My fiancé came to have a ring sized when a Sunny’s jeweler told us the ring wasn’t set in white gold. They said we could trade my ring for a better one. We chose one and traded it. They charged $810.00 more dollars. Which was $600 more dollars than originally agreed upon that day. Red flag $600.00 came from her debit card later. 2 weeks later we noted a diamond fell out of the setting. We went to Sunny’s they wanted to charge more money to replace the diamond. As we offered to give them bad reviews the manager offered to call Security. We expressed our upset of their poor quality we never threaten them. Call the PO PO HO in the words of MEDEA! Please choose a reputable jeweler. Sunny’s is not the one. We went else where to get my ring fixed by a reputable jeweler . Lesson learned!

EVERYONE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!!!! THESE PEOPLE LIE AND WILL CHEAT YOU!!!!! I brought my engagement ring to this place to get it sized while I waited because of my work schedule I couldn’t go where I normally go which is FastFix. At first they tried telling me my ring was a size 6.5 which was not true it was a size 7 most rings you buy new normally are a size 7 unless you get it sized, and I needed it sized to an 8. So that kind of made me sketchy because the sizer tool they had wasn’t even completely rounded it looked like it was hand made. This was so they could get more money from me! Instead of needing just one size up they said it was almost 2 sizes up and I had to pay for two sizes up which wasn’t the case but how do you argue with that?! So I went ahead and allowed them to size my ring when I should have left and listened to my gut feeling saying walk away! It’s now been 2 weeks and the ring has turned a different color only in the spot they sized the ring not the whole ring itself!! It’s white gold and yes my ring is real!!! I have a warranty where I bought my ring originally and they told me to take it back there that they didn’t do anything but stretch the ring!!! I am not a stupid woman and told them I know for a fact you have to add gold to it when sizing otherwise it would stretch thin!!! Yellow gold is dipped in rhodium and that’s how you get white gold! They did not do this in the process of sizing that’s why it is changing colors!! So they kept telling me they did nothing to take it back where I bought it, trying to say to me I bought fake gold jewelry at JCPenney. No I don’t think so!! I have bought jewelry from JCPenney’s for years and never would they sell fake gold! The person at Sunny’s Jewelers told me if I bought my ring from them that they warranty their jewelry as if my ring was fake!! No they are the ones cheating people not JCPenney’s. IM JUST SAYING WATCH OUT AND DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY TO FIX YOUR JEWELRY!! I saw all the good reviews at the top of the list and didn’t see the bad reviews that were near the bottom so make sure you carefully read all reviews!!!! Otherwise I would not have went with this company!!! They don’t have the same values as most companies here which is not cheating people out of money, and guaranting their work is good!! I will be going back to FASTFIX to size my wedding band and they are going to fix the mistake this company made on my engagement ring!!!

Bought a ring through zales and had it fixed here. They then used and stripped the white gold from the ring and put silver into the ring. My wife’s allergic. Took 2 weeks to get confirmation from zales that they took the white gold and used silver to repair it. Using a silver soder. Went through sunny for years was told of any issue money back to equal exchange and he does not honor that. This guy is a con artist at its finest.

These bums tried to offer me $200 for 22g of 14k gold I laughed and said nah I’m good then he went up a staggering $150 for a total of $350 I walked out not gonna get schemed by a greedy indian monopoly

It blows my mind that businesses get away with buying reviews like this!! Just takes a little attention to detail…. Many reviewers that have only reviewed this business in Indiana & nothing else …or reviewers with many reviews of foreign businesses and their only review in the US is Sunny Jewlery… Not to mention the comments are scripted terribly and strangely similar to each other. If a company has to buy hundreds of fake positive reviews they must be doing terrible business. Judging by the legitimate reviews on here it’s pretty obvious what’s going on

What a fabulous jewelry store with some of the friendliest, kindest people I have met in a long time! Their work is impeccable and their prices were very competitive to the average high end jewelry stores. I needed to get my wedding rings resized and cleaned and have my husband's wedding ring checked for a loose diamond. They completed the jobs in less than 24 hours and the work was done above and beyond what I expected! Our rings look brand new and I received many compliments about how sparkling my rings were. I highly recommend this place because of the friendliness of the employees, the competitive prices and the beautiful level of craftsmanship I've not seen in a local store in ages! I recently received a call from Sunny Jewelers which brought to mind of a experience that I had. I brought a military ring to be polished and the stone changed. When it was done my sister picked it up and the previous stone was missing. She inquired about it and they said they couldn't find it so she wasn't leaving until it was found. after a long search they found it. When I received it the new stone was loose. Took it back and he got defensive and said it wasn't loose barely looking at it.I literally had to make him look at ar it by moving the stone with my finger He told me all he could do is glue it back. He was not happy and then it was crooked so he had to fix that.to this day it is still not right. BEWARE!
