Best and the most friendly employees every time. And obviously the pretzels are awesome too.

Seriously the best pretzels you will ever eat, if they're fresh. Sometimes they can get a little stale, but they are still a thousand times better than Auntie Anne's. Seriously so soft, so fluffy, so delicious. I constantly recommend this place to others via word of mouth and figured it was time to review. I have been no-carb since December and what I miss most is BENS. Craving them so hard now after thinking about them. Lol. Service can be a little hit or miss, but overall, chefs kiss.

So usually I would put a good review online, but we have a big issue with this one. Oh do I love the food, but this is icing on the cake. Ordered some pretzels from them today and they was a fly inside the pretzels. Nothing like deep fried fly.

Have tried pretzels but never one as good as this. Best Pretzels I've ever tasted in my life. I highly recommend this location especially because Rhonda the cashier was Amazing and is a whole experience by herself!! (Inside Walmart in Brownsburg Ind) Extremely kind and helpful and knows the products inside out. Please try the Dutch Almond Pretzel with caramel dipping sauce on the side and thank me later 🙂😉

The pretzels we had today were just regular salted pretzels with sides of nacho chz. But man were they good!! It was our first time trying them and they were not only filling but delicious! I'll have to try the many different ones the sell. I have a feeling it will it be worth it!!

If anyone thinks they are going to get a pretzel like Auntie Anne’s pretzel at Ben’s Pretzel you will be very disappointed!! I won’t go back!!! They are to doughy and don’t have a good flavor and the cheese was not good, I’ll stick with the best Auntie Anne’s!!!

Great pretzels! Warm, soft pretzels with options like a pizza filling, ham and cheese, or hot dog. They also have a great organic drink selection and a number of dipping sauces. In and out relatively quick and one of my favorite stops.

These soft pretzels are absolutely the best. They offer the regular pretzel shape, jumbo size, pretzel sticks, and nuggets. The pretzels are baked freshly on site and kept warm. They also offer a variety of dipping sauces. This store is located near the entrance inside the Brownsburg Walmart.
