This place is beautiful the rooms are huge .They have stoves refrigerators dishwashers and microwaves in the rooms. No bugs . The staff are always nice and friendly. I don't mind staying here at all.

The gm there is absolutely great Lolita also kelly the night time laundry she absolutely wonderful also great people hotel out date but the people that work there makes up for that

I can’t say enough about the amazing staff at this location. Especially Joni. Came in to town for my mom to have WORK and the surgery went to the location. Our reservation was at they were extremely rude. Also my mother has a service animal they asked for paperwork what the dog did and if they could see the dog. Which is not allowed even though she has all the proper paperwork and ID cards. Came to this location and she was more than accommodating Rooms are nice. Beds are comfortable clean. No bugs atmosphere is amazing.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They accommodated my disability. The tub was a bit small. The rooms were clean and a nice size. The tv was nice and big. They were short staffed so getting clean towels was a bit difficult. Other than that a wonderful stay.

Loletta is one of the sweetest and sincere ladies working there ,unfortunately my daughters stay was cut short due to someone finding out I had a friend there that was un liked by a certain lady and that made problems for them but I will not go into details because I dont believe in gossip and will not associate with it....besides that my daughters stay was great and believe if any other lady ran it it would not be as pleasant as it had been so thank you and just so you know YOU ARE APPRECIATED!!!!!

I've stayed here twice and for a 2 star budget hotel I think it's great. There may be dated fixtures and decor that need upgrades, but rooms were clean, cozy, affordable, and roomy. I got a deluxe suite with one bed and a pull out sofa and there was enough room to provide my friend and I our own space and privacy (a door separated bed from living area). My only qualm was one time late at night after returning from a company Christmas party my key card didn't work to get me in the front door, and the lobby was closed. I tried a different side door and that worked but I did panic for a moment. I would just check the keys beforehand.

My family and I originally booked with a sister hotel and found out we did not have a room for us due to our dog. When I called this location they were super nice and were able to accommodate us with no problem. The room was perfect for the 4 of us and our dog. Having the full size kitchen was convenient, especially since we were there for archery and did not have much time to eat out. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Joni was incredibly helpful with any questions we had and providing us with extra blankets. The location was perfect, we will definitely be staying here again!

Everyone here was extremely nice The rooms were clean they keep the property very well kept up with breakfast is small but that's okay there are lots of places around close by

My room had roaches. I was asleep and felt something crawling on me, I jumped out of my sleep, it was a roach! I turned the lights on, and they were everywhere! I told them about it and they said they would send somebody to spray, nobody came. I had to buy roach traps to kill them myself. I usually travel for work, so I was there for months. It was during the busy summer months so all the hotels were booked, that's the only reason I stayed. I also had to check out 2 weeks early, I paid whatever they told me for the days left. Only for them to follow me to my room later, asking me to pay an extra fee for checking out early. The front staff was nice though

The place is very quiet I stayed here with my wife and I must say most of the staff is very nice and friendly aside from one bad apple they need to get rid of (I won't mention his name with all due respect )..WE stayed there for about 4 days and they have a new yound lady who had just started maybe a week before SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING I BELIEVE HER NAME IS JOANIE (sorry if im incorrect) THIS LADY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND has a great personality..very friendly hard working and makes your first encounter at check in very comforting we had no issues and she made sure we were happy and comfortable THIS YOUNG LADY SHOULD BE OF HIGHER SENIORITY...Thanks to you we will most definitely be returning THANKS JOANIE YOU ROCK YOU DEFINITELY DESERVE 20 STARS GOD BLESS

One of the best motels I've ever stayed at!! And I've stayed at a lot of motels. The staff and service here is awesome thanks to Joni,Mrs. Lolita, Natalia, and Max!

Everyone at Extended Stay on Alliant is friendly, helpful, and always makes us feel welcome. It's our home away from home, and if we could give it 10 stars we would. Loleta and her staff ensure the hotel is clean, safe, and that you have all the extras you need throughout your stay. We only stay here when we're in town. The location is great too. So much to do in this area, and access to all Louisville has to offer. Highly recommend!

It's okay it probably needs to be updated...and the building and grounds need to be looked after a little bit better. We stayed here 4yrs ago for 8 months and had an amazing wonderful time I think Gloria was the manager then, but now we have been here for 5 months and this go around is different. Not so amazing,but the wonderful comes from max, and Joni them two are great 😃 employees they talk, interact, and take care of your need right away with no problem 👍 they actually get to know people, so I want to say Thank you to them. ❤️ But All in all this is a great place to stay and I would recommend this place to my friend's and family 👍❤️💪💯

No working pool , breakfast is awful muffins are nasty and stale , bacon and cheddar cheese oatmeal , coffee is the only good thing , beds are comfy clean rooms and staff they are great but for 600 a week and you pick this place for the amenities and pool for your children when your gonna be here for 2mths you pick to accommodate your family . So very disappointed in the pool and breakfast and hoping my child will get to enjoy that paid for amenities at some point for 600 a week .

