Great location! Very well kept and modern. The service was great. I had no issues getting the things I needed. Only issue and not a big one was the elevators seemed to be in need of repair. Definitely recommend 👌!!!

This is a very nice hotel for extended stays. Very well kept secret, indeed. It’s close to many eateries and major highways. Any store you need is less than 5 miles away. Right off of Shelbyville Road though away from the heavy traffic near the mall area. Rooms look to be newly remodeled with just the right vibe and trend. Very easy to feel comfy and convenient. Very clean and quiet space. You will fall in love with the staff who care very much about your stay and comfort- it was surprising. There was a small issue after check-in and they fixed it effortlessly right away. I stay with the Hilton brand quite often as I travel for work. This is by far the best Homewood Suites that I have visited. I frequent the area several times a year, but will often book with the Residence Inn up the street. I will start to consider this hotel instead. Thanks for all you do.

A very nice hotel. Fairly new building and everybody we met there was great. Very helpful from the front desk to breakfast area and anyone you pass in the halls. I appreciate all the extra help they gave us and how kindly the employees acted if you saw him in the hallway. This is how a hotel should be.

I stayed here with my family in the 1 King 2 Queen 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Suite, it was a wonderful room. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out & get comfortable. The room was updated and was very clean. One of the bathrooms had a nice walk-in shower & the other a tub. The only issue we had during our stay was the internet was very very slow & sometimes didn’t work, we tried multiple phones & tablets etc. The rest of the hotel was very clean & updated as well. There was ample parking with plenty of spaces. All of the staff were very friendly & welcoming to guests of the hotel. The breakfast was ok; breakfast is only open in a short timeframe so it causes it to get busy & items run out fast & the staff has a hard time keeping up sometimes keeping things stocked.

This hotel was great. The room was extremely clean and had the amenities that would be expected in a nice hotel. The gym was great for a quick workout and the free breakfast is always great. Service was wonderful the people are so nice.

Full disclosure - have not stayed here yet but did a tour today since thinking of a place for my family to stay in area. The condition of the property was great and last year’s renovations are very tasteful. Love to see bright lighting in rooms for working in them. Additionally, some amenities beyond typical brand - free dinner some nights a week currently + oversized gym & seasonal outdoor pool

This was our first time staying at Homewood Suites, and the only complaint I have is the thermostat not working on the one night I wanted to use it. It was not a deal breaker. The front desk staff was completely helpful and friendly. The dinner and breakfast were good, and the room met my standards. The location is in a central area. I would stay here again.

Stayed here while visiting family for the holidays. Hotel is clean and very nice, updated, awesome breakfast. Front desk and house keeping staff were so friendly and made us feel so welcome! Check in was easy and love that they have option for digital key! Absolutely will stay here again! Thank you all at homewood suites!

I am a big fan of Homewood Suites. At this location, the room was great. However, the experience was greatly dampened by the rudeness of the front desk lady when we checked in around 5/5:30 pm on Friday Feb 9 (slamming the phone down when asked for a second key isn’t the best behavior). I hope management can identify the employee based on the above time stamp provided.

I would have given 5 stars but maid service kept trying to enter our room prior to us checking out. Check out is 12 PM at 10:40 AM a maid opened our door saw us and said she would come back. She didn’t knock first or anything then at 11:45 my family left the room and I stayed to use the restroom before checking out and I saw the maid come walking in while in the bathroom. Besides this issue our room was extended clean and our contactless check in and remote key worked flawlessly which was great because we arrived late at night. Remember to lock the secondary lock to keep housekeeping from coming in before you check out.

Truly as a hotel should be. I travel the country staying solely at Hilton properties. From luxury to timeshare, this particular Homewood suites is an absolute DIAMOND. Karen at front desk makes you feel right at home and the rooms are immaculate. Great staff all around and whenever I am in the Louisville area I will always choose this Homewood Suites.

One of the best Hilton properties I’ve stayed at. Great quiet location as well off the interstate in between retail and office. Front desk went over and beyond. Breakfast attendant was super nice and accommodating. Impressed.

Absolutely love traveling to Louisville and staying at Homewood Suite. I feel like I'm walking into my home away from home. Greeted almost instantly from walking into the door by Ms. Karen, Melly, or Ryan. Extremely accommodating, kind, and thoughtful. Monday-Thursday Ms. Pam makes a light dinner for the guest which helps cut cost and prevents you from going out. The grounds are kept clean and running by the wonderful maintenance staff. Like most hotels post COVID I don't like not having my room cleaned more frequently. But everything is available upon request.

The room was great, the service was very good. Loved the pool. The breakfast food was mostly cold, not even luke warm.

This Homewood Suites was recently renovated its lovely inside. Everything is clean not like a bunch of other old Homewood Suites. Quiet area too

i stayed here for a long weekend, this hotel is great, everyone was so friendly. Very clean, nice outdoor seating, room was a nice size and a great location.

The homewood suites rooms feel cleaner and more cozier than the embassy suites up the road. I switched to staying at the homewood suites because the embassy suites has seriously gone downhill in terms of their cleanliness and decorum. I was here on a business trip in May and the only reason for the 3 stars is that the internet is abysmal. The front desk gave me the number of the internet company to call and they just created a case and sent me in circles and then came back stating that there was no problem. The front desk apologized for the inconvenience and that is appreciated (it's not really their fault) but it seems like nothing will ever be done about it unless this is articulated to upper level management of the hotel brand. As per the internet company, if there isn't a problem, the Hilton brand has seriously got to update their internet package because 1-4 MBps download doesn't cut it in 2023 and is seriously outdated. I'm also a diamond member and that was the speed of their premium wifi. It is painstakingly slow and almost impossible to enjoy a good show on a streaming service or even take business calls over video. 20mbps is the normal average in this day and age at the very least.

