Failed transaction twice for an 86 dollar item. Made employee stop before running a third, my bank account ran both transaction with no receipt. Managers told me I wasn’t allowed to leave the store with the merchandise and that if I paid for it AGAIN that they promised the charges would return. Reported to bank as fraud disputing transaction now. Terrible experience with incompetent management.

Liked shopping here, but the workers literally follow you around, & won't leave you alone. I'm a private person, socially awkward, I dislike it when people follow me, make me feel unwelcome...

The price points on some items are somewhat off. Certain areas where better kept than other. The Ralph Lauren area was quite nice.

I was in Dillard's trying to find a dress for a wedding and an associate named Brenda took the time to answer my questions while helping 5 other customers. She made it a positive shopping experience. I could've shopped anywhere but because of her I'll be back.

I will drive out of my way to shop at this location from now on. The gentleman in Men’s suits was amazing and made me feel like a valued customer.

We had a wonderful experience today. We were shopping for a special occasion dress. Tonya our sales associate was awesome. My sister has trouble walking. Tonya offered a chair for to sit in near the dressing rooms. Then she asked what we were looking for today. We told her the occasion. She asked the color of dress and size of course. Tonya then asked us wait there. She left us for a few moments. Returning was 3 beautiful dresses. One was absolutely perfect. The others were great. The moment my sister saw the purple/eggplant dress her face lit up. It was as if someone (Tonya) read her mind. Tonya was very helpful, kind, sweet and listened to what my sister wanted. A thank you beyond measure goes to Tonya.

About a beautiful dress that I will be wearing to the holy consecration ball May 8th. Hopefully the gold in the dress sparkles enough. The colors of gold and white but I prefer not to wear white because I get it dirty too quick don't really like shiny gold on my body so I'm going to take a chance with this beautiful dress.

Lulu is amazing! And Karen is a great hype lady for the team! I had no clue what I wanted and I know I looked lost since I don’t shop at Dillard’s so I am very unfamiliar with the format and store lay out. Lulu was the first person to ask me if I needed help and she never left my side. She never judged me. (I know I came in looking rough) She made sure I got what I can for and more. She is very positive, encouraging, and HONEST. She won’t let you get something if you don’t feel good in it nor if it isn’t the best option for you. 🖤

Men's department personal inattentive too busy complaining to each other about their alterations person not being available two weeks before Kentucky derby. Ignored so we spent our money elsewhere.

Karen in the women’s department was so helpful after I had to run in after I had a wardrobe malfunction right before going to Churchill Downs. She was very sweet and accommodating and made me feel beautiful!

My son is 26 and Starts a new full time job on Monday, so we headed to Dillard's to find him some new clothes. We were looking around in the men's department trying to find his size. My son is very slim and trying to find clothes to fit him properly is hard. An older gentleman named Chris came up and asked if we needed help. My son explained what he needed and off Chris went!! Chris knew exactly how to fit him because he was slim his self. I don't think it would have mattered if my son was average or big and tall Chris knew how to help. He was GREAT!! He found everything my son needed even a pair of ankle boots that looked really nice with the pants they picked out!! I am in my late 50's and today reminded me of how stores use to be 25 years ago!! It was AWESOME!! My son told Chris when he gets his first good pay check he will definitely be back to see him. Thank you Chris!! ❤

These employees need to look under their merchandise cases and find their customer service and pleasant attitude. The store in Jefferson Mall has declined in the last 5 years, but it is so bad I recall why I shop at St.Matthews. I wanted 10 minutes just to be snapped at, another 15 for these two goof balls to stop talking about their boyfriends, and yet another 20 before I decided I would never leave before closing. I chose to go to Macy’s and Von Maur to get my gifts sorted. This location is a joke and should be closed. I asked for a bit of courtesy and manners; I received a headache and a bad mood!! Stay away…far away!!!

i had a terrible experience. the women were rude and had terrible attitudes, i lost my wallet there and they did not care to help me or care if i found it they told me to come back tomorrow when i obviously need my belongings.

I must say these are some of the nicest employees I've ever met in my life I never had to look for a thing and they offered to go get it for me treated very very nice I will always come back thanks for your good experience