Customer service was excellent! Rooms are big and clean. We checked in late and Staff (Jon) was very helpful and resolved all issues immediately. Parking lot is well lit. Right off the expressway. Great place for a large family to get some rest on a long road trip!

The black lady that worked there was very rude along with the white girl at the front desk. The room was dirty, you could tell they hadn't cleaned it well and it smelled funny. I had to clean it and my rag was solid black from all the dirt so were my socks from walking on the floor.. Half the lights didn't work in the room. They accused me of smoking and I did NOT nor would I ever... I would avoid this place at all costs. And they have their employees fill out fake reviews of good service with many fake accounts!

No. This place did not meet our expectations. My two staff members stated this place was dirty and had a less than tasteful customer service experience. The breakfast was nonexistent and the rooms were not kept clean. I just called their reservations and the person who answer was very sweet. Their front desk person was flippant and rude. Book at your own discretion.

Rooms are outdated. Air Conditioner didn't work in the bedroom. 100 plus degree days makes for a hot room. Voiced concern, never fixed or given options. Pool was broken and no ice machine. Snack machine broken.

First..I asked for cooking and eating supplies. I was given a plastic tote with plates, bowels, a mug and silverware. When I opened the tote the knifes were disgusting. It looked as if someone had cut a steak and left it. It wasn't even wiped off let alone clean. The same with a fork and the utensil divider. Second...I have stayed in MANY hotels so I know when a guest asks for a change of linens you don't say "I'm understaffed and probably won't be able to get to it, but I can give you the linens and you could change them" Third.. almost EVERY TIME I went to the lobby the staff was non-existent, however, the courtesy phone was on the counter and when I would ring it, they would appear out of the side room. Fourth...I departed at aprox 3:45 am. I took my belongs to my vehicle and when I went back in the lobby was locked. That's not too unusual, what is unusual is the fact my key card wouldn't open the door. So, I used the courtesy phone... again. The woman who answered sounded as if I had woke her up and said "yeah the lobby is locked and you have to use the side entrances" and since I was checking out to "just to leave the keys on the front desk". I don't know why the front was locked to registered guests because the side door was just proped open, so the reason wasn't security. All in all a horrible hotel. The only reason I didn't leave was I wouldn't have been refunded my money and I didn't feel unsafe enough to leave that money on the table.

It was nice staying here but it looks way better online then actually staying. The sink was dirty upon arrival and over all the appliances and everything is outdated. This wasn't as clean as I expected it to be which made me uncomfortable. Elevator is nasty there was dog pee on floor and doesn't look like it's been cleaned in months. I don't recommend taking a shower here.

If I could give a rating for the front desk staff that would be a 5 ⭐ The staff was very polite and helpful, it was difficult finding a hotel to stay in with 3 kids so when I did they where very pleasent and had only asked that we not destroy the room and I assured him that we wouldn't. I felt safe being there with my children, knowing the outside doors locked at 11pm and you had to use your card key for entry. The cleanliness of the rooms would definitely be a 1! The rooms were dirty. When I walked in the room we could smell a slight stale mildewy smell covered with air freshener. The carpet and rolling chairs under the bar had crums of food on them, the floor beside the bed had hair beads and more crumbs, the tub and commode had hair on it, the tub had bar soap ring caked up from the previous guest, the entertainment center had a dried up harden candy stuck to it, (I tried to get it off but couldn't) when we pulled out the couch bed to our surprise there was a juice pouch in there. We left the room in cleaner condition than we found it. We did sleep great, the beds where comfortable, they gave us fresh linen when we asked for it with out hesitation, I didn't hear any outside noises, but when I woke up and walked to the bathroom I literally went sliding in a puddle of water in the kitchenette area, from were we left the shower curtain pulled back and the shower head was leaking and some how flooded the floor over night.... Which explains the mildew smell... I let the morning staff know about that situation and we left. If you decide to visit just bring your cleaning supplies and just ask for fresh linen,,, oh and keep the shower curtain closed... 😉

Joni and Mrs Lolita have been amazing so far with us staying here with our family. The are always so friendly and try to accommodate you as much as they can. The rooms here are clean and bug free that was one of our main concerns. They even provide you with dishes and pots and pans for the kitchen that they provide in the rooms. They are kid and pet friendly which is a major plus for us. We love it here! This is our second week staying here and if we ever need to stay at an extended stay we will for sure be back here!!
