Hobby Lobby on Dixie Hwy is a joke. I definitely don't recommend this store to anyone. Management needs well let's just pray for them. I'm gonna be nice, but definitely keep their management in prayers to learn how to be professional and I'll just leave it at that.

I wish they'd install self checkout. Not enough lanes open, and when they DO open a new line, they take whoever they THINK is the next person without trying to find out who has been waiting the longest. Y'all need to create one line, like at Burlington or something, so people don't get skipped over and wait 10-15 minutes to pay for two items. Checkout process alone will be why I don't come back.

Nice location. Great selections. But the pricing is totally bonkers I know,I know alot if things are priced with a discount but wouldn't just good pricing initially be better option? This isn't a typical guy store but when I go with my fiancee I just shake my head at the prices in these things that were more than likely produced in China for a 10th of what it's sold for. Just my rant.

Got some unique hot items one of my favorite places to shop always clean and customer service is amazing all. The staff is extremely friendly.

They have everything you need for crafts, have a huge selection of faux florals, they even have the cutest jewelry section.

It is a craft store, it has many things that you can waste money on and few things you might want to make things in your spare time with. Just depends if you have spare time.

Went to see what Christmas items were left with the 75% off. Found these 2 deer fighting. One missing an antler, the other has a bite out of his rear! Kidding aside, these should be marked way, way down.

I love Hobby Lobby! This particular location always has long lines, and it's usually a bit of a wait to get help in the fabric department. Sometimes can be hard to find an available associate in the store to ask questions, if needed. However, they are always well stocked and have a huge variety of items. And usually pretty friendly!

I love Hobby Lobby, they always have 40% and 50% off, they have everything you could want for hobbies and more. My first time ever going in here, it was awesome,So much cool stuff. I will be going back probable alot now

Unbelievable the sales. So much stuff to look at & but. Bought 8 trellis & gave some to my Daughter. Half price on spring decorating outside.

Store was fine just do not like their beliefs. Wish there was another craft store close and I would go there. I don't think stores should be so politically involved

Why is such a prominent and busy store closing at 8pm every night of the week in the year 2023?! It’s absurd! It’s also into December at the time of writing this and there’s no Christmas hours yet? Since Covid every business has decided that apparently it’s in their best interest to close up before dinner hours? This has got to be changed back to a modern time where everyone isn’t afraid of the dark.

It's hard to go in and walk out with just the things I need. The store is clean. The staff are pleasant and helpful. There was a good amount of product on the shelves. The checkout line was a bit long, and since they don't really scan items, it takes time to leave. This isn't a store you can walk in and out if quickly.

I was questioned about a return and lied to about someone else checking out my things. I was humiliated in front of everyone. I'm not a thief and I make good money. The manager apologized, not returning! Nice things in the store, although.

My friend and I literally called the store while in the store because we were in a hurry but couldn't find what we needed. There were no associates roaming the floors to assist and it just so happened that the person we bumped into that I knew was a wedding planner and she ran through the store with us helping to select our items. If you are not familiar with the store you will either miss out on sales OR you will get frustrated at not finding what you want and just leave. LOTS of stuff and stuff at a place for people who probably already have enough stuff and stuff.

Wonderful place to shop if you love crafts and making your own home goods. The employees are very helpful and so nice

Sale going on for 4th of July stuff but not much left. The store was near closing so only one lane open for purchases, so long line at the checkout. Lots of great fall merchandise out. Love this store!

I always get lost in Hobby Lobby and would buy everything if I could! Such a fun store to shop around in, and I always find what I need. A little short staffed when I went, but who isn’t nowadays

First time in the Dixie Highway store was very pleased with how friendly the staff was and the store was clean. And I was overwhelmed by how many different things they had. If not been on a limited time schedule I could have stayed in there probably for hours.

Always find what I cane there for & on the help me. the rare occasion I can't find what I'm there for, I have easily found some 1 to assist me ! The staff is always fruendlt & polite!

This is my #1 place to shop. The smell in the doorway beckons you inside. I feel like a kid in a candy store. Always great sales happening and the trusty 40% off one item coupon on RetailMeNot clinches the deal for that must have item not on sale. If youre having a bad day, just go in and look around. I walked into hobby lobby for art supplies and immediately saw a woman named Cheryl breaking glass and paintings. I looked the other way and saw a group of kids jumping, swinging, and breaking the shelves. The manager walked out and beat all of the kids and punched Cheryl. Best manager ever 5 stars

I love this store. They always have the cutest decorations for your house. As of now they have Fall Decorations and starting to get out some Christmas also. They have their Summer Decor marked down also. Besides house decor they have alot of things for your crafting ideas. This is the place to shop for all your creative ideas!

The staff is friendly and all, but they're just like Walmart; about 50 people in line and one damn cashier. When I'm shopping at the Dixie location, it takes longer for me to wait in line than it does for me to get to the store from my house- terrible inconvenience that drop their 5 pt rating to a 1

The only issue for me personally, is if you go within the last hour of closing. Why?? Well, I guess we all do things last minute at times, therefore, the long lines are extreme enough to make me just leave my basket without making a purchase. With kids, it can be way too difficult to wait in line.

Its always a quick trip when I come here but I love this store. The people are friendly and the service is quick even with long lines. I'm a baker and I get supplies here.
