My 12 year old wedding rings center diamond broke in 3 places. How does a diamond break? I did nothing to damage it. The prongs and band are still in place and in good shape. Upon taking the ring to genesis, they treated me as though I did something horrible to the ring. Then told me since it has not been cleaned twice a year with them the warranty is void. They could fix it for $3000 plus. Genesis will not get another dime from me. Thankfully I have jewelry insurance and will be taking my buisness elsewhere. My father bought my mother a $5000 right handed ring at Genesis three years ago, the band broke into several pieces. When she took it in they said her warranty was void because she didnt have it cleaned twice a year, and also wanted to charge her a hefty amount. Completely disgusted with genesis! If you want quality and customer service go elsewhere.

I have so much to say about the people at Genesis. Our experience with everyone at this store has been welcoming and warm. The first time we stopped in was for the Tacori trunk show in November of 2022. Gal, one of the owners, was in town from Nashville. Gal is a gem and helped my wife and I design beautiful engagement rings. The thing about Gal is that he treated us like we were everything. He provided comfort in the budget we had set. He was inclusive towards my wife and I. He shared personal stories about him and his wife. He helped us custom design our rings explaining everything about the cut, color and clarity. He gave us his personal cell phone number and provided updates on the rings. He even told us that the same master jeweler made our rings. Our next experience was more recent with Terri. Terri welcomed us and sung high praises of our beautiful engagement rings we had designed. Teri helped us pick out wedding bands taking time to explain sizing and the best options. My wife especially loved Terri because she radiated inclusivity. And a week later our rings were ready! Today we had the pleasure of working with Terri again and sweet Katie. Our rings are stunning! Katie was so kind and sweet. We can’t wait to work with them again in the future!

I took my fathers wedding band and my wedding band in to see if there was anyway to integrate the two bands. The staff at genesis diamonds was so kind and very helpful. They even brought out Kentus Plummer the in house jeweler to speak with me about my idea. Kentus even offered to perform the service while I waited. Amazing customer service. If I could’ve give more stars I would. Everyone that helped was so nice, but Wendie was phenomenal. I am a very anxious person and it was my very first time trying out rings so I didn’t know if they were going to be rude and see a young couple just trying on rings for fun. Davis Jewelers price to repair my wife’s engagement ring was over twice what Genesis repaired it for. The worst part is that I bought the ring from Davis initially. As a GIA certified specialist, she gave me the whole run down on what I should look for in a Diamond and even showed me how to use the little scope to see the inclusion bodies in each Diamond. She was not pushy to make a sale and I could truly sense her sincerity in wanting me to find the best ring for myself. She then gave me her phone number which allowed easy access and follow up. Many people would think that too personal, but she sent me texts when there would be sales and showings at Genesis which allowed me to find my Diamond at an amazing price. Great place to shop. I was first helped by Wendie who was a great help and easy to work with. I made a few decisions and decided to come back later. Wendie was not in and I was helped by Vetta and made my final decisions. The whole process took about 30 minutes. I made a few custom requests and they made it happen. Took about 2 months but I am more than pleased with the results. Both women were very helpful and not pushy at all. Would most certainly use this place again.

I had a handcrafted ring resized. It is a combination of sterling silver and 14K, and the design made it not the easiest to enlarge. The jeweler was gracious and easy to talk with. And the final result was perfect! Plus, everyone in the store was so very nice. Great experience!

I had an excellent experience going to Genesis Diamonds. I needed my ring inspected (my center diamond was loose) and repaired. I worked with Jill and Kintus. They were both super nice and made me feel comfortable letting them repair it. They were also able to repair my ring extremely fast (same day). Other companies were estimating 2-3 weeks to repair my ring and several of them stated they did not even have an in house jeweler. I will be back to check out wedding bands since I had such a great experience going to Genesis.

This is my Speedmaster I picked up from Genesis Diamonds. We are all familiar with the space/moon angle that Omega likes to stand by. I'm a pretty unimaginative guy, yet despite this, my Speedmaster has made me ponder some other lifestyles and alternative universes in space. I've been married to my wife for many years and we enjoy a very rewarding relationship together. She honors and serves me as a wife should honor and serve her husband and I honor and serve her the way a husband should honor and serve his wife. Yet, at work I day dream. I look at my Speedmaster and wonder about the Apollo 11 mission. Buzz Aldrin. Neil Armstrong. Michael Collins. These were all extremely professional, daring, active and fit men. What if I were one of them? I can imagine myself caught in zero gravity. I feel the weightlessness as I float, suspended without gravity. The quarters are close and confined. Adrenaline and seriousness fight for control over me. We are all strong, healthy men. We need an outlet for our stress and anxiety. Would Buzz accidentally brush past Neil as they floated in their capsule? A gentle point of body contact and maybe...a sly caress? We might never see our families again. Does Rolex allow you to reflect on your needs as a being as you float in space? I can see it in my minds eye. Neil Armstrong's twinkling blue eyes. He senses my urgency and need for contact. I miss my wife and have nowhere and no one to help me tame myself. Neil can tell. It is unspoken between us. I turn my back for a moment and I can feel him behind me. He floats towards me, his calloused hands gently undoing my outer suit. We embrace floating in zero gravity. It is science fiction. It is rewarding. He is an adept lover and despite outranking me, he lets me guide him. This is just a fun fantasy I've thought about when I'm lost in the dial at work. It's harmless but contrary to my very traditional values. I have more endings and scenarios about the Apollo 11 missions, all of which have been inspired by my Speedmaster. But, I choose to keep those close to the vest. Like the astronauts that traveled to the moon, I'm conservative and old school. It's how I play it - how I've always played it. No Rolex has ever stirred such musings from me before, but maybe you all feel differently? Regardless I highly recommend Genesis Diamonds for anyone liking to source an Omega Speedmaster.
