    I’ve never been to a store anywhere that was as trashed as this Macys. I’ve worked retail on Black Friday and I’ve never seen it this bad.

    Order stuff from here all the time, especially my favorite makeup. The last time I ordered something I got a special Clinique sample box, which would be great to give someone for a birthday or christmas gift.. however, the box looked like it had been run over by a truck by the time I received it...not happy about that, because if I was giving this away as a gift I would have liked to have been able to keep it in its original box.

    Sawyer in handbags helped me pick out a couple of handbags for my 31 year old daughter’s birthday. Her exemplary customer service is the best I have ever been treated to at a Macy’s!!!!!! Thank you Miss Sawyer. You’re beautiful inside and out. Thanks for walking my gift up to the mail department to send to California…Amazing service.

    What a horrible experience. I ordered an office furniture set (Desk, Filing Cabinet, Bookshelf and Chair) approximately 1 year ago. When it was delivered, the delivery team damaged the desk, at that time we requested a replacement part be sent. Today, approximately 1 year later the delivery team arrives and they have sent the wrong part. No problem, I'll call get the correct part sent and all will be good. Nope, Macy's has discontinued this item. The customer service rep, who spoke broken English at best, is having an incredibly difficult time understanding why I wouldn't want to return the desk and keep all of the remaining parts to the set. Not to mention, the chair was never delivered and throughout the process Macy's decided to cancel that part of the "set". I literally spent the last 45 minutes on the phone with the rep who could not understand why I didn't want to return this desk. They also offered $460 dollars instead of returning the desk, when the entire set cost almost 9 times that much. It is evident why Macy's is having financial difficulty, this is without question, one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I will not be purchasing furniture from Macy's again.

    It's a regular Macy's , BUT... the lady who worked one of the perfume counters was amazing and knew her products well. Helped pick out a scent that was exactly what we were looking for before we came into the store. She made our day and our purchase easy and fun. For that I give this Macy's two stars more. Customer service really makes a difference 😁

    BLACK FRIDAY---!!!! Had a great time with others who had the Christmas Spirit, ready to find the best buys. I found some really unique gifts priced just right...more than I bargained for. And associates were very friendly and helpful.

    We went in to get some new perfume and cologne. There was a special vendor there from Bad Girls that was beyond helpful. She helped us until a regular staff member could help us. The regular staff was super helpful as well (both in the ladies perfume section and in the men's cologne section. We came away with many different bottles of perfume and cologne. So happy to have been taken care of so good!

    Took my mother to look for a new sofa. Sales clerk was incredibly helpful and patient. Recognizing mom was having a tough time, brought out fabric samples and stapled to paper with sofa photos and dimensions. Her time and thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated

    I like this Macy's store because of the cleanliness, and variety of products offered. However, the main reason why I keep coming back to this store is the kindness and great customer service of the employee called Zuleyha. This young lady can serve as an example to other employees.

    Huge store with a nice inventory of clothing, shoes, etc! The store was well organized and clean. The employees were friendly with finding the sizes we needed. Will definitely be back.

    Get my perfume there every couple of years. It's a nice place, great staff. The toys r us inside is not toy's r us. It's pricey with no price tags on anything.

    Lady at Chanelle fragrance counter was a perfect gem! True expert, very well informed, extremely courteous and professional. Similar experience at jewelry counter. Shoe department was understaffed due to a call in, but once the 1 girl working the whole floor was free, she was extremely helpful. Good job Macy's! Your employees are certainly making you shine!

    Tried to order on line. HORRIBLE!! Tried 3 different times valid credit card used but site would NOT honor .. person on 800 number asked same questions over and over! again valid credit card denied. I gave up in disgust … guess macys can afford to lost my business

    I opened a Macy's American Express credit card and what a scam. I admit the sales clerk was very slick in cosmetics. I was under the impression I wouldn't be charged but I didn't read the 10,000 pages before signing in effort to save 20 bucks. I received a bill for $83.48 in addition to my small $120.00 purchase. I immediately closed the Macy/American express account and will shop elsewhere from now on. What a shame, on me and Macy's.

    I had such a great experience with Rizzy! She works at impulse and helped me find the right shade of lip gloss and liner for my lips!! I love my new shade and I can’t wait to use all my new products! She was very knowledgeable about all the products she was recommended. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had! Give that girl a raise!!

    Please, for the love of god do not buy Macys furniture. 1) Delivery: took 8 months to get couch (told that it would take 2) 2) Product: couch was not the color we ordered 3) Quality: DEFINITELY could have gotten something better from another store and regret getting the couch. i bought it for 3k and had it less than a year and the recliner broke on one of the chairs (luckily still under warranty) 4) Customer Service: literally THE WORST too much to get into but basically it’s been more than a month since the technician came to fix my couch but it’s still broke and now they don’t thing they will be able to get the button to fix it for AT LEAST 2 more months. Overall: it’s just been a terrible experience and I’m not impressed with the couch in any aspect and if o hadn’t waited so long to get it I would have returned it. So disappointed garbage…… I got, got.

