Love my custom engagement ring from Jordan Clines. We shopped around at many places around Louisville and our experience at Jordan Clines was much better than any of the other jewelry stores. And the ring price was significantly less that what I was quoted at other places. I would recommend Jordan Clines for anyone looking for a one of a kind engagement ring.

I have always enjoyed working with Jordan, his wife, Jessica, Joe, and his staff. The pieces I have acquired there have been exquisite, high quality, and very fairly priced. After a robbery at our home a few years ago, I purchased all of my replacement jewelry as well as new pieces from Jordan. And I will continue to do so—he keeps a wish list for me! The bonus is that this is a local, Louisville store!!!

Jordan and everyone that works there made me feel like family when helping me pick out an engagement ring. I knew very little about diamonds or shapes coming in, and they took the time to be patient explaining every detail; I felt like an expert walking out. The prices were very fair compared to other jewelers I had been to, but they really earned my business with how genuinely they treated me and their custom ring settings. He even specially sized the ring for me that had the correct stone but wrong setting, so I could propose and she could wear it until she was ready for the customization. This is now my go-to jeweler, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Anyone in doubt needs to look into Jordan Cline's and you won't be disappointed!

Jordan looked at a ring I have that I thought a prong was broken on a ruby stone. He said it looked fine. A week later my ruby fell out of the setting. Two prongs were broken. I sold him a ruby and diamond necklace and he ask me Do you trust me. What a joke on me. You can't tell the truth about a ring that needs repair that I wanted you to repair.

Awesome staff, helpful regardless of your needs; purchase a ring, repairs to your jewelry, sizing of an old ring, or make an old ring new again! They are the best, and of course the cases are filled with very amazing pieces!

Hands down Jordan Clines is the best jeweler in Louisville. I went engagement ring shopping at 2 other local places and Shane Co. I had the best experience with Jordan. He did not ever make me feel pressured to make a decision and suggested clarity and color options that made sense. I worked directly with Jordan to pick out my diamond and have the ring custom made. 100% recommend getting an engagement ring from him.

My mother and I stopped in here for the first time after my former jeweler retired. The guys were so nice and helpful. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Will return soon for sure.

I rarely write reviews, but Jordan Clines provided a five star product, expertise, and customer service that far exceeded my high expectations. I went to Jordan and his team knowing next to nothing about jewelry with a photo of an antique style engagement ring I had hoped to get made for my soon-to-be fiancé. Tabitha explained all the different aspects of the ring, how each factored into the appearance (and value/price), and helped me decide on the important factors to determine exactly what I wanted. The pandemic provided some challenges in the production schedule, but Jordan and his team were very patient, communicative, and responsive to my questions and concerns. When the ring arrived, it exceeded all expectations. Needless to say, my fiancé and I will be doing all our future jewelry business with Jordan Clines!

The service’s has been so great at Jordan’s I will not go anywhere else for my jewelry. I had both my wife’s engagement and wedding rings made here along with my wedding band. Prices where better or comparable to chain stores. The attention to detail along with the whole experience was great. I went to 2 chain stores and they tried to pressure me into buy something that I did not want. THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN HERE. Jordan make sure you get what you want and you are completely happy with it.

My husband and I recommend Jordan Cline to everyone! He custom made my engagement ring and we also got our wedding bands from him. Such beautiful work and craftsmanship and really unique options. Also, I’ve never loved the feeling of rings on my fingers, but his rings are the most comfortable. I could never wear anything else.
