Lynn and the team here did an incredible job custom creating our engagement ring. They listened to and helped us refine to our vision, sourced for us a London Blue Topaz, had it custom cut, and assembled an amazing and unique ring for us very affordably. We visited all of the other major jewelers in town for this and they alone were able to pull it off. Would definitely recommend.

After working with another jeweler for more than four months to fix an issue they actually created. I found Royal Jewelers! They are kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and do amazing work! We have been shopping at Royal Jewelers for years. One thing I like about this store is that they are family owned. They take pride in their work. I really enjoy shopping there. I recently brought items in for appraisal. Lynn Schulwolf said they would be ready within a few weeks. To my delight, the appraisals were ready in 2 weeks. My mother gave me a ring that belonged to my grandfather's cousin. It was a beautiful pearl ring. The first time I wore it, a pearl popped out because it is old. I guess no one had worn it for awhile. I took it to Royal Jewelers to be repaired. They did an excellent job. Not only did they repair it beautifully, but shined it up and the diamonds in it sparkle! I took several watches in to have batteries replaced, and Royal Jewelers had the right batteries for all of them in stock, and had them all changed very quickly. I had left them intending to pick them back up the following day, but got a phone call that they were ready, and was able to swing back by and pick them up the same afternoon, within about an hour.
