I had an old watch which I treasured, but it sustained damage when a high profile battery store attempted to install a new battery. Over the past year I visited 4 seperate watch repair venues, including 2 high profile jewellers and a local watch specialist, all of whom were unable or unwilling to undertake the overhaul of this damaged watch. Although I am not a frequent mall shopper my wife suggested I might find the service I needed at a mall kiosk. I found intrigue at one of its two locations in the Oxmoor Mall and there met Cameron, whose positive attitude and confident personality was a welcome change from what I had experienced from other so called experts. My old watch was repaired in 2 attempts, is now running perfectly and has a 1 year guarantee on parts and service. I was so pleased with this expedient service and successful outcome, I returned to Cameron and his partner Issac with 5 other older watches, including a derelict Timex I had worn in high school 56 years ago, and a Cartier purchased in Europe which went into storage for lack of a battery. I refused to take it back to the battery shop. All are now running perfectly. If you are seeking expedient service, knowledge of the trade, and a friendly reception and review of your issue large or small, I encourage to visit Cameron or Issac at one of their 2 locations at oxmoor mall and shop with confidence that your non functioning watch will be returned to life. We drive more than an hour each way to have Isaac work in our watches. His shop is full service including waterproof testing and the customer service is beyond compare. Over the years, he has earned our trust and respect.

Be warned, this place overcharges for watch adjustments. I needed one link taken out of my watch. They removed the link without giving me a price (my mistake for not asking) then charged me 18 dollars. Most watch stores remove links for free! I felt scammed and I would suggest taking your watch somewhere else for adjustments.

I was skeptical at first because I normally buy all my jewelry and my wife’s from bigger stores, zales, Kay, etc, I wanted a real 4.3mm white gold figaro chain and NOBODY had one in stock, I stopped by this little place in the mall as a last ditch effort and he said he didn’t have one but could order 1 and have it in 2 days! I thought no way, I’m sure it’s not gonna be real or something, he pulled out his white gold book (the exact same book as all the big stores) looked up my chain and gave me a price, said it would be there Tuesday….it was Saturday. I said ok let me think about it, walked right over to zales and got a price and lead time on the chain, walked over to another big name place same thing got a price and lead time l. Both places were $1500-$1800 for the chain and 2 weeks lead time. I went back to him still super hesitant and said if I order the chain and it’s not right can I return it? He said absolutely! No problem. I ordered the chain for HALF the cost of both places and it was there Tuesday for pick up. I went to pick it up excited/still unsure. The chain was exactly what it was supposed to be and I couldn’t be happier!!! He really knows his gold I’ll will always go to him for my jewelry. Straight up guy no BS with him. He doesn’t have that crazy overhead pricing the bigger stores have. Give him a chance you won’t regret it. Thanks again!

If anyone out there reading this is looking for an awesome place in the East end to get engravings done, go to Intrigue Jewelers located in the Saint Mathews Mall. They are able to engrave carry-in orders, and have a great selection of jewelry too. VERY helpful and a cheaper price than Things Remembered. Highly recommended! (Stupid Google hit only 4 stars when I wanted to give 5 stars. I'm not sure how to fix it, but definitely intended to say 5)

Very good service. I came to sell two gold rings and have a watch looked at to quite a repair. The owner gave me a good and fair price on the rings, bought them cash, and even repaired my watch for free. After driving around and calling at least 20 different jewellery stores I never thought I would find the best deal and service here. Do not be put off by the fact that it’s a kiosk rather than a storefront, the man behind the counter has more integrity than any bricks and windows will give you.

Isaac is amazing…not only did he repair my watch…while i waited…he made shopping so much fun …i even bought a unique …one of a kind charm for my daughter’s necklace…i can hardly wait for her bday to give it to her…i will be back on every holiday!!!!