Spent a night there, was pleasantly surprised to see the condition of the parking lot, lobby, and immaculate rooms! This Homewood Suites sets the bar that Hilton should strive to follow for this particular brand. If all homewood suites were on this standard, there would be no need to look elsewhere for accommodations. Housekeeping was eager to get to work as we departed promptly at check out, but considering the standards they have I wasn’t surprised.

This is so good. Maybe, It is the best hotel in Louisville. We can get dinner from Monday to Thursday (It is not full dinner, like snack, But it is for free to stay here!) So I was so happy that I didn't need to find restaurant for dinner after work. It was great time, and I will recommend this hotel to my coworkers.

Front desk lady not very friendly. 2 bedroom suites are nice. Facility and workout rooms are great. Good location.

They lady who welcomed us was so kind. The hotel is VERY clean which you don't see now a days. We had the two room suite and it was so clean! It was quiet too! Lots of space for a family, can sleep up to 8 and has a kitchen. We had some minor issues with the ac but they fixed it. Karen checked us out and her smile and kindness was just what we needed to make our trip home. I will definitely be coming back. Also lots of food choices in the area ! Also has an outdoor pool which was clean!

My room on the 3rd floor had terrible wifi reception. It was so bad that it was completely useless to do anything on my laptop. Additionally, there were food crumbs in my bedding. Disgusting. The television remote has a channel guide button that doesn't work. There are hundreds of channels and none are labeled so there is no way to find any channel. Ridiculous. Very disappointing stay.

Special thanks to Debbie, Karen, John, Susie, Larry, housekeeping, and kitchen staff for making my stay so comfortable and wonderful. Coming from Florida on a Nursing assignment with my son and dog to stay in a beautiful unit with large, clean, and comfortable room. I extended my work assignment because of the comfort and security that was given to me staying here. Made me feel at home. More than 3 star because of the beautiful facility and service oriented and personable staff.

An amazing hotel experience! The staff were friendly and professional. Michelle Burtel took such good care of our group - from start to finish! The rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast was great! The staff did a wonderful job with creating an awesome Derby atmosphere!! I am definitely going back to this hotel!

Hotel room was decently clean. More crumbs on the floor and hair left in the tub than I prefer. Service at the front desk was top notch. Maid entered the room at 10AM, with no knock that I heard, obviously while I was still in the room getting ready. Seems very odd since check out isn't until noon. Suspicious at best. Bad customer service at the very least. I'll likely give this location another chance, but would expect a cleaner room and no bothers until check out time. Rooms were large and include all the kitchenette necessities, which was nice.

Newly renovated property that makes it look great. Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were very clean. Exercise room had updated equipment and it was spacious.

Would have been excellent but breakfast lady was rude. I guess she has some issue with my taking 4 sausage. 2 for me and 2 for my hubs. Made a point of being sarcastic about it. I think for $160 to be there 8 hrs we can eat 4 sausage. Really none of her concern. Otherwise clean and friendly front desk staff.

My stay was amazing. The desk lady was very sweet and kind, the kitchen staff was absolutely the nicest! Amazing food, amazing room, amazing service. The wifi was also great and the people staying were peaceful and quiet. Great place for a family or solo trip.

Overall we would like to give this hotel 100 out of 10. This hotel is one of the best. My husband and I do a lot of road trips. And we stayed at many different hotels. We highly recommend this hotel for everybody. They recently renovated. So it’s very clean and updated. Bathroom and shower was very clean and well maintained. The bedroom is separated from the kitchen and the living room. Refrigerator, sink, chairs, sofa, tables, etc were all clean and nice. The manager Karen was very nice, kind and responsive. She sincerely cares about guests. And the complimentary breakfast was the best among hotel breakfasts we had. We can feel that they really care about customers’ health and satisfaction. They use very fresh ingredients. Fresh and delicious fruits. Scrambled eggs and frittata were made with real fresh eggs. Potatoes and sausages were much better quality than other hotels. The kitchen employee PJ was very friendly and checking constantly if there’s anything needed.(much better service than luxurious restaurants. She genuinely cares about guests) This hotel doesn’t have any unpleasant smell or odor.

This is a hotel that was newly renovated last year. Our room was wonderful, along with the general look of the inside of the hotel in general. The staff was very friendly. The lady at the front desk, who we believe may have also been the manager on duty, was very pleasant and made us feel very welcome and happy that we chose this hotel to stay at last night.

We are currently staying in this hotel for 2 days (7/22-7/24). The lighting system in this hotel is so incredibly bad that we want switch hotels. There is a "primary switch" light by the hotel door room entrance that activates the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom main lights. The other lamps have automatic on/off switches that you can use. No problem there. If the primary light is off (specifically at night), the bathroom light will not turn on. When the primary switch is on, the bright kitchen area light remains on. I asked the staff to change rooms and was told all rooms are the same "due to a flaw" in their system. The hotel wiring system is completely off! Law suit waiting to happen. Not recommended! If you want to get any sleep, I suggest bringing plug-in night lights and/or flash lights!! $478.19 for 2 nights and it's UNSAFE!!!

Very quiet and pleasant place.As all Homewood's the breakfast is just not free, but convenient when you don't have time to wait at a restaurant. Another gastronomic plus was a afternoon light snack offering they have at 5-7PM. That takes care of arriving late to the hotel. The pool, gym and business are nice adders to an already convenient, clean and safe place.

The location of this property is excellent whereas you have major routes to take you in any direction. There are several restaurant locations nearby along with other shopping. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The breakfast and "happy hour' selections were wonderful. The room was comfortable other than the baby toilet and shower doors that don't close and stay closed properly which i am finding to be the hallmark of the Hilton chain.
