I went to do pick up 09/07/201. The pick up time was 8-8 PM. I reached there like 7:30 PM. 3 people from cashier and customer service department paged for us. We had 2 people waiting for the pick up. The other lady got so upset that she went in the room, got her items and she left. While all these going on, managers, CS and cashiers have no clue what just happened. The lady just got in and got items from a secured room and no one have any clue about it. I’m my observation for an hour or so, I noticed that they have people walking around, but there is no one in pickup. And everyone said they are not responsible for pick up. This not only shows the 0 star customer service, but also security issues at the store. Mismanaged and disorganized Walmart around. It looks like I would stop going to this walmart. I want customer service representing contact me on my email here!

One of my favorite places is WALMART! Yeah I know, but they always, and I mean always, have exactly what your looking for. The place is clean, organized, and the people are customer friendly. Great Job?!

I walked into the store at 7:18 this morning and went straight back to the baby formula needing to pick up a few cans. What should have been a 5 minute trip inside the store turned into much longer. As soon as I got back there, I asked an employee who walked by for the key to get what I needed. She said she didn't have one and I needed to go up front. I asked her if she had a way to call someone for me. She went down the isle and told an employee and came back and said someone would be with me in a minute. Several minutes go by and SEVEN different employees walk by me and do not even acknowledge me, much less ask if I needed help with anything. After about 15 minutes, I go up to the ONLY register open to find Joyce (precious woman) and tell her I've been waiting with no help from anyone. She is so sweet and apologizes and calls someone for me. After another 6-7 minutes I finally get my formula. During that time only one gentleman asked me if I needed him to call someone for me. I told him someone already sis, but THANK YOU. I get up to the self check-out to pay and the formula rings up for $2.50 more than the sticker said. Lady "working" SCO said I had to go to customer service because there was nothing to do. I go back to take a picture of the sticker and go back up to Joyce. Customer service wasn't open yet so she got permission to update the amount for me and get me taken care of. What should have been a 5 minute, 10 minute TOPS trip, took me 30 minutes. 99% of employees in the store were rude or very very unhelpful. Every time I go in there I remember why I do all my shopping elsewhere. Absolutely uncalled for and ridiculous. If I could give the store one star and Joyce 5, I would. She was the only pleasant thing about this morning.

I like this location much more than others closer to my house. The selection is better. I went to buy groceries and on my way to register I stopped by clothing and found some garments discounted which I didn't want to pass on. I found two 3XL dresses ($5.00 each at register) which translates to two unique summer skirts ( I'm either small on women's and medium or large in juniors). A yellow mustard color dress (also $5.00) whith a smart feature (the top portion of the dress, expands!!👏). And last, I allowed myself to venture into a crop top and skirt set...very sexy😜

Joyce S is an excellent Walmart greeter. She knows your products and is very helpful. Thank you for the great experience. Your store is so much better than Outer Loop in every way. No one speaks English at Outer Loop. So we drive all the way up here for better EVERYTHING

Workers are very nice, but the lines are a extremely long most of the time, with only a couple registers open. I understand having staffing issues but from what I can tell every time I’ve applied they never respond. Some aisles are typically a wreck, with half-eaten bags of candy strewn about. They’re extremely concerned about stealing, but will take 15 minutes to come unlock products that are locked up.

Customer service isn't open until 8 am. No manager available to help with simple item return. Customer service is lacking... For a million dollar store such as this to not have a manager on staff during business hours to help with customer concerns is simply unacceptable.

Terrible service! The prices on the shelf do not match the price of the cashier. Nobody cares! Some guy called himself a manager and said that an employee would come up to me and help. I waited for help for more than 15 minutes, no one came to me! When I asked to see the manager, 2 people said: "I am the manager!" But they lied!!! They didn't even call the manager, they just called their partners as a manager. I wasted my time for over an hour and was not given the right person to solve this problem.

Walmart is so expensive I bought so little this morning and it was over $118... Walmart is far from the cheapest! They was trashing Easter isles for summer seasonal items. The store is always so messy and not a shopper friendly!

Clearance isle was week compared to surrounding area Walmart’s. And the garden wagon selection was a major letdown.

