I
originally
had
a
wonderful
experience
when
I
went
with
my
mom
to
get
a
Mother’s
Day
gift
for
my
grandma.
We
got
her
a
watch,
which
she
loved.
After
looking
I
saw
a
watch
I
wanted
and
decided
to
go
back
and
get
it.
I
originally
spoke
to
Jeff,
the
district
manager
who
was
absolutely
wonderful.
He
didn’t
pressure
my
mom
into
buying
something
and
did
his
very
best
to
find
us
exactly
what
we
were
looking
for.
In
my
case,
it
was
different.
The
sales
representative
was
very
pushy.
I
told
her
I
also
wanted
to
get
a
new
ring
for
my
fiancé
because
her
current
ring
the
diamonds
keep
falling
out.
I
told
her
I
wanted
a
single
stone
and
told
her
my
price
range.
She
picked
out
rings
that
she
liked
that
were
way
out
of
my
price
range.
She
even
made
it
clear
she
didn’t
like
a
ring
that
was
in
my
price
range.
I
kept
telling
her
i
wanted
to
wait
on
the
ring
and
she
just
kept
going,
she
didn’t
let
up.
I
ended
up
buying
the
watch
I
wanted,
she
sized
it
for
me
and
I
walked
out.
I
decided
after
I
got
it
that
the
watch
was
very
heavy
on
my
wrist
and
I
wore
my
Apple
Watch
everyday
and
just
wouldn’t
have
the
time
to
wear
it.
I
took
it
back
and
she
told
me
I
couldn’t
return
it
because
it
had
already
been
sized
and
because
i
wore
it
out
of
the
store.
I
thought
that
was
ridiculous
considering
all
the
links
she
took
out
were
in
a
bag
and
I
brought
them
with
me
to
return.
Long
story
short,
they
let
me
return
the
watch.
But
the
representative
made
a
comment
that
I
upset
her
by
returning
the
watch
and
made
it
a
point
to
say
“you
know
I
work
off
commission
right?”
I
thought
that
was
extremely
inappropriate
to
say.
I
work
in
sales
and
work
off
commission
and
one
thing
you
NEVER
tell
a
customer
is
that
you
work
off
commission.
Because
then
they
feel
like
a
number.
I
wasn’t
a
priority.
To
her
I
wasn’t
a
customer
I
was
money
toward
her
paycheck.
You
never
want
to
make
a
customer
feel
as
if
they’re
just
a
number.
Also
for
her
to
tell
me
that
i
upset
her
by
returning
the
watch
I
PURCHASED
WITH
MY
MONEY
was
unacceptable.
She
made
me
feel
extremely
bad
about
it
and
i
felt
almost
obligated
to
keep
the
watch
just
so
she
wouldn’t
lose
money.
I
will
not
be
back
to
Ashcroft
&
Oak.
The
experience
was
horrible.
