I am so impressed by their honesty and integrity. I stopped by a jeweler in Corydon to get my rings cleaned over the weekend. I was told my prongs were worn and needed to be replaced, something I was told by the same jeweler two years ago. I do not live near Corydon. (I just happened to be there with my daughter.) So, I thought I would take it to a jeweler local to me. Benton's happens to be within walkable distance from my workplace. I walked it down there today on my lunch hour. He immediately looked at it under a scope, something the other jeweler did not do, and advised me there was nothing wrong with my prongs and there was still plenty of wear left. They did not even need retipped!!!! He allowed me to look at my ring under the scope as well. He advised me to stop by about every 6 months for evaluation. I will surely be a customer of Benton's from this point on. BTW, they still replace watch batteries. My husband had his replaced there a month or so ago. It was quick and reasonable.

I can't say enough good about Benton. Great prices and selection, but it's the service that puts them so far above the chains. Honest, friendly and never concerned about anything but you. So lucky to have a local store that never fails to deliver excellence.

I'll never go anywhere else for jewelry. Benton's offers the kind of customer service you can only get with a local shop. Love them!

The staff at Benton's are friendly and knowledgeable. Our 12 year old daughter bought a crystal figure there and then it was accidentally broken. Benton's first tried to fix the figure for my daughter, and when they couldn't, allowed her to exchange it for a different figure. They're a great local business that we're happy to shop at.

Have had a excellent experience each and every time I purchase gold or diamonds for wife. Sometimes I get told No you can’t buy that but you can buy this one. After twenty years they know her taste better than me.
