We’ve always had amazing service here! Got both my band and wedding ring at this location and frequent in for the free cleanings. We came in today to get my ring tightened up a bit and Kasey was so friendly and got us taken care of quickly. We’ve never had to wait very long and they do a tremendous job answering your questions and getting you what you need. Best spot for your jewelry needs, hands down.

Beautiful selection and stellar customer service. My fiance got my ring here and they were great about making sure it fit and resizing it for free. I'm proud to wear it. If I decide I need any more jewelry made of high quality genuine stones and metals, I'll definitely be returning to Shane Co.

My fiancé and I went shopping for wedding rings. Colin helped us, and he was so wonderful. He was so calm and welcoming, he made us feel so relax (even though I was kinda stressed on rings.) we ended finding rings for the both of us! It was a great experience, and he was so friendly and made the whole time we spent in the store fly by! We had a HORRIBLE experience designing a custom ring with another jeweler. Not only did we not get the ring but we were strung along so long that the wedding day was approaching with no ring. We ended up stopping in Shane Co just to “look around”. David helped us look at rings and we picked a beautiful wedding band in hopes we would still receive our custom ring. Our wedding day came and went and we decided to cancel our custom ring as it was 4 weeks past the expected delivery date. We brought the band in for cleaning and ended up deciding to look at rings. I believe Matt started helping us first and then we got to see David again. Not only did David help us pick our wedding band but he also helped with my absolute dream ring!! We ended up with a much better ring and experience and we are so grateful! Things worked out exactly how they should!

Went with my bestfriend to get engagement/bands for him. Lexi, I believe, is definitely lacking customer service skills. She had a condescending tone and didn’t listen to what he was trying to explain to her about what he was told 2 previous visits. Working in customer service/retail, there is a way to handle situations and she failed tremendously.

Kandace was extremely friendly and helpful during our engagement toast! She was very knowledgable and answered all of questions regarding the engagement ring and purchase of wedding bands. Lisa in the shop was able to have my ring resized in the shop extremely quickly and right on time for my bridal appointment.

I just stopped in yesterday for a cleaning. I stood around waiting for a few minutes before I was helped. Otherwise, the gentleman that assisted me was great. My ring looked night and day better! I went in kind of sad about it because my center diamond looked dull and had a black spot on it. Very dirty! Once it was cleaned, it shined and sparkled like the day I picked it out. No more black spot. I left very happy, feeling as though I had a brand new ring. Overall experience: We bought my ring in 2009. Shane company has been great to deal with! I had issues with losing stones from my wedding band. They repaired it multiple times and eventually determined it needed to be replaced. I haven't had a problem since. They clean and inspect it any time you ask. They'll recondition it annually which keeps it looking like new. This is all included. You don't pay extra for these maintenances. I would certainly recommend anyone to consider buying from them seeing how the long term experience has gone.

SHANNON AND BRITTANY are legit the best! Gave us the best experience picking out and buying our wedding rings. We could not stop laughing together. They made it so easy and fun. They definitely know their stuff- the advice was much needed! Also, Kaitlin was awesome. Super sweet and personable. “Shane” must know what he’s doing when he’s hiring a team. My experience was absolutely amazing. Ms. Shannon & Mrs. Kayla helped me and my future fiancé with all our needs. We have spent a lot of time and money here, and it has always been worth it. But my favorite part about coming to Shane Co in Louisville is the staff. We've never had a poor experience, and today's was one of the best I've had. While I did have to wait a bit since they were a little short staffed, and it was a busy Sunday, Kasey went out of her way to make sure I felt welcome and important. She's amazing to talk to and always so kind. She's one of the biggest reasons we keep coming back.

Alice did amazing with our wedding bands. She went over the top with champagne and making us feel so comfortable! We recommend her for everything, she is amazing and goes above and beyond.

