    Very unprofessional, nonchalant and deceitful! I ordered a class ring for my daughter and it said 4-6 week shipping or school delivery! Weeks later I got a call from a young lady who was very unprofessional and sounded like she didn't even want to be on the phone. When I answered, she blurted out, "your ring is here...you can come pick it up"! I was NEVER informed that I had to drive an HOUR from my residence to pick up my order! It should be stated in bold print on the TOP of the website! When I questioned her about this, she said, "well, since schools aren't doing ring ceremonies we aren't shipping to school"! I don't understand why I would be inconvenienced because of that! My daughter still goes to the school and it's way closer of a drive then an hour to their business! I then asked for the address and she mumbled it real fast like I was an inconvenience to her! I had to have her repeat it 3 times! Customer service was just as POOR when I arrived to get my order. The same girl went to get my ring. Came back, sat it on the counter and said, "sign this paper saying you got your order"! I was thinking "wow...can I take it out of the box and look at it first?? Make sure it's the right ring and have the right details???" She seemed annoyed that I took the ring out to examine it prior to signing the paper. I then asked for a receipt and she said..."you should've got a receipt when you placed your order" real cold and nonchalantly! The ring that I purchased also advertised a FREE GIFT with my $400 purchase...I didn't get ANYTHING extra but an ATTITUDE, AN UNPLANNED HOUR DRIVE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The company need to hire someone with real people skills, who enjoys helping others and working with the public, instead of family who could care less about the customer's experience!! I regret ever spending money with them!

    Ordered an "Arrow pendant necklace " we received it in adequate time. Unfortunately it is of poor quality, we purchased it as a Christmas gift and we ordered it too early because when it was opened the chain had a knot in it. We contacted Customer service and the guy on the phone said because it is after the 30 days there is no returns, exchange, or anything. We are stuck with it. I will never order from this place again. They don't care, regardless!

    Excellent price and craftsmanship on the fourth ring I have bought from Balfour! I got my class ring, and my three sons rings all from Balfour, and wouldn't buy something so important anywhere else. I went back, and bought a baseball cap when they sent me an email saying they were on clearance. Keep up the excellent work!

    Have now made my third phone call requesting a return call from the representative for my daughter's school. I have been given the run around for 2 weeks now. To say this is unprofessional is a gross understatement. I am busy too and my time is just as valuable!

    I ordered graduation announcements for my son and was told they would arrive by a specific date. That day came and went! I called Jostens over and over and was lied to every time! They would tell me they were ready to be shipped that day and in reality they weren’t even printed yet!! I’ve been waiting so long that now I’ve got to produce something to mail to people. This is suppose to be a reputable nationwide company that our schools endorse so nobody even thinks to look at their reviews.There are so many complaints to the BBB regarding them. What was supposed to be a happy time has become a nightmare. I spent $170 for announcements that will probably never arrive and only offered to refund me $80. Shame on you Jostens for taking advantage of people!

    The people in this business are great! They are so helpful and patient. They have a lot of choices when it comes to class rings. They really helped me because I wasn't exactly sure what I needed. They very knowledgeable and know how to help you choose what you want. Only one complaint --- that it will take 6 to 8 weeks to get my order.

    I ordered my daughters ring and necklace. I finally got ring due to shut down i had to go pick it up. No necklace. There response was oh nit isnt here but other are there we is the one i got. it must be at warehouse it will ship to your house. ive called again month later well the warehouse is sending it out. As of today still no necklace. Now with all this going on i getting alerts of being double charged to my CC. So called them (before virus) and talked to some one and they said of it must be a computer glitch. I said ok with the charges on there it pays it off. Yes sir it sure does. I said so my CC wont be charged again. No sir it will show paid in full and you will not get another charge for this. month went by and boom 2 more charges for the same amount. i called oh were sorry we will give your money back. after all most a month i filled a dispute with CC company against them. I contacted the BBB. they are still not fulfilled my order. So my experience with them is Watch you CC bill and make sure they dont screw you over

    Charged me $100 more than what my copy of the agreement said I owed. They "say" they "mailed" me a correct copy because their employee screwed up the original one. I never got a corrected copy of anything. I am not pleased with this place

    I was told my ring was to arrive after 3 payments. They were automatically taken out of my account. I was told I’d receive my ring before graduation. Graduation came and went. And my ring is paid in full. I looked online and it was supposed to arrive the 27th of this month. It’s now the 28th and I have yet to receive my ring. I would not recommend this company if you want your ring in time. Update: My ring will not be here for another 8 weeks.

    My ring was amazing when I got it and then having it for a while I noticed some imperfections on the ring as some words were crooked, my gems were not placed nicely, and the black background started to come off. A year with the ring and one of the gems fall out. I payed for a ring that was to last for a lifetime and it broke in just one year.

    Do not order senior photos from this company. The preview image they share is clear and sharp, however, the photos that you pay for and they send to you, are unclear and very poor quality. And do not even bother trying to contact them. They will not respond. Also, their prices are outrageous.
