Do not Disturb sign. Breakfast was pretty much horrible even the coffee. Worst part is, its a non-smoking place but smoking the ganja I guess is perfectly fine! Great location, very typical stay for the area!

This hotel was fine for the price. It has a small store for snacks and other items. The rooms were clean.

I stayed at this location 2 yrs ago. Most recently, it was even better than I remembered. Everything was clean and my room smelled fresh. I was allowed to bring my cats! The staff was so helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

I stay at “Laquita all the time and this is by far the worst one for their customer service. I asked if I could check out, they don’t that at this hotel. My reservation was made and paid for by my wife but they accept that she paid because she not here with me. Never had that happen before but ok. Customer service is horrible here and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who asks.

Cold breakfast sausages, no control over kids bothering other guests with running and screaming in the halls. Told front desk and all they say is they won't listen to me. Have complained 3times about the noise upsetting my handicapped husband and the daughters service dog. Would not recommend this place to anyone Also the water in the pool was on the cold side. Water on hall floor from people coming out of the pool wasn't cleaned up, they just put out a caution wet floor sign. Not very safe for a person who walks with a walker.

2 stars because of it's close proximity to the highway and just a short drive to restaraunts and a few stores. Upon check in, we asked about breakfast(our son is autistic and we brought food just in case) and was told that if "we didn't like it, Cracker Barrel was across the street." Then, we get up to the room and it's clean-ish. Found a dirty washcloth in the shower that housekeeping had left behind and we had to go down and ask for toilet paper because they didn't leave any for us.The shower head was covered in residue and I went to Walmart and cleaned it and the tub myself. There was a weird smell all over the hotel and there's only one ice machine that smells like it's going to explode. We stayed strictly because the other hotels were booked(I checked) and my kids were super tired.Housekeeping came into our room while we were gone and made one bed and shuffled our stuff around. They were not very nice when I asked them why they only made the one bed and moved all of our stuff. She mumbled something in a foreign language and walked off. The girl at the desk on Sunday afternoon was not very helpful either. The beds are extremely hard. I understand breakfast isn't supposed to be super fancy but come on! The selections were rubbery microwaved sausage links and watery microwaved clumps that were supposed to be eggs. All in all the best thing about this place was it's closeness to the interstate as previously stated. I think our next trip to Louisville we will be staying elsewhere.

This hotel can only be described as vile and disgusting. Your results may vary, but the only "decent" part of the hotel was the outside and main lobby. That's where it ends. My room was awful and the other reviews you read about bugs in the bed sheets, stained/holes in sheets, pet hair everywhere, hair from someone (meaning not me) in the bed sheets, wall splatters, etc., are all absolutely true. The craziest part of the story is I literally had ALL of those issues in just my room alone! In fact, I have provided a picture of the bug I found in the sheets of one of my beds lest there be any doubt. I had room #111 on the first floor and I was also treated to the smell of weed along with loud music playing from the room upstairs. If your only choice is sleeping literally on the ground outside in the middle of winter, sure this place might (term used loosely) be a better choice. Maybe. Under all other circumstances book literally anywhere but here.

If you need a place to stay for a night, this hotel would be fine. However, I would not recommend it for anything longer than an overnight day. The rooms are not overly clean the room I was in had splashes on the walls of who knows what. The fridge smelled, and there was liquid that had hardened on the bottom of the Refrigerator. There were obviously people smoking and smoking pot in the hotel. You could smell it when you walk to the hall had to call the front desk twice regarding the person next to me blasting their Music. The breakfast was mediocre. Again, the staff was nice, but the hotel itself is not the best.