The store no longer replaces the item you order with the value brand product for the same price. There aren't always carts at the entrance, but that isn't always the employees fault, it's the customers who don't bring them back. It's quite rude. The employees are sometimes on their phones or don't speak English. Some don't even know what they are doing or where things are! The store isn't clean in lots of places around different areas. The store isn't always stocked, but at least the clothes are sort of nice quality...? Things are far too overpriced for the quality and worth of the product.

We are big fans of Walmart, we go there often for our family needs. Our most recent trip we were able to get everything we needed for our daughter's birthday. We made a really good cake and had awesome decorations.

Generally stocked. Most employees are helpful when I need something that's locked behind a case. Last I went an employee was helping another customer who I thought was another employee. The employee immediately called for another employee to unlock a wallet for me. I got the wallet in a timely manner and didn't have to wait.

I've been in many Wal-Marts and this one in particular was huge with a nice large varation in products. Nice and clean with friendly employees.

Bought a TV online and came to pick up curbside. For context I had to drive 50 miles and borrow a big enough vehicle to pick it up. Checked in and sat in the pickup spot for 50, yes 50 minutes while trying to call the number listed with no answer. Finally came inside and employees standing everywhere on their phones and was flat ignored by the first 2 i asked for help. Had to tap an employee on the shoulder to get them to look up at me so I could speak to someone. Team lead radioed someone and said they would be up shortly. 25 minutes later I saw her again and asked for status. She said "I don't know why they aren't answering me" and radioed again. Meanwhile countless employees standing around talking to each other and hanging out. I went up to her again about 10 minutes later and she said "oh they just answered and said they will be up". After over an hour and a half wait a guy came and apologized and said he was on break and that he was also working in "pick" and they can't hear the notification for pick up in there. I should have bought from Target.

Seemed like a good location. Was mostly well stocked for what we needed. Staff and other patrons were friendly. Unusual that it was right across from Target and CVS but great proximity if you need to go to multiple places to complete your shopping list. No need to run all around town, just one general area. Cashier was not particularly friendly and seemed annoyed to be there, so that's the one star off. But overall good experience.

Placed delivery order. Called three times. The last time was two hours after it was supposed to be delivered. The “customer service staff” told me they were putting my items in a vehicle to be delivered and it should be here shortly. I stayed up til after 11 pm waiting on the order. Called customer service online because the store wouldn’t answer the follow up call and they told me they had never left to deliver to me. I won’t order from them again for home delivery and that’s horrible customer service they should’ve been honest.

They have some products I want or need at fair prices. The only drawback is it takes longer to get checked out than to shop. Not ever enough staff at registers. Personnel is always friendly and helpful on the floor. I need 100 piece puzzles for my disabled family member. Could you PLEASE order some?

Its hard to find any staff to open any of the locked cases. And when ya finally find an employee it seems like none of them have a key and need to call for another employee that has the key. And most but not all but seem annoyed and want you to hurry up

I got in the self checkout because I was hurting too bad to walk to a cashier. The young woman who was supervising the machines signaled for me to take a vacated machine. As soon as she caught sight of me limping she took the wand and scanned my groceries. She even bagged them for me. I was so touched by her kindness. She could have let me struggle through that checkout but she jumped right in to help me. That's what great customer service looks like. I didn't get her name but I'm truly grateful for her kindness.

This was such a depressing place to visit. We don't shop at Wally world normally because we think they don't pay their workers fairly, and in the end (through food stamps and other financial aid programs) that we, as a society, are paying. But we got a gift and we needed to exchange it so we headed over there. First, there were not enough employees. Second, the store was so crowded by virtue of the fact that most everyone in there was in line trying to get out. Finally, the worker we did finally check out with was so rude that I felt sorry for her. I just felt bad for everyone there. It was awful. We are never going back.

Today I was reminded why I stopped shopping at Walmart. When I walked in the store there were no carts. So I asked a manager who was chatting with the greeter if there were carts at the other door. He said no and told me that door was locked. So I had to go back outside and find a cart. And this is a trash can in the parking lot. Why?