    I had a return today and Renee, manager of the men’s department went way beyond resolving my issue. I forgot to bring my Macy’s credit card and she didn’t make me feel like it was all my fault, which it was😊 Great Job!!

    Macys has really gone downhill and it’s not really the items in the store as I would shop like I used to but it’s really the people you can tell they do not love their jobs. They actually close the door 5 to 7 minutes before closing they would rather let you stand in customer service for five minutes and let it become two minutes after closing and to tell you they’re not gonna wait on you. They are rude. They all need to be fired Macys, you need to clean house and start all over with friendly people that love their jobs.

    First time in a Macy's. Service was great. I just sort of always had the impression Macy's was upscale, however the entrance to the store was very dingy and dirty. It really gave a poor impression in relation to what I had expected. It was more like a run down Walmart on the outside. Again this is only cosmetic as the service was excellent. Just a first impression thing.

    Love the selection and deals we got here. The store itself is clean the changing room on the other hand are not, they definitely need cleaned. But the selection is great.

    The clerk in men's suits was hurried and rude, advising me that they didn't even have a measuring tape to confirm a dress shirt size and that they "don't do any of that." When checking out, he was impatient and unfriendly. The bad service and high prices will keep me from returning.

    My wife purchased a watch here tha need it to be cut it, so I came to adjusted but because a laddy that knew how to do it DID Not día it because It was not their deparment and the store manager was agree so why not just do it for keeping a custumer satisfy.

    Where we always bring our girls for formal dresses. The variety is soo extensive! Short dresses to ones with trains, white ones to black and every color in-between, sequins and glitter, backless, with sleeves, even now 2 piece dresses, and ones that technically aren't dresses but look it. Literally anything to ones imagination!! Of course then at the same place you can find the undergarments and fixings. There were even formal jacket like things for cool weather. Also they have makeup. The prices are not that of other mall department stores.

    Save your sanity - save your money. Go shop a place that will not only deliver your purchase but not lie to you multiple times over about where it is at months down the line. They charge you for delivery but make no attempt to actually deliver it, even after months down the road. Call customer service? They will lie to you over and over and over. Of course they say sorry for the inconvenience, but they aren't or I'd have what we paid for after all this time. Caught them in lies multiple times over. Wasn't on the truck? You said it was. Driver didn't show up? What do you mean we have to push it out a month? Truck didn't show up? Do you all understand how deliveries work? Call the specific service line and they are closed until forever. Don't call the specific service line, sorry we cannot help you until you call the number that we know will not response. Seriously, I would encourage every one you know not to shop here. If you follow up they give you a store credit - even though you cannot actually get what you paid for in the first place. Brick-and-mortar stores are struggling to survive and Macy's handles everything like they want to go out of business. I hope no one is buying their stock!

    Macys had one of the best sales this year. Their black Friday deals started a couple week's before Thanksgiving and made it so much easier to be able to get deals early and have plenty of time to shop. The deals I was not able to get in the store, I had plenty of time to order it online and sent to me with no worries. I sure hope they continue to do this every year.

    Macy's has the worst customer service and delivery service know to man. They delivered two pieces of damaged furniture to me on two separate occasions. This last time they took both pieces and left me with nothing. If I could give negative stars I would.

    Bought a MAC foundation here, it broke me out. I came back to return it. The MAC counter lady was more interested in making a sale than dealing with a return. I definitely understand that. No prob. But....I just didn't like that she had me stand in line a while before telling me that any counter could handle my return. Finally returned my stuff....and asked for a Chanel le teint sample. No counters had sample containers. I asked all of the booths for a sample container and all said they didn't have it. Everyone acted so unprofessional and unhelpful. Disappointing.

    Great experience while shopping. Zach in housewares / bedding was, extremely helpful and I appreciate him spending a lot of time helping me pick what I needed. Also great experience in men's fragrances and overall I was very happy with my shopping excursion in Macy's yesterday and the day before. Cheryl in furniture department spent 45 minutes with me and was so helpful explaining all my options regarding fabric and specs regarding sofas, so much so so in that I'm buying a sofa from her next weds! She was AWESOME!!!

    I was impressed with their selection of plus sized workout and athleisure wear. I had to wait in line with several other people to check out because there are fewer registers on the 2nd floor now. The women's restrooms are showing some age, but are still roomy, have full doors, and easily accessible on the first floor.

    Got a pair of pants here for Christmas and wanted to exchange them. I took them in and every single associate pointed me in a different direction to do an exchange. It was like no one cared enough to even wait on me. Finally got my jeans and got them home only to realize they left the safety ink security device on it, I live almost 40 minutes away. It's been a nightmare. Like the clothes hate the service.
