The new manager, Austin was so helpful! I have been a manager in retail for over 20 years. This was the absolute best shopping experience I've ever had. Austin was training a new girl who was also super helpful. I went in for a pair of jeans. I came out with jeans and Hoodies....for myself, for my husband, AND my 13 year old daughter who hates shopping for clothes. They were so patient and caring. I will definitely be a regular shopper at this location!! Ok and the way he trained this new girl, he was so patient and was really thorough in his training from what I could see. It made me want to work there too!! Kudos Austin and Gabby I belive for being so nice and helpful in this crazy world!!

Worst Buckle I've ever been to. Store was a mess. The employees paid more attention to their phone than they did to their job. Overall awful experience. Will never return to this location again.

Austin was OUTSTANDING. During the winter time I went to Buckle in hopes of finding swimwear as I was going to the Dominican. I looked all over the store and asked an associate. Austin overheard and brought out multiple swim trunks for me to chose from. I work in hospitality and I know when there is good service displayed at its finest. Austin is a prime example. Cheers to that man.

This is my long running favorite store, and with the current staff, it is obvious that it is only gotten better. One of the few places in town where I can get pants above 36 length, and they actually do alterations. If you need recommendations on a new scent... yeah, they are pretty good at that too. If you are getting me a gift card, this is definitely the place to get it for.

I was looking for a new cologne and stopped by The Buckle Austin was extremely helpful and did an amazing job assisting me!

One of the worst places to shop. The employees are super rude and just right now I walked into the store to buy a outfit not once did any employee ask if I needed help or even said hi. They were on the cell phone talking about other employees and people. I used the stick to get shirts down off the top rows myself and they never once said a word. I will never shop here ever again

Kelsi was awesome! I don't like shopping because I just fail at fashion. But, Kelsi was like shopping with a fashion savvy friend! I drove farther than I cared to for this location specifically because I've had good service there before. But she exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to shop with her again!

Giving 2 stars due to the fact that I've been purchasing Jeans and Shorts, sometimes tops and ear rings here FOR YEARS and the quality is good. HOWEVER, usually the employees here go the extra mile to assist and be friendly. Today that wasn't the case. I don't know if they were having a bad day or just SICK of seeing me come in there because I am a talkative person. I lingered a little while to browse after my purchase. Towards the end of that lingering the Manager DID speak to me. Prior to that there was little eye contact from anyone and the sales assistant never did come back to the dressing room like they usually do when someone is trying something on. I pick up on VIBES and for some reason today I didn't really feel welcomed in their store. One thing that has always been a problem here is the music is loud enough to wake the dead but that is MOST retail. It makes it REALLY difficult and confusing to shop when I can't hear muself think. I'm not really overall pleased with today's experience.

Trendy clothes store with great staff. We had an awesome experience, felt like we had our own personal shopper. When my husband found shoes he loved but unavailable in his size, she took the time, not only to see if other stores carried his size, but ordered him two pairs and had them shipped to our home. They also have a nice selection of Hurley and other beach type clothing. Hard to find this in KY.

My kids love this place. Such cool clothes and accessories. It’s a must stop place for your back to school shopping. It is definitely worth stopping by.
