This store always looks like a bomb went off in it. It's one of the messiest stores I've ever been to. There is always merchandise on the floor, on the wrong rack, items piled on top of each other. Why doesn't the store have more staff to get it into order?

Ridiculously messy, couldn’t even push a cart through the store because of hangers, clothes, miscellaneous things scattered all over the floor throughout the store. No organization whatsoever, you can hardly even tell what’s supposed to be in the sections. The bathrooms were horrid. Staff is rude and disrespectful, completely unprofessional. I never post reviews for anywhere but this store was SO bad. None of the clothes were in the right spot by size, hangers scattered the floor and the tops of the racks just had clothes thrown over them so you couldn’t even see what was hanging, whoever is managing this store really needs to get it together, I understand it’s the holidays but based on other reviews this is nothing new.

Good deals but if you have anxiety... this store can be an anxiety attack waiting to happen. I went in Friday night and it was not super busy. The store was a wreck, but I spent about an hour looking around and found what I needed. Saturday, I came back again. The store hadn't been touched. It was a disaster and it was crowded. I think there needs to be an evening clean up crew or some zone cleaning done during the day.

Good shopping at low prices and cashiers are very polite and friendly

A complete mess… awfully unorganized and cluttered all over. Nothing is in its place and makes it hard to go through and find things. They need to work better at cleaning up and Organizing the place. Such a disappointment and don’t recommend until they try harder.

I love you Ross. However, my visit with my family to your store in Middletown two weeks ago was a disappointment. I cannot return until something is done about the store looking completely unorganized and frankly, trashed. There were so many clothes lying on the floor at 12:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning under the hanging clothes that I was in shock. My daughter says the store on her end of town is the same way. Louisville Ross locations, what is your problem? The staff was very nice and helpful, and my transaction went smoothly. I found some nice shoes and a dress for my granddaughter. Please improve these stores. I have never seen it like this in the years I've been going there.

Store was a mess, especially the shoe area. Looked like the employees just dumped boxes of shoes all around the shoe section <accident waiting to happen>. Overall, I'm a Ross shopper so...4 stars it is.

This store is very tidy and has a pretty good selection or womens/juniors. Some of the clothing items are not top quality, but for the prices being so low I find that very reasonable. The associates here were helpful and polite as well.

Although we found nice reasonable prices, the store was a wreck. Patrons dropping clothes and items and walking over everything on the floor. The staff was friendly and understaffed, but they walked over products on the floor also. Do better

Brace yourself if you’re OCD because mines reacted the moment I stepped in. I have never seen this location where a tornado squeezed through the doors and internally wrecked the store. I can’t imagine the countless hours and sortation the associates have to go through to clean up the mess customers are making. I’m curious how customers clean up after themselves in their home.

The state of this store is deplorable. I couldn't imagine how management allows this.

I've been to Ross many times in there Middletown KY location. Always had a good experience with all employees and cashiers. Friendly, helpful, and the store cleaner than most. I do love Ross. ❤️❤️❤️

Nice store with a variety of clothes. There is everything from men's, ladies, children's, maternity, wallets, purses, etc.

I can never find anything and it is so disorganized and chaotic. Clothes on the floor, stuff just piled up. I can't handle the mess enough to shop it

rude staff, always picked over store that's thrown around. Takes forever to get any help at the jewelry counter. The Jamaican woman is the rudest lady I have ever encountered as a customer and I'm surprised she has a job there.

They’ve stocked up for all of your back to school and going to college needs! Shoes, bedding, clothes, home wares and accessories! Snacks and waters for on the go! Come one come all they have what you need! Clean store. Friendly staff!
