I went today to sell some silver and was greeted immediately by a well dressed gentleman named Byrd. He was more than happy to help as he sorted my silver and made pleasant small talk. The offer was more than reasonable and more than any other quotes over spot I had received elsewhere. He took my info and cut a check immediately. The whole process took maybe twenty minutes and was top notch. Highly recommend.

Was very rude. The old short guy said my gold was fake and I went down the street and they tested it and said it was 18kt and bought it on the spot. I don't know what they gain from lying to people. It was probably because I was black because they was real nice to the white lady in front of me. My mom is white I'm not racist.

Years ago I used to use them. One day I went in knowing my scrap value approx. When they offered me half the value of scrap, I laughed as if they were trying to take advantage of me. Protect your investments, know what you're selling with your family's valuables.. Don't get taken advantage of. I would never go here again.

10/10 would NOT recommend. I walked in to have some coins looked at. Immediately the man was short and dismissive. Cut me off mid-sentence and had zero interest in being helpful at all. I just gathered my things and walked out.

Awesome experience, nice store, HUGE collection to browse and very friendly staff. I had about 50 coins, mostly silver and was curious what they were worth and came in to have them valued and perhaps sell them. I did research the metal prices and had a pretty good idea what I could realistically get for them, however their offer exceeded my expectations so I sold them all. It was a great exchange which I felt was more than equitable for all parties and I think everyone was happy with it. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly go back myself to buy and sell more in the future. Its a fun hobby and you will have a great partner in it at the Louisville Numismatic Exchange.

Very fair pricing and better than what I could find locally so it was worth the trip. Everyone is friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. Easy access -- just park across the street in the Speed Parking structure. Very clear pricing and answered all my questions concerning the items. No concerns here and once I sort my next lot of coins, I will return.

I was excited to come and talk about my foreign coins some of them pretty rare as my dad has been collecting for over 60 years only for them to be dismissed as vacation money. My dad deliberately told me to mix the rare with the normal to see if they were actually paying attention or just dismissive. Not to mention i felt like my fiance and myself were unwelcome and at any point in time we were able to steal something. All around i was very disappointed

They told meThat every coin that I had taken in to them wasnt even worth a dollar. And that being said I gave what I had away being only worth 1.00 or not even . So to a man such as myself that has more in the coins I had took up there than a dollar. I wasnt to happy at all. So i gave everything there away..

Very welcoming business to deal with. If you’re expecting to get the prices you see on eBay sell your coins on eBay. No coin shop is going to pay you those prices. LNE is very fair and reasonable on the prices offered for your coins. If you don’t like what you’re being offered feel free to take them to a pawn shop and really be taken advantage of.