Matt Hess took the time to explain everything to me in great detail, then listened to what I wanted, and gave me exactly what I wanted, exceeding my expectations. If you need jewelry go see Kasey James at Shane Co. She was amazing. She helped my husband and I find the perfect set for our 25th anniversary. She never rushed me and showed me all kinds of styles until I finally find the one! She even cried right along with me when we did find the one! Definitely will go back if I need anything else!

They quoted me $140 to clean and re-plate my wedding rings and told me it would over a week.. I went to a different local jeweler and it was done in 24 hours and I paid $60. I gave Shane Co a chance only because they are so close to my house but will never go back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Every time my husband and I go in to the store it the the worst experience. My husband wanted to upgrade my diamond for my birthday and we were passed between two different associates and were told two different numbers. We explained multiple times exactly what we wanted and we were shown the exact opposite of what we requested. And then we were told that it was closing time and we just needed to go home and get online and find our own diamond. So that’s exactly what we did. We found what we wanted and called the store with information they needed to get the diamond sent to the store and it’s been two weeks and no one has returned the call. I don’t work in sales but I do know that is not how you go about business.

My husband and I have decided to upgrade our rings for our 25th Anniversary! We have looked everywhere but Shane Co was by far the best place! Rings are gorgeous and customer service was the best! I purchased a Necklace online that I absolutely love but it was a little to short. I was able to return the Necklace and purchase a longer one the WONDERFUL ASSOCIATE DANNA was AMAZING she cleaned my diamond and my earrings and WE HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE the Ladies in the office also made the exchange a very easy and Pleasant thing THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING SOOO KIND !! One more thing about 6 months ago I ordered white gold hoops I LOVED the first day I wore them they both fell out I WAS HEART BROKEN I have my necklace my nose ring and another pair of silver hoops I love Sunday when we came it she looked online found the ones I lost I was able to put them on hold and then layaway I'm happy ty again

Shane Company always provides next level service. My friends wait 2+ weeks to get service done on their rings while I am in and out in 1 week during the holidays. Wow! I had such a great experience here. I got my wedding set here a few years ago, but my newest ring is worth a glowing review! My mom passed away a little over 12 years ago, but I always wear her wedding band. The wedding band was very tarnished and the bezel around the diamond was breaking down. I took it to Shane Company to see what my options were to get the diamond set into a new ring. Tawny was absolutely amazing!! Good vibes immediately from her. She brought me all kinds of options after listening to what I was wanting for the new ring. She helped me pick out a beautiful ring that the jeweler could customize to set my moms diamond into it. I cannot say enough good things about Tawny and how well she helped me with this very personal and sentimental piece of jewelry. I would highly recommend everyone to Tawny and Shane Company.

I came in for my routine cleaning and inspection of my wedding ring on Friday. Kandice greeted me with enthusiasm and got my ring cleaning started immediately. When we were finishing up, I looked in the ring case and mentioned I'd be interested in a larger stone. She brought out a show stopper green quartz! With the help of Lori for resizing and Kaitlin at checkout, I had my beautiful purchase in under 3 hours. Amazing ring and exceptional customer service!!!

I went to Shane Co. with my boyfriend to look at engagement rings. The atmosphere was a very friendly and inviting place. We were not rushed as we had been at other places. We worked with Dylan who helped us find the perfect ring!! He was extremely attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We are extremely grateful that Dylan gave us suggestions that we hadn’t seen before and wouldn’t have picked out ourselves that ended up creating the perfect ring!

I went in for a ring cleaning and while I was waiting I found a BEAUTIFUL, vintage rose gold setting. After I received my ring back, Dylan took the new setting out of the case so I could try it on. Wasn’t 100% on it that day so I came back a week later and worked with Dylan again. He spent the first hour and a half of his day working with me to try to find a band to compliment the new setting. He helped me pick out this absolutely stunning, customized set. I will ALWAYS recommend Shane Co. to friends and family and specifically Dylan! He went way above and beyond for me!

I just loooved the help we received from Shannon and Bill during our visit. They were very patient while helping my mother whom had several pieces to be cleaned and exchanged an item.
