Recently went there to sell some old jewelry and he gave me a better price than some of the other stores in that area. He was very knowledgeable and when I mentioned an old diamond ring I wanted to make into a pendant for my daughter, he gave me the business card of the jeweler who did the same for his own daughter (who was in Filigree's that day and showed me her beautiful necklace). I will definitely be back there again when I want to buy bc they have a gorgeous selection of jewelry.

Walked in to sell what I believed to be sterling silver, and found that it was only plated. The associate informed me of how the fact of sterling silver was marked with other stamped emblems which identified it as sterling silver. It was a pleasant experience and I was at ease with the explanation being informational without seeming to be one of "O'boy here's a customer I have to tell this again, I wish they'd find out the facts before wasting my time". It was nice to go in, if not to buy or sell, and have the pleasant experience I can state that I had from it. Thank you, for being professional, courteous, and for that information. 5 star treatment and experience. 5 star appearance, cleanliness, and beautiful displays of the shop's items. I'll return if I ever have need or want for anything else. Exception being, no sterling silver plated items to sell will accompany my venture. Thank you again.

My Fiancé and I bought my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands from Filigree's. We couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience. Dan was very helpful, honest, and he has a great sense of humor! If you go to a place like Shane Co. or Genesis, you're guaranteed to pay a 1000% mark-up on a new piece of jewelry or an engagement ring. But if you go to Filigree's, you will find a wide selection of quality secondhand jewelry at a fair price. I will be returning to Filigree's anytime I need to buy a gift or service our wedding rings.

The man who runs or owns this business was absurdly rude. He completely lacks in customer service skills, and does not seem to be fit to handle people. From the moment my boyfriend and I walked into the store, even his facial expressions screamed 'DISGUST' Not very helpful, argumentative, and definitely underbid our product. I don't know what his deal was, but he definitely lost quite a few customers today.

Just got back from visiting this shop. Had many other options when looking to sell jewelry. Looked at reviews and glad I stopped in. Treated great, very kind, and cool conversations as the gentleman looked at what I brought. Very honest about the higher end of what I brought and the best way to sell. Mostly interested in the material of the others. Enjoyable experience all around. Asked about other items I had and he was very inviting about just bringing it in to look through. Tried to do a little homework first and felt this helped. Highly recommend! Great offer and I’ll be back for sure!

Filigrees is such a great store! Dan is a really nice and knowledgeable guy. He has a really wide variety of jewelry (for literally any budget) and my wife and mother always seem to find a little treasure when we stop in. He also has a good selection of men's jewelry (pieces that men would actually want to wear). If you are in the area don't pass Filigrees by, you'll be glad you stopped in!

This shop and its owner are a cut above many jewelry stores. I replaced a gold chain with one that better suited my fancy gold cross, after being shown several possible styles. I returned a few months later and sold some gold jewelry - received a very fair price for it. It's just truly a great shop!!!

Very impressed with this place. They have a great selection of rings and other jewelry. My fiance and i took a few rings in to be looked at that were handed down to him and they took the time to look at everything with us and made us feel very comfortable.
