Great Christmas selection but I was looking for some pillar candles and all they had was white or Christmas colors. Staff was nice and helpful. Lines were long and slow though.

Bought a canvas online to pick-up in store, the one they had waiting for me was damaged but was going to give it to me anyway, told me to go check for another instead of one of them doing it. I'll stick with my local Michaels from now on.

Store employees have great customer service and great skills the only issue is when the line gets long they don't seem to be enough employees to handle it.

Nice store..didn't have the picture frame shelf in the store..have to order it I guess. Couldn't find any workers to ask.

Store was a mess! Several employees around but none who were happy to be there. I'm sure they are short staffed like all retail and the holiday season can be brutal. Still...pretend you're glad to see me.

Dora was awesome. She helped me figure out which size Cello bags would work best with fresh loaves of bread. She also reminded me to use my coupon because I almost forgot.

I was thrilled that I found everything I needed in 1 place! Didnt have all colors I needed in toddler t shirts is why I didnt give it 5 stars.

The store was nice, and well stocked. David was a very delightful cashier at check out. He made sure we were taken care of and very professional.

Good paint selection, but much of the inventory seemed low. Might have been between seasons but they had large blocks of empty shelf space. It's July, and they already have transitioned to Halloween, so only fall colors in the store for wreath supplies.

Overpriced! Not like it used to be. A basic happy birthday stamp is $10! And all their Christmas stuff is not worth the price tag. Save your money and go to tjmax, home goods, or hobby lobby.

Long lines at register and no help on sales floor. I gave up and went to Hobby Lobby, got help and made my purchase.

Always agreat experience in this store. The only thing I noticed were there weren't as many flowers to choose from a lot of colors were sold out, maybe just a sign of the times were living in. But a few things were very low on stock or absent from the shelves. I did manage to find a few things for my craft projects

The store is great. Their website, app, and phone customer service is horrible! The website wasn't letting me place my order so when I finally got through the customer service they said it was because items were out of stock even though they showed in stock. (the website never told me that's the reason the order was not going throug) also the website would not let me change my delivery address. when I talked to customer service about it they said it would be fine if I ordered my items and then called back in 30 minutes to have the address changed. Lies! When I called back the rep said my address cannot be changed. my package went to someone else's house and there was no way for me to cancel the order.

I never been in Michael's before, so I was kind of lost about where things where. I asked a older staff lady if she could point me in the direction of the things I was looking for & she made the smart comment "You want me to do all your shopping huh"?! If you don't want to help, then working with customers isn't the job for you! I should have gotten her name! I definitely won't be back to these particular store! One bad apple spoils the bunch!

Great store with good prices. Sometimes it's barren and sometimes cluttered. Sometimes you get lucky though!

Close to my home they had most of what I needed to complete a couple of projects. They were low on stock on some items, out of others, due to supply chain issues.

Decent selection of goods. Took my youngest son to get crafts to build the house from Up. Will be going back for future projects.

The cinnamon pinecones near the door make it hard for myself or others with allergies to come in the store. Would be netter to have them in plastic bags so they are not so overbearing. Once I got past them they had plenty of things for a variety of crafters.

This is the coolest crafts store I've ever been to! So many different awesome items, and tools. Everything from paint, and epoxy resin, to wood cutting crafts, and from blank canvasses to cloth materials. If it's normally in a crafts store, or even on-line, they probably got it here in stock.

Tried charging me $350 for a regular Cricut maker. Customer service said that Michaels is able to price gouge.

I have to say that I love finding good deals, and it was a fabulously wonderful day at Michael's!! They had $5 mystery boxes and items were 90% off!! The store workers were very helpful and knowledgeable, The store was clean and well-stocked. I was an awesome shopping experience!! Maybe the best Michaels in the whole city!!

Everyone that works at this location are very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, always a great clean environment.

The cross stitch section keeps shrinking, although it was encouraging to see that they've added the Anchor spools to their thread stock.
