    I don't shop here often but when I do it's for a coat. Incredible deals going on right now! I just bought a coat regular 120.00 for $34. I wouldn't miss out on that. All there coats are 70 percent off right now. Take advantage. Also have several racks of clearance items throughout the entire store.

    I have been calling for 2 days and cannot get a hold of anyone......they will not answer the phone. 1 time a person answered and transferred me and then of course no answer!!!! I even called the customer service number and they said I had to call the store!I am trying to find out about my order!!! This place is a joke!

    'WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE'- I went to return the items to the store, their return service staff and manager declined to accept the returns for the items bought online. Whereas I was told by an online customer representative all JC penny stores accept in-store returns. Also, I could see on my order that the items are eligible for in-store returns. DO NOT TRUST Their staff, and they are LAZY to work.

    I love the the fall looks and cozy fleece pant set I found for my Grandma. My only issue was a small customer service hiccup! When I ask where the fitting rooms were, I really wish they would have been more specific instead of just pointing toward the back left corner of the store. If the assistant manager hadn't walked in to microwave his burrito, I would never have known I was changing my pants in the employee break room.

    ! Loved it! Loved it! It will be our new go to for anything dressy, casual, household, gifts, and anything else I can think of! The people that work there were so kind and the store was very clean. We are now JCPenney for life!

    This location has a great selection of men’s clothes and watches. It’s location also makes back to school clothes shopping a one stop shop. Easy five star review.

    Went in to get one tire and rotate the others. Took way to long. Then I got ready to leave. They only did one side. 2-3hrs later it was finally finished. I'm guessing, hoping, it was an isolated incident. On a good day, according to a mechanic. Once the car is in. A full set of tires mounted snd balanced is only 30 minutes with that kind of equipment they have.

    I go to the Hair Salon at the JC Penny's in the St Matthews Mall. Marie does my hair. Absolutely the Best hair dresser Ever!! You want a Great cut, and color she's the best at this salon

    We had our daughters photos made here and they came our beautiful! The photographer was so professional and came up with cute ideas for posing. She was patient and helped us select photos for our package. This is really a good place to get pictures for gifts, Christmas cards, etc. We come here every year for this and love it.

    This location and the company in general have a serious problem with negligent packaging. I did an online order for pick up that consisted of 1) a small wet brush and 2) a 15 pound weighted blanket. I don’t understand the thought process of stuffing the weighted blanket and the brush in the same package and handing it off — it seems pretty obvious to me that the heavy item will crush the smaller item (which was a Christmas gift that I now can’t give). I also did an online order through the company with four boxes of every man jack products, and they were shipped in a large box without any extra padding to fill the space; obviously things were tossed around in transit resulting in more broken products and liquid everywhere.

    Had to return 3 items...1 item was not the product ordered nor the right size...who puts an xs in a package when asked for an XXL plus wrong color and brand ..smh...those shippers need to pay more attention to detail. Lady @ desk was awesome

    The cashier made a mistake on my receipt. Basically, they charged more than they should (25% more on one product). That is not a problem. It happens. But, what really was a problem for me, is that they made me wait for 15 minutes in a long line at the return cashier just to correct it.

    JCPenny isn't what it used to be. Growing up, it was a great shopping option. Now it seems more like an option if you're on a budget. There's only a few brands there I like, but not enough to pay premium prices. There are many places where you can (and should) spend your hard-earned money, but this place isn't one of them!

    Very hot in the store air was out clerk at online pickup was very unfriendly almost rude. Only there to pickup a package. The person in optical right next to customer service was being kinda jerk to the customer he had. Must have been the heat

    There was a little bit of a line at the checkout, but it started moving quickly when 2 more cashiers showed up. The person who rang me up asked me if I would like to apply for a J. C Penney's card, & get 35% off my purchase. I applied for the card & was approved & was very happy w/getting a great discount. Also, the cashier was really great, & very helpful.

    70 percent of jewelry sale was nice. Found some nice plain black dress shirts here. Where as I couldn't find them anywhere else. Though the price wad a little expensive it was worth it because it fit just right and was nice looking. The sales associates there were also helpful.

    I love JC Penney! It's not too expensive or too cheap! I like their "Stafford" brand of men's t-shirts! Their brand is a great value and wears nicely!! The customer service has always been pleasant and helpful!

    The quality of product has drastically declined in recent years. This used to be a one stop shop to find professional wardrobe essentials. The selection was drastically limited and would not recommend this location. Staff never acknowledged the customers and walked around like it was an inconvenience for them to be there.

    My wife had purchased a dress for an upcoming event. Since the purchase she lost weight and it no longer fits. Tried to return (tags still on) but didn't have receipt and card we used has been replaced.

    This was my first online order. I chose curbside when ordering but apparently it isn't available at my location. I was trying to set it up as I arrived at the location and it told me that my order couldn't be located. I had to go into the store and wait in line. Another woman came up to help me but I had to wait for her to login, she didn't know what she was doing and the orginal cashier checked out 2 people before the woman decided she didn't know what she was doing and asked for help. Because of this inept woman, I had to wait twice as long to get my package and she had the nerve to be holding onto the box like I was going to steal my own package. While I was waiting, I received my email for my second order but because I was waiting for her to check me out and scan my email, I didn't see it until I was home...now I have to go back tomorrow to pick up an order that I could have picked up with the first order. Total disorganization, inept/rude employees and misleading online ordering instructions.

    Ordered well before the cut off time for same day curbside pick up. But this store makes their own schedule and they are rude about it. The were unapologetic. Offered no solution. Other than "Our cutoff time is 3 and not 5" I asked "Is that posted somewhere I missed? Response"No I am telling you now. You will just have to wait until tomorrow to get your stuff." I asked' Do you know Corporate had it posted the cut off is 5 not 3?" Response" That doesn't apply to this store. You will just have to drive back tomorrow." And the phone went dead. I called the customer help line and sat on hold during the entire 30 minute drive home, and while I unloaded my groceries and finally hung up when I started dinner. Hold time 53min 14 sec. Because the only response I got was " You need to call the store. That isn't what we are here for. I will get you a supervisor that will say the same thing" Big Fail with a dedicated customer for over 30.years.
