Allen and his family were really great to meet and I will definitely be making them my go-to jewelers. Don't let the size of the shop fool you-- this place is the real deal. After I spent months working with my fiance to find the perfect setting to put an heirloom stone, I realized I had no idea where to go to actually put the stone in the setting. This step was harder than I thought by far, especially because it meant I had to trust whoever I was giving my grandmother and mother's diamond to work on. I didn't know where to go that would actually do the work in town and not just ship it off to possibly get lost or replaced with an imposter. I also try to shop local for these sorts of things. I tried all the big stores, and got offers ranging from $300 to $600 just to set the stone (because I didn't buy the setting or stone from them). Then I realized that a better route might be to look for a jewelry repair shop instead of a jewelry store. Glad I did! I read all the good google reviews on here and called for a quote-- $125 to put a one carat stone with an odd, outdated cut in a platinum setting that didn't actually quite fit. It came back looking better than I could have imagined. After I traded in some scrap, it set me back $70. I will definitely be buying the bands and anything else I ever buy that is made of metal. My fiance is in love with her ring, and I couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism or price.

My grandmother needed some jewelry repaired and wasn't sure where to go. I came across the glowing reviews and decided to see for myself and I'm glad I came! They do a great job and offer friendly service. I'll gladly be back in the event I need anything repaired again. Work done: polishing/cleaning, post replacement, clasp replacement.

So glad I found this family-owned business. In the past I've had to wait 2 to 3 weeks for resizes, but they were able to do it in just a couple days for half the price that people charge around town. They do a great job communicating and are some of the nicest, most genuine people I've had the pleasure of working with. Highly recommend them to anyone. Even if you aren't close, it's worth the drive.

Well now I see why everyone loves this place! I recently had my son’s necklace replaced at another business and they charged me an absurd price. I had a bracelet that needed repaired so thought I would try to research some places that had decent recommendations. I took my bracket yesterday and was suppose to be finished Friday. She contacted me today it was finished. The best part is the price was very fair. I could not be happier. Everyone that works in there was so nice!! I highly recommend using them. Where to even begin with this absolutely wonderful establishment? I first discovered this family owned business when I realized I needed my wedding rings and a keepsake ring resized. Wes did a wonderful job and very quick and extremely reasonably priced. That was almost two years ago. About a month ago, close to my third anniversary, my husband and I recognized that we were in a very different place financially than we were when we got married. My original bridal ring set had a moissanite center stone. I was still hesitant about getting an actual diamond due to the controversies around them and also, even though we could afford it, I still didn’t want to dish out thousands for one. I realized if anyone could help me, it would be the folks at Jewelry Repair professionals. The owner, Allen, runs this store with his son, Wes, and his daughter-in-law, Erica. I interacted with all of them for the purchase of a brand new, lab grown Diamond for my ring. They somehow got me an even bigger stone than my moissanite for an out of this world price. Allen was able to set it in my ring the same day the stone arrived; he even changed the setting on my ring to a six prong head to make sure the new stone stayed nice and snug. Second, they ordered me a beautiful pendant in which he set my original moissanite stone, so I could always keep the best part of my original rings. Finally, Wes cleaned and replated my rings. All this happened within three weeks, and this included all the shipping. I encourage and urge everyone to go to this place and only this place for your jewelry needs. This family knows how to run a business. They will never force you into something you don’t want or don’t need, will do their best to provide you with plenty of options for your price range, and will treat you like their best customer every time. I will never go anywhere else for my jewelry and will recommend only this business to all my acquaintances. Do yourself a favor and skip those huge box stores and their ridiculous prices and pushy commissions. Come to Jewelry Repair Professionals for a truly personal and gratifying experience.

I enjoy vintage jewelry. It almost always needs either sizing or a repair when I find it. I always take it here. This time it was a bracelet looking a little rough. Not only did they size it, they replated it for me. No charge! I could immediately see it looked so much better. I was told it is their goal to have it leave their care looking new again. True professionals!

Exceptional Service! They cleaned and repaired my husband's Mezuzah, that was passed down from his father. It was dirty and the back had separated. . . They made it look better than new! This company is amazing! I went and got my grandmothers old wedding ring fixed and they did an outstanding job on it. I called several jewelers to find someone to help me resize an engagement ring by the next day and they beat everyone in Louisville when it came to price and quality. They didn't charge me a significant amount more to rush to resizing, they inspected the ring for quality, and offered to improve the settings of all of the gems. Definitely have a loyal customer now.

They are truly amazing! I have a special necklace that I wear daily with a message engraved in the handwriting of my late brother. It needed some repairs, and I told them I would like it finished in a few weeks so I could have it before the anniversary of his death. They said they could finish it for me in a week, which was perfect. As we were chatting, I mentioned that his birthday was two days away. They completely blew me away and called me 24 hours later and said they rushed it so I could have it by his birthday. They would not let me pay them extra for the rush and charged an extremely fair price. They seriously went above and beyond and helped make a difficult day better.
